Microsoft unveils more details on Kin One and Kin Two’s specs

Microsoft Germany has recently unveiled more details on the specs of Kin One and Kin Two, the new handsets that Microsoft announced last week for Verizon and Vodafone.

As you probably already know, both the Kin One and the Kin Two are touchscreen handsets with full QWERTY keyboards, and they’re targeted at social networking users.

The Kin One features a 2.6 inch QVGA capacitive display, Wi-Fi b/g, GPS, accelerometer, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.1, USB 2.0, 256MB RAM, 4GB of internal memory, a 1240 mAh battery, and a 5MP autofocus camera with anti-shake and dual LED flash.

The Kin Two has similar features, but its display is larger (3.4 inches with 320 x 480 pixels), it has more internal memory (8GB), a better camera (8MP, from Omnivision) and a bigger battery (1390 mAh).

Microsoft will first launch the Kin One and Two via Verizon (in May), and then via Vodafone (in autumn). Verizon might sell the Kin Two for under $150 on contract, and the Kin One for even less.
