Jennifer Love Hewitt Eyeing Role In New FOX Comedy

There’s life after The Ghost Whisperer for actress Jennifer Love Hewitt.

The vagina vajazzler is in negotiations with FOX to star in a new network comedy, Deadline Hollywood informants have revealed.

Details of the show, from Wild Hogs director Walt Becker and Nancy Drew writer Tiffany Paulsen, are being kept under wraps, but it’s been described as a female version of CBS’ The Big Bang Theory.

The move would mean a return to series television for Hewitt, whose CBS drama The Ghost Whisperer was cancelled by CBS last spring. The Friday night series — which saw Love Hewitt as Melinda Gordon, a woman with the supernatural ability to see the dead –was scrapped last May after five seasons.

The actress/author recently filmed a guest appearance in new series Love Bites and has been linked to a role in Castle.
