Rihanna Announces Last Girl On Earth Tour With Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj

The trio will hit 25 cities across North America; additional dates to be announced.

It's about to be one busy summer for Rihanna. The singer has just announced that she'll be hitting the road for her Last Girl on Earth Tour with opening acts Ke$ha and Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj, a rep for Rihanna confirmed to MTV News on Monday (April 5).

The tour will begin in Seattle on July 2 and make 25 stops, including Los Angeles on July 21 and New York's Madison Square Garden on August 12, before concluding on August 25 in Chicago. Tickets go on sale at LiveNation.com on Friday. Additional dates will be announced.

In a recent interview with AOL, the singer told fans they can expect a big upgrade in comparison to her previous tours. "We've never done a tour to this capacity," she said. "The production is unbelievable and the costumes, we just took it to a whole new level. Visually and sonically it's going to be a big step up from the last time. We just keep growing, and this time it is a massive production that I cannot wait for."

Is Miley Cyrus Over Yet?

If Miley's movie The Last Song flops financially, since it already has critically, does that mean she finally might go away? Or at least what does it mean for her future film career? Will she fizzle out à la Hilary Duff?

Your question triggered sympathetic chuckles from box office analysts. You know the chuckle, the one that says, "Oh my little friend, you are so naive, so, so naive." Yeah. It was that chuckle.

For Miley Cyrus "haters"—that's what fans call anyone who dares to critique the actress—the news is pretty bad...

...specifically if you're waiting for Cyrus to go away.

"Not a chance. Not a chance," says box office analyst Jeff Bock of Exhibitor Relations. So far, The Last Song has brought in about $25 million—a smaller take than Cyrus' other flicks, but still quite respectable.

"While this opening isn't anywhere near the level of her Hannah Montana doppelgänger, this is a very strong opening for her as a solo artist," Bock notes. "It's her name above the title, and not many people reach that stature in Hollywood, much less deliver box office."

HP Slate Gets Detailed and Priced Thanks to HP Document

Apparently, a rendered video wasn’t good enough for HP employees. No, they needed hard facts, just in case inquisitive people asked all the right questions. Though, we would be willing to bet that if those same employees were indeed asked, they’d probably have to say they don’t know anything. Luckily, we don’t work for HP.

So, what should we expect from the HP Slate? Size wise, we are looking at an 8.9″ WSVGA capacitive multitouch display. It has a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Menlow Z530 processor, it comes in two memory variations: 32GB and 64GB. Both versions come with expandable memory though, so that should definitely be remembered. It also goes without saying that the Slate also comes packed with Windows 7 Home Premium, optimized with HP’s custom User Interface.

Android Market Share Continues To Gain On The iPhone

comScore has just released its latest report on smartphone marketshare, and the trend we saw last month has continued: Google’s Android is gaining quickly on the iPhone, as Palm and Microsoft’s shares continue to dip. The report compares smartphone market share averaged over the three-month period ending November 2009 against the three months ending February 2010.

The report concluded that 45.4 million people in the United States were using smartphones in the period ending in Feb. 2010, which is a 21% increase over period ending last November. RIM still has a strong lead over the field, with 42.1% of the smartphone market share, and it rose by 1.3% over this period. But the most interesting story is the rapid rise of Android, whose share grew 5.2%. Apple’s share has remained stable, with a .1% drop.

Leaked iPhone 4.0 Docs Show Video Calls Included & More

Ever since Apple made it evident this morning that iPhone OS 4.0 is indeed a reality and is coming much sooner than we originally thought, every Apple fanboy (and fangirl) has been speculating which yearned-for features will actually make it into the next iteration of the iPhone operating system. Most of us are hoping that multitasking in some form will show up, amongst other things. We have reason to believe there is a definite possibility that video calls could be making its way into the next iPhone.

Late this evening we got word from No Dpad, a popular iPhone/iPod gaming blog, of new leaked documents that are incredibly telling of potential video calling on the iPhone. This image was captured from the website of O2’s UK subsidiary.

Ariel Lin “wangfu," Jay Chou’s bad luck ends

Jay Chou and Ariel Lin – this new combination* finally made their public appearance. They were in Hangzhou yesterday to promote a beverage ad as well as a new program by Zhejiang TV. Working together for the first time, Jay would usually tease and make Ariel laugh. She said: “I had a great time working with him.”

As for Jay, he’s also gotten rid of the string of bad luck that had plagued him recently. He’s been busy with quite a number of activities in China and seems to be in a better mood. Ariel has always been known as a “wangfu.” Their ad has just come out and seems off to a good start. No wonder Jay was laughing and at ease, saying it’s good to try pairing up with different people to spark new chemistry.

Jerry holding girlfriend while in tears is an unforgettable moment

Jerry Yan and Lin Chi Ling have never publicly confirmed any past relationships, but in his new photobook in the section titled "Love Fairytale", he reveals a litle clue. There is a mention of Jerry's then girlfriend getting sick that year, saying, "When the princess is sick, her prince is out fighting battles." Although it was hard for him to split up, he insisted on flying to his girlfriend's side. In the room, one can see a scene of two people hugging in tears, "Why do two people in love want to be together when they are in pain, but are more hurt when they are? They don't know when the last time they will be hugging and crying together." Although the text doesn't identify a name, Lin Chi Ling was injured during a horseback riding accident, and Jerry was in Taiwan filming "The Hospital", making it easy for readers to link Jerry's so called princess with her.

Earlier, Jerry attended a public charity event where he commented on that relationship as "once in a lifetime", even though he was unable to carry on the relationship to the end. To reports that is is a child born out of wedlock, Jerry didn't deny it, only saying that his birth wasn't important, because he would always love his hard-working single mother who brought him up.

Nicollette Sheridan Sues Desperate Housewives Creator for Assault

It's a lawsuit worthy of a juicy Desperate Housewives storyline.

Nicollette Sheridan alleges the show's creator hit her in the face on the set and that she was then fired in retaliation for complaining about him, "resulting in her losing millions in future earnings," says the suit filed Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Sheridan, whose character was killed off the show last year, is suing for $20 million, alleging assault and battery, gender violence and wrongful termination. She claims series creator Marc Cherry created a hostile work environment, "behaving in an extremely abusive and aggressive manner."

Sheridan, a Golden Globe nominee who played sexy Realtor Edie Britt, claims that Cherry directed his abuse at other cast and crew members, even at star Teri Hatcher after she went above his head to ABC executives.

"I hope Teri Hatcher gets hit by a car and dies," Cherry told Sheridan, according to the lawsuit.

Taylor Lautner Shirtless Scene: Deleted from New Moon

New Moon was a solid follow-up to Twilight. But we know one way in which the sequel could have been even better:

More Taylor Lautner shirtless!

Granted, we were privy to a number of scenes in which Jacob eschewed a shirt... but would anyone have objected to one or two (dozen) more?

Fortunately, a couple weeks after the New Moon DVD hit stores, a deleted, five-minute scene from the film has been released. In it, Jacob visits Bella's room, tries to explain himself and, most importantly, is half-naked. Peep it now:

Jesse James Loves Sandra Bullock 'More Than Anything in His Life'

As he continues undergoing treatment for personal issues, Jesse James has one overriding hope.

"When all is said and done, he wants the same people who were living in his house before all this happened to still be living there," his attorney Joe Yanny tells PEOPLE. "And he wants to save his marriage with the woman he loves more than anything in his life."

James, who checked into the treatment facility last month after allegations of infidelity against wife Sandra Bullock, "is doing as well as he can be," says Yanny. "He's focusing on what he's doing and trying to make himself better."

His lawyer also believes the media has gone too far with constant coverage and by naming the treatment facility.

"The First Amendment was not meant to cover the sexual lives of people who are not in office," says Yanny. "This is sheer voyeurism and bullying, pure and simple. It's disgusting."

iPad app prices are out of control and will kill us all

Apple trained us well with the iPhone. All those $0.99 apps, $1.99 apps, and the occasional $4.99 (or so) app, padded by plentiful free apps, and we laid down / rolled over every time the App Store whistled. Sure, we admit it, after a few months of conditioning we even spent $9.99 on a couple apps, but boy did we do our homework on those ones! They had to be the best, they had to either be the "greatest game ever," or a vital piece of productivity software we could never live without. But something, somewhere broke within and we were left powerless as the iPad at last made its way out of the box and popped open the App Store for the first time. These pricey apps (the average seems to be double the iPhone price) are dangerously expensive, and we'd like everybody involved to think twice before beating our wallet into submission with these $9.99 and $14.99 "snacks." Follow with us after the break as we break this down, won't you?

Microsoft Announces April 12th Keynote

April is turning out to be a very eventful, and very busy month. First we have the iPad launch, and then we hear about the Apple keynote that will offer up the latest, greatest, and official word on what iPhone OS 4.0 will bring to the table for a great many devices. And now we have Microsoft jumping into the foray. And, as they put it, it’s time to share.

There’s a bit of speculation around the event, but on the other side of the fence, there’s some definite remarks that this keynote is entirely placed on the shoulders of Project Pink. That project is better known for the two devices that have been leaked over the last few months. Sure, amidst all the noise generated by Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7, we understand why you might have forgotten about it,

Tavia Yeung like Cinderella with Raymond Lam helping her put on shoe

The other night, Raymond Lam, Bobby Au Yeung and Tavia Yeung were shooting for the outdoor scenes to TVB new series . The scene talked about the married couple Bobby and Tavia on the sky bridge trying to reconcile, but failed. Tavia even went more towards "third person" Raymond, running so much that her heel broke off. Because Bobby was stubborn, Raymond had to be the gentlemen and help Tavia fix her shoe. Afterwards, Tavia laughed and said that she's extremely honored: "I felt like Cinderella! Raymond is the idol to thousands of fan girls, and now he's helping me put on my shoe! But I'm even more honored that Bobby helped me carry shoes."

Raymond only laughed and said that when he helped Tavia put on her shoes, it didn't smell. Asked if he's afraid that his fans would get jealous? He said: "I collaborated the most with Tavia in TVB series, I've also known her the longest, so there's nothing to worry about." Also, Bobby was asked if he has any kiss scenes with Tavia in the series? He said: "It's best not to have any. It's not a good scene when I have flat nose and mouth. I'm always afraid to do those scenes, it's really embarrassing. When I shoot kiss scenes, I become stiff and might make the scene look fake, then people will say that the scene is too fake. If it's too intense, then people will call you a pervert."

Brown Eyed Girls takes part in special album for ice show ‘Festa On Ice’

Group Brown Eyed Girls releases a special album for the ice show.

The special album to commemorate the 3rd year of ‘Festa On Ice’ is released on 6th April. Other than the Brown Eyed Girls, other hit composers like Yoon IlSang, Han JaeHo and Kim SeungSoo have taken part in it.

Despite the group’s busy schedule promoting not only in Korea but also overseas as well as the individual members are involved in their own activities, they have managed to take time out to participate in the special album.

Donnie Yen sells undies because he looks good in them

The “Universe Strongest” was recently interviewed by the i-CABLE Entertainement News Channel to promote his upcoming movie Ip Man 2. Concerning his much-talked about underwear commercial, Donnie Yen praised himself saying, “Since the advertising company hired me, of course it was because I'm capable of looking good in them! And I think these things are in the genes!”

The star was asked if he wishes to win any awards after the massive popularity of Ip Man. He said awards are not important to him, since they are just something that sit at home. He believes box office success is the most important, and joked if no one wants to see his award-wining movie, wouldn’t that be a failure?

Miley Cyrus Describes Her New 'Techno Vibe' Album: 'It's Good To Blast In Your Car'

Looking for a playlist to blast in your car this summer? You’re in luck, because Miley Cyrus’ next album could be just what you’re craving. The “Last Song” star’s new album — which she describes as having “a techno vibe” — drops in June, just in time for all those car rides to the beach with the windows down.

“My record is coming out this summer,” Miley said. “I’m excited about that. I’m looking forward to that, and then hopefully I can continue to do more films. [The album is] a little different. It’s kind of poppier, but then it still has an edge. All of my music kind of has to. I think it’s really fun. It’s definitely a good summer CD. It’s good to blast in your car.”

Bunny girl Katy Perry hops to it as she hosts Easter celebration with fiancé Russell Brand

Katy Perry embraced the Easter spirit yesterday as she hosted a celebration with fiancé Russell Brand at their home in Los Feliz, California.

The I Kissed A Girl singer greeted friends wearing a pair of pink and white bunny ears, which she teamed with a pair of denim hotpants and tie-dye vest.

The couple were all smiles as they mingled with guests, including Brand's co-star in the film Get Him To The Greek, Jonah Hill.

She later tweeted: 'If every day could be filled with pastels, bunnies, baby chicks and chocolate filled eggs I would be happy.'

The pair looked relaxed and refreshed following their romantic getaway to Mexico last week.

Windows 7's share breaks 10% mark

Microsoft's latest OS will replace Vista in the No. 2 spot by June, data shows

Windows 7 reached the 10% usage share milestone almost a year faster than its berated predecessor, Vista, Web analytics company Net Applications said yesterday.

But the growth of Windows 7 has yet to have an impact on Microsoft's overall share, which returned to its usual downward trend last month after a one-month advance. Windows dropped to a 91.6% share, down half a percentage point from February.

The new operating system again grabbed share from both Windows XP and Vista, with the former losing twice as much as the latter. Windows XP slid to 64.5%, down a full point, while Vista lost 0.5 of a percentage point to end at 16%.

iPhone OS 4.0 “sneak peek” event April 8th 2010

Apple, which sold 300,000 iPads in only one day, announced that an iPhone OS 4.0 event would be held on April 8 (this Thursday) at 10AM Pacific Time.

The company promises a “sneak peek of the next generation of iPhone OS software” – which probably means it will showcase most of the new features iPhone OS 4 comes with.

Of course, this may not mean iPhone OS 4.0 will be available on April 8. It’s likely that Apple will launch the new OS only when its new iPhone (or iPhones) will be unveiled – possibly in June.

Microsoft plans April 12 mystery event

Pulling another page from Apple's playbook, Microsoft has sent out a cryptic invitation to lure reporters to an upcoming event, while offering almost no clue as to what will be introduced.

In this case, Microsoft has invited select reporters to an event on April 12 in San Francisco. Engadget appears to be first along the mail truck route from Redmond, Wash., so for now you will have to go there to see pictures of said invitation.

Microsoft is declining to comment, though I'd bet it has something to do with the mobile front. One possibility is the introduction of a Microsoft-designed consumer phone, which is on track to come out this year, ahead of the first Windows Phone 7 devices from other makers.

Fans devastated over TVXQ’s possible disbandment

Is this the end of TVXQ as a group?

Fans of the top Korean boy band (aka Tohoshinki in Japan) are heartbroken over an announcement by Avex, TVXQ's agency in Japan, that the group will suspend their activities, raising the possibility that they will disband and will work individually.

In July last year, TVXQ members Micky Yoochun, Xian Junsu and YoungWoong Jaejong sued SM Entertainment, their Korean agency, to void what they call their “slave contracts”.

Top 10 TV Artists: Third Place – Charmaine Sheh

The first time I saw Charmaine Sheh was in 2002 during the 12th annual Next Magazine Awards. It was the first time I participated in the awards and the first time she was nominated. From that moment on, I would see her at least once each year.

After several years without seeing each other, it’s no surprise if you don’t know me. However, Charmaine is different – after seeing her at the awards show for 9 years straight, the feeling is like eating moon cakes during the Mid-Autumn Festival or receiving red envelopes during Lunar New Year – a very familiar and natural feeling. I have a lot of confidence that Charmaine would know that I work at Next Magazine, so wouldn’t need to go through the awkwardness of introducing myself. What would be embarrassing is if it’s been 6 years or 6 months since I last saw a person and all of a sudden get to see them again, but not knowing whether they remember me or not – having to figure that out is difficult.

Adam Lambert Loves The Ladies

HP Slate reappears for 30 seconds, shows off camera, custom interface... and iTunes

We just had a feeling that HP wasn't going to be able to keep quiet about the Slate while the iPad hogged the limelight this weekend, and like clockwork it's released another rendered teaser video of its Windows 7-based tablet. Unfortunately, the clip reveals nothing about pricing or availability (though we have heard rumors of June), but there are some exciting quick demos of the Slate's cam and video conferencing skills. Take that, iPad! We actually happen to be most interested in the brief glimpse you get at the touch UI -- the icon-based interface looks similar to past TouchSmart software and seems to hide Windows 7 quite well, but it's so obviously mocked up we can't get a real sense of how it'll work. It looks like you will be able to hook it up to a HDTV with some sort of dock and expand the storage space through an SD card slot, all of which makes sense given that it's running Windows. Unfortunately, that's really all you get, but see it all for yourself in the 30 second video after the break.

74% iPad buyers were Mac owners, 66% had iPhones claims analyst

Apple may describe the iPad as a new segment, but are they also carving out a new audience for the company? According to Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster, first-day sales of the new tablet don’t seem to suggest that’s the case. He interviewed 448 iPad early-adopters and discovered that 74-percent were existing Mac users and 66-percent had an iPhone. Just 4-percent expected the iPad to replace their existing computer, and only 1-percent thought it might replace their iPhone.

iPad’s A4 SoC benchmarked against iPhone’s Cortex A8 and Nexus One’s Snapdragon

While some would have you believe that the iPad is nothing more than an oversized iPhone (minus the phone part, as well as a few other things), one important difference between the two lies in the mobile processor making them tick.

While the iPhone uses a Cortex A8, the iPad is the first device to utilize Apple’s new A4 SoC, which is manufactured by Samsung on a currently unknown process node. The A4 has a higher operating frequency (clocked at 1GHz) and is probably manufactured at 45nm.

Jerry Yan faces illegitimacy rumors and dodges gigolos

Recently, Jerry Yan has been plagued with rumors about him being an illegitimate child. Yesterday, he responded to the the public for the first time on this issue, "I don't really know [if it is true], but I do not think it is of significance. Since I was small, Mom has worked very hard to earn money to support our family. I neither steal nor take. Even if it was real, she is still my role model. I will support her no matter what. I hope that now that I've grown up, I can really make her proud. In one month, 200,000 copies of 9314 Man and Boy have been sold in Asia, coming to approximately NT$100,000,000, and has been at the top of the Kingstone non-fiction charts for 4 consecutive weeks. A few days ago, Jerry donated a sexy photograph of himself, taken for his photobook, for a charity auction that won a NT$300,000 bid for "Every Household Loves Jerry Yan the Most." Yesterday, a ceremony was held and all donations made to the Xue Xue Foundation. Jerry, who celebrated Children's Day for the first time, made kites along with 20 impoverished children and encouraged them to never give up on their dreams.

Ever since he was young, Jerry has worked part-time and had never celebrated Children's Day or his birthday before. He said, "My birthday is on New Year's Day and my previous jobs were all in the service industry. Since my birthday is on a holiday, not only did I not get vacations, I was even busier." He also revealed that in high school, he had friends who became gigolos and went on to drive high class cars. At the time, someone had asked him whether he wanted to do it. He recalled, "In those days, I worked hard every day until 11 at night and the idea was very tempting. However, I remembered what Mom had said -- a man may always be poor, but no matter what, he cannot let down himself or others. Thus, I told the other person that I was not interested." In retrospect, he said jokingly, "If I really went, my mom would have killed me."

‘Comeback’ Rain, “Promoting with Lee Hyori, I really welcome it”

World star Rain talks about his thoughts on doing his singer promotional activities in the same period as singer Lee Hyori.

Rain held his special album release press conference on 5th April at Seoul KT Building, and at the press conference he was quoted saying, “I really welcomed promoting in the same time period as Lee Hyori.”

Rain recently released his special album ‘Back To the Basic’, “This album will be an outpost action to bring me to a larger market.” Into his 8th year since debut, Rain said, “There is only Lee Hyori who had promoted together with me. And recently during the pre-recording of a music show, I didn’t know anyone. Because of Lee Hyori and those I know, I didn’t feel bored.”

Leehom loses milk tea to Ethan Ruan but gets chips back

Leehom Wang recently wrapped up his directorial debut Love Announcement after three months of filming in the mainland. He was back in Taiwan and shot a new Lays ad with Angela Chang over the past two days. Although commercials have been piling up since he was away, one noticeably missing was Liptop milk tea.

The company announced Ethan Ruan as their new spokesperson for Taiwan and mainland after the position was held by Leehom Wang for the last three years. Ethan Ruan reportedly cost a modest 7.50 million (NTD), while Leehom was rumored to have lost the deal because it conflicted with another one of his endorsements, as well as his high price tag.

Trouble In Paradise: iPad Users Complain Of Wifi Issues

Just one day after launch and there are already scores of complaints on the Apple support site over faulty wifi on the iPad. A typical complaint is that the iPad shows no wifi signal, or a very weak signal, where other devices pick it up just fine:

Having this issue with my iPad as well. It’s dropping down to one bar in a part of the house the most other devices, including my MBP and my iPhone, get full service. The WiFi is so dense in our house that I often get signal outside on most of my devices. The iPad’s WiFi antenna is like the new iMacs – it’s centrally located behind the Apple logo, and it’s tiny. The difference is the iMac’s Apple logo isn’t usually resting on something; the iPad’s usually is.

Apple sells 300,000 iPads as of Saturday

In fact, going by Munster’s figures the real damage is being done to Amazon. Of the iPad buyers, 10-percent had considered picking up a Kindle instead, and of the 13-percent who already owned Kindles, 58-percent planned to replace the dedicated ereader with their new Apple tablet. Reading ebooks was the second most likely activity for iPad owners (38-percent), coming in behind web browsing which 74-percent said they planned to do with the device; meanwhile email came in at 34-percent, video consumption at 26-percent and games/apps at 18-percent. Munster has already more than doubled his expectations for iPad sales in 2010, from 2.7 million to 5.6 million.

T-Mobile offering up to $350 off an HD2 in exchange for your iPhone, soul

HTC's HD2 is the hottest piece of WinMo of the moment, and ever since it got the nod for an (unofficial) update to Windows Phone 7 it's been looking all the more tasty. Now it's getting more affordable too -- if you happen to have an iPhone you're willing to give up. T-Mobile appears to be running a promotion at certain locations through May 19 that would give between $100 and $350 off of a new HD2 for anyone trading in a working handset. Frankly we don't figure too many dedicated iPhoners will be taking this opportunity to hop onto the Windows Mobile train but, if you can get yourself a cheap old handset from a friend who upgraded, you might just be able to snag yourself a hefty discount on a hunky new smartphone.

Nokia N8 Foosball-themed viral video ad ready for release?

Nokia’s N8 smartphone looks to be as official as you can get without an actual press release from the company themselves – we’ve seen leaked photos, specs and mention of the high-end handset in internal data files – and it seems the N8 is far enough along the development process for Nokia to be thinking about advertising. According to a tweet from Danny Gagatt, he’s just finished helping visual effects company The Mill create “a Nokia Vasco viral”; Vasco is apparently one of the codenames for the Nokia N8.

The tweet – from April 2nd – has since been taken down, presumably as Gagatt became aware that Nokia wouldn’t be too pleased if their unconfirmed flagship had been prematurely outed. Still, thanks to a screenshot we know that the ad will have some sort of Foosball gaming theme.

As for the Nokia N8 itself, that’s expected to have a 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen, 12-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics and an HDMI output. The timescale for the viral video would certainly fit in with early launch rumors; Nokia were tipped to be announcing the N8 sometime this month, with retail availability in September 2010.

Andy Lau touched with tears at China's Drought Relief

Andy Lau and Jackie Chan participated in the Beijing Southwest Drought Relief last night. Andy was initially at Hengdian shooting for the film "New Shaolin Temple" and especially took time off to attend the charity event in Beijing. While he was talking about the natural disaster's great impact, he was a man who choked on his tears. Throughout the night, the evening charity event raised a total of 270 million yuan worth of money and supply donations.

Andy was the first guest singing performer and the organizers arranged the children who were affected by the drought to meet with him. Hearing the children not willing to drink water at school, so they bring it back to home for the family use and how their lives are so difficult, Andy found it quite moving. When one child heard Andy sing the song "The Chinese People", it brought back ad memories, everyone could not hold in their tears. When Andy and the MC were talking, he teared up as he expressed his hope that every Chinese person around the world could see this charity performance and can pray together for some rain, giving the disaster victims water to use for their daily lives.

Only true love can bring an everlasting love relationship. Fate is an interesting concept, bringing two unrelated people together, that could still communicate well with one another.

On the Forevermark Encordia website, there is currently a contest running for people to share their own love stories. The most heartwarming love story will have a chance to win valuable gifts including a photoshoot by a famous photographer reserved for them.

Wing Fan posts old topless photo, Cyndi Wang only worries about her makeup-less face?

On April Fools this year, idol Wing Fan Zhi Wei sent his old lover Cyndi Wang a "huge gift", which was an uploaded photo of an intimate pose from seven years ago on Facebook. Wing said, "I'm not scared to face the past, because there's nothing bad about my past." However, this action has bristled many netizens, some of which called him a "horrible person", but Cyndi was more worried about the beauty of her nude face.

There were two such photos on Wing's Facebook, the female lead being his five year ex, Cyndi Wang. The photos were taken seven years ago, showing Wing with bare shoulders in an attempt to look "cool". Cyndi was only 20 back then, and was nestled in his embrace with no makeup on with a cheeky "peace" pose. In the other photo, Cyndi is only wearing a thin tank top.

11 years ago, Wing portrayed a young upstart in 車正在追 (Car is still chasing? unsure of real english title), where he met Cyndi Wang. They had whispers of a relationship in the movie, and outside they definitely created sparks, but they weren't lovers. The outside world finally saw flowers, and started a romantic passionate relationship five years ago. However, in the same year rumours circulated of Wing cheating, causing fights between them. Two years later, breakup rumours surfaced, and even reports that Wing had physically lashed out at her. Last year, Wing further said that he was blind to have thought of cheating.

Haruhi Suzumiya & Toma Ikuta's Full 30-Sec. Ad Posted

The official website of Lotte's Acuo gum has revamped itself with both the 30-second and 15-second versions of the commercial starring the cast of the Haruhi Suzumiya franchise and the actor Toma Ikuta (live-action Akihabara @ DEEP, Honey and Clover). The 30-second version has a different ending from the previously streamed 15-second version. The website also has a brief page on the gum itself, and profiles of the Haruhi characters.

As reported last Tuesday, the "Boutique" commercial has Ikuta chewing Acuo gum when he spies an item that is sold out at a boutique. When he blows his "nice breath" onto the boutique clerk, she transforms into the character Mikuru Asahina. The boutique manager comes over to scold Ikuta for "turning people into anime characters." Ikuta says "Suimasen" ("I'm sorry") with his fresh breath, and the manager turns into Haruhi herself. Confused, Ikuta runs out of the store and runs into three alley cats … who all transform into Yuki Nagato.

The 30-second version premiered on Monday on Japanese television and on the official website, although a television program aired the 15-second version last week.
