Is Kimmy K trading in her reality star status in exchange for a shot a public office? It could happen, celebrity tattles dished to PopEater’s Naughty or Nice Column on Monday.
Sources say the bad ass brunette has been inspired to run for public office after rubbing elbows with some of Capitol Hill’s finest when she attended the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington last Saturday night.
“This weekend in DC, Kim realized that she would be a breath of fresh air in Congress,” a source explained, adding that Kim isn’t at all concerned that the same tawdry sex tape with R&B/VH1 reality star Ray J that catapulted her to fame could also kill any chance she has of going from socialite to senator.
“Plus, she has a lot in common with the representatives she met. Did you know both she and Senator Scott Brown posed naked?” the insider continued. “First of all, there are not enough women in Congress to begin with. Plus, Kim feels very comfortable talking about current events. She loves sushi and is very concerned about the leaking oil and she knows exactly where Afghanistan is on a map.”
