New teaser for upcoming drama Personal Taste!

As the debut date draws closer, upcoming MBC drama Personal Taste has been teasing us more and more. First they released photos of the actors on set, then a quick teaser and now a longer 50 second teaser!


Unlike last time, this video teaser gives off a more fun vibe. The previous teaser only had music playing in the background but this new release shows the characters interacting as it shows us that this drama may be more than just your typical romantic comedy.

TVB in crisis, ATV artists send cynical remarks to them

ATV invited Korean artists Lee Pil-mo and Son Hyeon-Joo who stars in Korean drama "My Too Perfect Sons" which ATV brought the right to broadcast. Yesterday the two cast members came to Hong Kong for the drama promotion, accompanied by several ATV female artists including Manecy Chen, Eunis Yao, Karie Cheung and Lam Tsz Kwan. They played games and demonstrated roast pork cutting live at the scene.

Stephen Chan's smiles are so fake

Dress in a low cut outfit Lam Tsz Kwan expressed that the outfit was provided to her by ATV. She only found out about having to cut roast pork when she arrived at the event. Towards Stephen Chan's press conference in response to the recent reports, Lam Tsz Kwan said: "I don't know how to comment, I just saw that the press conference was a bit boring. Although it was really short, there is not much meaning in speaking up now. Stephen was acting, his smiles were very fake, especially when he was talking about shaving, it was not necessary for him to say that." About the giving expensive handbags to executives rumors, Lam Tsz Kwan expressed that the materials she owns is in exchange of her hard efforts in work. She never gave handbags to executives before.

'Alice' likely to hold off new releases for a third weekend

Last weekend Matt Damon and Robert Pattinson couldn’t stand up to Alice in Wonderland. Three new releases will try again this frame and all are unlikely to topple Tim Burton’s most successful outing of his career. The 3-D fantasy adventure starring Johnny Depp has already grossed over $226 million and will likely add more than $30 million more to its cume at the end of this weekend. The new releases fighting for some box office coin this weekend include: Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler in Bounty Hunter; Fox’s adaptation of the best-selling book Diary of a Wimpy Kid and the Jude Law-Forrest Whitaker drama Repo Men. Read on for my predictions.

1. Alice in Wonderland: $34 million

Wednesday marked the first day since Alice in Wonderland opened that the movie grossed less than $6 million during the middle of the week. That’s astounding for a film that’s been in theaters for close to three weeks. Its strong performance does not portend good things to come for next weekend’s How To Train Your Dragon which will be fighting to take 3-D screens from Disney’s Alice.

There's nothing worse than a wardrobe mishap, especially if you're in the public eye - even more so if you're on stage in front of a live audience.


Sadly for Katherine Heigl, fate struck a cruel blow as she was handed the Female Star Of The Year Award at the ShoWest convention held in Las Vegas.

The actress, who was honoured for her work on films including 27 Dresses and The Ugly Truth, faced an embarrassing situation when one of the straps broke on her stunning red dress right in the middle of her acceptance speech.

With one side of her chest close to being completely exposed Miss Heigl floundered and had difficulty continuing her speech.

Ke$ha Sex Tape Reports Debunked

A rep for pop star Ke$ha has shot down rumors that the “Tik Tok” singer is featured in a sex tape that’s been leaked online. X-rated stills of a sex romp allegedly featuring the party girl were posted on ZackTaylor.ca this week, along with a post describing the footage as “what appears to be singer Ke$ha engaging in sexual intercourse and other fun stuff with an unknown man.”

But Ke$ha’s publicist has shot down the reports, telling the press: “This is not Ke$ha in the photos,” and forcing the website to remove the pics.

Unlocked Windows Phone 7 emulator gets video demos

Having been neatly hacked in the early hours of this morning, the Windows Phone 7 emulator has been spilling its secrets ever since. The original source code for unlocking Microsoft’s smartphone SDK may have been taken down, but that hasn’t stopped those who grabbed it early from shooting some video of the less public features of the platform.



The videos are the handiwork of Australian tech enthusiast techAU, and go through both an overview of the whole Windows Phone 7 experience together with a more in-depth look at the settings. Of course, part of Microsoft’s reason for hiding some of the functionality could be that they’re planning to change it prior to the first WP7 devices launching, so things could well change in the meantime.

HP Slate gets pricing and specs confirmed

We already know HP is ready to throw its Slate on the market to fight the iPad for the dollars of geeks wanting some tablet computer love. What we didn’t know was how much the Slate would cost and the hardware specs of the machine.


Engadget reports that specs have been uncovered that reportedly come directly from HP. The machine will sell for €400 or about $546 in the US. We will need to wait for official pricing for the US. The thing is expected to be cheaper than similar iPad models so a straight conversion may be off.

Recently, this news has been confirmed by both sides and after 9 years, Ariel Lin once again reveals her true feelings towards her idol Jay: “He is a very simple person and I feel very happy working with him!”


Jay, who has always been independent and cool, continues to show off his unique style. At the filming scene, Jay’s straightforwardness would often attract laughter from his ‘fan’ Ariel, and the infectious happiness seems to spread across the whole filming crew. The singer dressed in what can only be described as fetish boots, over-the-knee PVC numbers which she teamed with a dangerously short black and red mini dress.

The 51-year-old's boyfriend Jesus Luz was dressed more modestly, in black trousers and a plain black sweater.
