KRISTEN Stewart insists her “amazing” family is the reason she hasn’t ended up like fellow child star Lindsay Lohan.The Twilight actress says her mother and father have supported her during her meteoric rise to fame, so she hasn’t fallen off the rails.
“My family are amazing,” said the 20-year-old. “I had, like, the perfect upbringing.
“It sucks for people like Lindsay Lohan, but it’s not her fault that she’s so off the rails — and she’s smart, very smart.”
Kristen — who’s widely rumored to be dating her costar Robert Pattinson — recently revealed she’s being stalked by an acquaintance of one of her schoolmates.
“I have one crazy stalker,” she said.
“It’s not worth changing my number for. I’m pretty certain that it’s some girl who got my number from someone I went to school with.”

So what advice does Foster, 47, have for Stewart? "Just about how to not go crazy," Foster, who costarred with Stewart in 2002’s Panic Room, told PEOPLE at the New York Women in Film & Television’s Designing Women Awards on Tuesday. "And [how to] be a young actor who wants to have a long career."
When the former costars caught up with each other at the Oscars this year, Foster told the 20-year-old, "You know, you could learn a thing or two from me," Stewart revealed on the Tonight Show in March.
But Foster says Stewart is doing just fine with stardom on her own. "She doesn't need any help. She's on the right track. She’s a good girl," Foster told PEOPLE at the Macy's event Tuesday. "And I love that kid. I spent so much time with her."
