Chris Brown Gets Down With Keri Hilson

Is Chris Brown romancing a new R&B diva?

He's already collaborated with Keri Hilson musically, and last night, Chris "was all over" Keri at the Axe Lounge at Liv, where Diddy was hosting a bash and where Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush were celebrating the Saints' big Super Bowl win.

A source tells E! News that the two were "grinding each other" on the dance floor, and Chris even made a special request...

"He insisted on her being in a photo with him as well," a source tells us.

The two left together, along with a group of friends.

No word from either of their reps, but Keri posted the following on her Twitter:

"LMAO paps think they slick!! Gone ask CB & I to tk a pic on carpet then asked da crew if we datin!! LHLAB so, no! I'mma let yall know now :P"

We'll let you decipher for yourself, but that sounds like a denial.

Ironically, Liv is the same place Brown's ex-girlfriend Rihanna hosted the Pepsi Refresh party just two nights earlier.

Brad Pitt, Angelina Sue Tabloid for Split Story

Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are suing the News Of The World newspaper after it published allegations about their relationship.

In a story published on 24 January, the paper said the couple would separate and had agreed the division of assets and custody of their children.

The couple's lawyer, Keith Schilling, called the "widely republished" allegations "false and intrusive".

He added the paper had failed to meet "reasonable demands" for an apology.

He said the pair had also asked for a retraction of the allegations, which had subsequently been "widely republished by mainstream news outlets".

Michael Jackson's Doctor Charged with Involuntary Manslaughter & More

Michael Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, was charged Monday with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly giving Jackson lethal levels of an anesthetic while treating the pop singer at his bedside for insomnia.

He later surrendered to court, where he entered a not guilty plea through his attorney. Murray, 57, has denied any wrongdoing.

The charge filed by the Los Angeles District Attorney alleges Murray “did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson." The county coroner says Jackson was given an overdose of the hospital-strength anesthetic propofol last June.

Although prosecutors have repeatedly declined to discuss the matter, the investigation was law enforcement's worst-kept secret. Police and DEA agents in California, Nevada and Texas searched Murray's and Jackson's homes, Murray's clinics, his storage unit and even the pharmacy where Murray may have obtained the drug.

Windows 7 stability update makes PCs unstable, users report

Microsoft says not a 'major issue,' sees no evidence Jan. 25 patch at fault

Some Windows 7 users have reported that their PCs started to freeze or randomly display the infamous "Blue screen of death" after applying a January update Microsoft billed as a stability and reliability fix.

Microsoft today said it doesn't consider the problem a "major issue," but acknowledged it's investigating.

As first noticed by Ars Technica, a short thread on Microsoft's Windows 7 support forum discusses the update, which Microsoft issued two weeks ago, on Jan. 25.

The update is designed for both the 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 7, as well as Windows Server 2008 R2.

"I just installed this update and my system hangs/freeze[es] at the Windows bootup screen," said a user identified as "Kamonk2" on the support thread Jan. 27.

"I had the same issue on my brand new laptop," echoed "MacPCGraphics" on Jan. 29. "It worked fine until the Auto Update kicked in and installed an update. Started hanging and freezing after that."

Another user offered an even more detailed description of the update's impact.

New iPhone (4G) – taller than the older iPhones?

We still don’t know the final name of Apple’s fourth generation iPhone (expected to be released in June or July), so until something official comes up, we’ll call it iPhone 4G.

Well, the iPhone 4G might be a bit different than the older iPhone models (including the 3G and 3GS), which all look about the same.

The folks over at iResQ have posted some photos that reportedly show parts of the new iPhone. It looks like the iPhone 4G is about 1/4 inch taller than the previous iPhones (which are all 115mm tall).

Google Nexus One Launches Phone Support, Lowers ETF By $200

Since the launch of the Nexus One, early adopters have likely had one question lurking in the back of their minds: who to take the phone to if it broke. You see, when the phone was first launched, Google was directing people to either T-Mobile (Google’s carrier partner) or HTC (the device manufacturer) depending on the problem, which could lead to an endless circle of hold times and few results. Today, Google has just rolled out its solution: it’s launching its own phone support line specifically for Nexus One customers. Call 888-48-NEXUS (63987) and within a few minutes, you’ll be talking to a real live Google support tech (the line is open from 7AM to 10PM EST).

This is, of course, a fairly major departure from Google’s standard protocol of making it incredibly difficult to reach anyone for phone support for most of its products. It doesn’t come as a total surprise though — last week there were reports of a Google job listing for “Phone Support Program Manager, Android/Nexus One” to be based out of its headquarters in Mountain View, CA.

The news was first reported at TMO News, and we’ve gotten a response from a Google spokesperson explaining the company’s logic behind the support number:

Wonder Girls, “Even though ‘WonderGirls SunMi’ is important, just ‘SunMi’ is also important”

Girlgroup WonderGirls members SunYe, YooBin, YeEun and SoHee talk about their feelings on SunMi’s leaving the group.

The 4 WonderGirls members had a meeting with their WonderGirls fan union on 8th February and the fan union released the details of the meeting through their fancafe at about 11pm.

According to the representative of the fan union, SunMi’s training was shorter as compared to the other members since her debut she had missed out a much of her schooling life. And the members constantly felt SunMi’s regrets about it after they had their American debut.

They told the fans, “But our responses were the same as fans when it was revealed that SunMi will be stopping her promotions as WonderGirls for the time being. At first we panicked, and said that she will regret this, but after awhile we calmed down and gave our support for her decision.”

They said, “And we know that SunMi is not one to make such decisions lightly, she has been thinking about this for a while, and discussed it with the members and company.”

Sammi Cheng: Relationship with Andy Hui is very good

Earlier, there were reports in a magazine that Sammi Cheng was at her ex-boyfriend Andy Hui’s house visiting for 5 hours, which caused a lot of speculation that perhaps they have gotten back together. It was also noted that because of this, Andy’s current girlfriend Michelle moved out of the home that the 2 of them shared together. Recently, when Andy attended a promotional event, he was said to have “silently acknowledged” getting back together with Sammi. As for Sammi, she attended an event yesterday in ‘good spirits’ with ‘happiness written all over her face.’ When asked whether she and Andy have gotten back together, she denied the rumor; however when asked what her current relationship is with Andy, her reply was simply that she is very satisfied with the relationship the two of them have right now.

Yesterday, Sammi attended the event <<Faith, Hope, Love>> to promote the release of her concert DVD’s Super Box Set. It was noted that during the event, she was extremely happy and had a big smile on her face the entire time.

Apple iPad Prices Could Change

Well, well, well. According to a report in the Wall Street Journal today, Apple management is going to remain "nimble" in iPad pricing if sales start off slow. Hey, wait a minute—are you thinking what I'm thinking?

The scoop originates from a Credit Suisse analyst, who apparently met with Apple executives recently to discuss all things tablet. In addition to the execs pitching how the iPad wouldn't cannibalize Apple's other product lines, they outright stated that they'll adjust pricing if they have to:

"While it remains to be seen how much traction the iPad gets initially, management noted that it will remain nimble (pricing could change if the company is not attracting as many customers as anticipated)."

Microsoft: Windows 7 isn't trashing your battery

Last week I posted on how there’s was a growing believe that a flaw in Windows 7 was causing Windows 7 to permanently trash notebook batteries. Today, Microsoft’s president of Windows and Windows Live division Steven Sinofsky responds.

Sinofsky has posted an extensive response to the issue on the Engineering Windows 7 blog, but I’ll extract the highlights for you here:

  • We have seen no reproducible reports of this notification on new hardware or newly purchased PCs. While we’ve seen the reports of new PCs receiving this notification, in all cases we have established that the battery was in a degraded state.
