Charlie Sheen Sues Porn Star Capri Anderson for Extortion

Hours after porn star Capri Anderson described her infamous night with Charlie Sheen on "Good Morning America,' Sheen filed a lawsuit claiming she's trying to extort him, RadarOnline.com reports.During her TV appearance early Monday, Anderson claims Sheen threw a lamp at her and grabbed her by the throat. The adult film star plans to file charges against the 'Two and a Half Men' star, according to her attorney. She is suing for battery, assault and false imprisonment.
In his own lawsuit filed late Monday, the 'Two and a Half Men' star states Anderson is trying "an attempted shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen." He goes on to describe her as "an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam artist."
Sheen also alleges that Anderson is merely out to get famous. He states in the suit: "after a consensual encounter with Sheen in the Plaza Hotel on the evening of October 25, 2010, [Anderson] decided this was her chance to become rich and famous."
The actor's lawsuit also includes details of an alleged extortion plot. Sheen claims Anderson "fabricated a sensational tale about being assaulted battered and held against her will and used that fictional story as a basis for an extortion plot against Sheen, threatening that if he did not pay her at least one million dollars she would go to (i) the Aspen District Attorney with her false allegations and (ii) seek to embarrass him and attempt to damage his career by going to the media with her false tale."
Sheen is asking for $165,000 in compensation for a watch he claims she stole in addition to damages. He also asks for "exemplary and punitive damages against Defendant in an amount sufficient to punish and deter Defendant, the exact amount subject to proof at time of trial."
On the night in question, Sheen was reportedly found by police naked after having trashed his room at the Plaza Hotel. Anderson was reportedly found locked in the hotel room bathroom.
