After a slow start, Firefox Mobile has been making great strides recently; releasing the final version of the mobile browser for the Maemo platform and ramping up development on its Android client. Mozilla’s VP of Mobiles, Jay Sullivan, recently told Tech Radar that Mozilla is targeting the end of 2010 as a tentative release date for the Android edition of Firefox Mobile. The development of the Android version poses a bit of a challenge as Firefox Mobile is based upon C and C++, while Android is Java-based and the latest Native Development kit which is necessary to bring Firefox Mobile to Android was only released last October. Sullivan also addresses other platforms in the interview, commenting that MeeGo presents an exciting opportunity for Mozilla, while the future of the Windows Mobile version, already in Alpha, is under review now that the radically new Windows Phone 7 Series operating system has been officially introduced by Microsoft.

Motorola Devour

You've just got to love the slow trickle of information about your next smartphone, right? Just days after hearing that Best Buy would gladly accept your pre-order on Motorola's Devour (without actually telling you the final price, comically enough), this leaked flyer has flown into our inbox to clear up the mystery. Unless we've got some seriously awesome Photoshop work going on here, it seems as if the Flash supporting handset will sell for $149.99 on a 2-year Verizon contract, and of course, that's sans mail-in rebate if you snag one from the Big Yellow Tag. Not bad given the specs, wouldn't you say?

Kelly Chen's new Mandarin album 《Glimmer》 will be released in March. In the MV for "Glimmer", Kelly is a lead vocalist in a band. The clothes used in the MV are sponsored by Chanel. In the MV, Kelly is seen wearing a first ever release Les Trompe-L'Oeil de CHANEL Temporary Skin Art rub on tattoo. Kelly expressed that it was her first time wearing a rub on tattoo. She said, "This type of tattoo is very popular this year. It is very easy to use, and it looks very cool. I hope this will give music fans a refreshing feeling". This rub on tattoo will not be for sale until March. Therefore, Kelly had the privilege of using it before the release date. In order to fit with the topic of the MV, Kelly's hairstyle is a bit more rock. The hairstylist spent four hours to complete the perm look, as Kelly's hair first had to be permed, and then an hour was spent attaching on the permed extensions.
