Final Fantasy XIII Freezes Lawsuit

Final Fantasy XIII Freezes Lawsuit – Square Enix and Sony Computer Entertainment America was slapped with a class action lawsuit because the popular PS3 Game Final Fantasy XIII game freezes and sometimes even destroys the PlayStation 3 consoles.

Daniel Wolf from San Diego, California is the plaintiff and says that the game caused severe and widespread damage since its release last March. He says that while playing Final Fantasy XIII, the consoles froze up causing them to be totally un-repairable.They just don’t work any more afterward. This is the game that had players standing in line to buy on the day it came out.All the players had to be disappointed, to say the least that their PS3 completely stopped working the first time they play it.

It’s just like major corporations these days to blame the faulty software on each other like Sony and Square Enix did when made aware of the issues with the game. Square Enix says it’s the console itself that’s faulty, and Sony says it’s the software that caused the issue with the consoles. So, with all the back and forth going on, no one is offering to fix the problem.

There are more than $5 million worth of consoles that were affected by the faulty systems, whether it was the software or the hardware. Neither of the companies are talking right now. When they are asked anything, they just say their policy is to not talk about legal matters.
