Mel Gibson Allegedly Caught Yelling Racist Comments to Ex-Girlfriend; Child Services to Investigate

In an explosive new audio tape, Mel Gibson is allegedly caught calling his ex-girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, several obscenities, adding that she dressed too sexy and would get "raped by a pack of n***ers," RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. On the tape, Gibson also calls Grigorieva lewd names, including "whore" and "c**t," and threats to burn her house down. For more details about the tape, go to RadarOnline.comIn the wake of news reports about the incident, HollywoodLife.com is reporting that child services is planning to investigate the case as well. "The Department of Children and Family Services is absolutely going to look into this," an DCFS insider says.
The DCFS is planning to send two investigators to Grigorieva's home to see their young daughter and then interview both parents. "They may decide that both parents are unsuitable and then give the baby to a grandparent," the DCFS insider says. "This has become a real mess."
On June 25, Grigorieva obtained a restraining order against the actor, alleging he'd been physically violent with her. Grigorieva is said to believe Gibson is an "extremely violent" person and poses a threat to their daughter.
Gibson followed with his own restraining order and a judge upheld their recent custody agreement, which gives him overnight and unrestricted visitation rights.
Gibson's lawyer is disputing abuse allegations by the actor's ex-girlfriend and told TMZ that Grigorieva made up stories about being punched by Gibson in order to justify a restraining order request filed last week that would have kept the actor away from her and 8-month-old daughter Lucia.
Gibson and Grigorieva broke up in April after dating for a little over a year. The breakup was said to be amicable. At the time, Grigorieva was quoted as saying, "We have split up, suddenly and recently ... Unfortunately, I cannot give you the reason. But you will find out everything quite soon."
The couple made their first public appearance only a few weeks after Gibson's wife of over 30 years, Robyn, filed for divorce. Gibson has seven children from his marriage to Robyn. Grigorieva has a son, Alexander, from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.
This isn't the first time the actor has been caught yelling obscenities. After cops arrested Gibson in 2006 on suspicion of drunk driving, he started screaming obscenities and anti-Semitic remarks.
"F**king Jews ... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world," Gibson allegedly said at the time.
