Selina's slow road to recovery continues, can now bend knees 90 degrees
After the well-publicized tragic accident that hospitalized S.H.E's Selina Ren in critical condition, the popular celebrity has made strides in her motor skills as she is able to bend her knees at ninety degrees after being victim to severe burns throughout her body. Despite her progress yesterday, the beloved singer still has recurring nightmares, so the singer had her engagement photos with her fiancé at her bedside in order to ease her mind.
On the 4th of this month, Selina used her own willpower to bend her knees at right angles, and because she suffered injuries on all four of her limbs, she is experiencing severe pain when she moves. It was revealed on Selina's father's micro-blog account that Selina was worried that her father was losing weight because of her, therefore he jokingly said, "Don't worry, your father's healthy and can marry once again." After that, Selina was too weak to glance at her father, and so her father responded, "Little Ren, don't do it."
Selina's father posted on his microblog that Selina has endured the pain to stand up. He later added that seeing his daughter suffer such hardships is like "a huge chunk of his body being cut out from him". Selina immediately protested in response and said it was just a "little" chunk.
