Cannes Festival 2010: Mischa Barton holds her own among the A-listers in feathered gown

Her blonde ringlets cascading down her back, white train flowing behind, Mischa Barton looks ready for the ball.
The 24-year-old has been doing the rounds of the cocktail parties at the Cannes Film Festival in recent days.
But last night she outdid herself as she attended the amFar ball at the glamorous Hotel du Cap during the Cannes Film Festival.
The neckline of her white gown was decorated with a circle of white feathers, while the waist was accentuated with a black ribbon belt.
The actress, best known for her role as Marissa Cooper in the OC, held her own amongst the big-name stars at the event, which attracted A-listers such as Kate Beckinsale, Jennifer Lopez, Mick Jagger and Naomi Campbell.
Paris Hilton, Joely Richardson Kirsten Dunst, Marion Cotillard and Kristin Scott Thomas were also on the guest list.
The annual auction raises money for Aids research. Among the pieces up for auction was a signed photograph by Karl Lagerfeld and an Audi sports car.
Mary J Blige entertained guests with a special performance and there was a guest performance from American singer songwriter Patti Smith.
Not long ago Mischa was looking a lot less happy, spending time in a psychiatric ward, before her new TV series The Beautiful Life was cancelledafter just a few episodes.
But it seems she is now back on form, making the most of the Cannes festival spirit.
Following the ball Mischa changed into a silver and white party dress to head to the VIP Room at the Palm Beach in Cannes.
She was joined by Brazilian model Ana Beatriz Barros at the after party.
Teamed with silver Mary Janes and her jewelled clutch, she looked ready to let her hair down.
