A relaxed Rihanna enjoys night out with boyfriend as reports surface of disturbing new assault photos

Pop songstress Rihanna spent a quiet evening with her boyfriend, Los Angeles Dodgers player Matt Kemp, as reports emerge of never-before-seen images of the singer- reportedly taken at a hospital after her fight with Chris Brown.
The cute couple looked relaxed as they left Giorgio Baldi restaurant Thursday night in Santa Monica, perhaps unaware of this latest scandal which broke on Radaronline.
The U.S website reports it was offered four shocking pictures of the badly battered singer, who is now 22, but it turned them down after judging them too disturbing for publication.
The photos were reportedly taken in a Los Angeles emergency room where Rihanna was being treated after she was assaulted the night of the Grammy awards in February 2009.
RadarOnline says the person offering the photos would not provide their name, and had been shopping the photos to various other media outlets.
Last April Brown, a chart-topping R&B singer, pleaded not guilty to threatening and assaulting Rihanna who he was dating at the time.
A week after the incident, he released a statement saying he was 'sorry and saddened over what transpired.'
The then 19-year-old Brown was dropped from lucrative ad campaigns for Wrigley's gum and Got Milk.
He eventually pleaded guilty to a felony and accepted a plea deal of five years' probation, six months of community labour and a year of domestic violence counselling for the attack.
The R & B star also agreed to a total no-contact order, barring him from speaking to or being in the close vicinity of Rihanna for five years.
While Brown received his sentence in California, he performed his community labour in Virginia, near his home.
Wearing a reflective vest, he was seen performing several menial tasks including graffiti removal , washing cars and cleaning a Virginia police department's horse stable.
