As he continues undergoing treatment for personal issues, Jesse James has one overriding hope.
"When all is said and done, he wants the same people who were living in his house before all this happened to still be living there," his attorney Joe Yanny tells PEOPLE. "And he wants to save his marriage with the woman he loves more than anything in his life."
James, who checked into the treatment facility last month after allegations of infidelity against wife Sandra Bullock, "is doing as well as he can be," says Yanny. "He's focusing on what he's doing and trying to make himself better."
His lawyer also believes the media has gone too far with constant coverage and by naming the treatment facility.
"The First Amendment was not meant to cover the sexual lives of people who are not in office," says Yanny. "This is sheer voyeurism and bullying, pure and simple. It's disgusting."

Apple trained us well with the iPhone. All those $0.99 apps, $1.99 apps, and the occasional $4.99 (or so) app, padded by plentiful free apps, and we laid down / rolled over every time the App Store whistled. Sure, we admit it, after a few months of conditioning we even spent $9.99 on a couple apps, but boy did we do our homework on those ones! They had to be the best, they had to either be the "greatest game ever," or a vital piece of productivity software we could never live without. But something, somewhere broke within and we were left powerless as the iPad at last made its way out of the box and popped open the App Store for the first time. These pricey apps (the average seems to be double the iPhone price) are dangerously expensive, and we'd like everybody involved to think twice before beating our wallet into submission with these $9.99 and $14.99 "snacks." Follow with us after the break as we break this down, won't you?

We just had a feeling that HP wasn't going to be able to keep quiet about the Slate while the iPad hogged the limelight this weekend, and like clockwork it's released another rendered teaser video of its Windows 7-based tablet. Unfortunately, the clip reveals nothing about pricing or availability (though we have heard rumors of June), but there are some exciting quick demos of the Slate's cam and video conferencing skills. Take that, iPad! We actually happen to be most interested in the brief glimpse you get at the touch UI -- the icon-based interface looks similar to past TouchSmart software and seems to hide Windows 7 quite well, but it's so obviously mocked up we can't get a real sense of how it'll work. It looks like you will be able to hook it up to a HDTV with some sort of dock and expand the storage space through an SD card slot, all of which makes sense given that it's running Windows. Unfortunately, that's really all you get, but see it all for yourself in the 30 second video after the break.

Apple may describe the iPad as a new segment, but are they also carving out a new audience for the company? According to Piper Jaffray analyst Gene Munster, first-day sales of the new tablet don’t seem to suggest that’s the case. He interviewed 448 iPad early-adopters and discovered that 74-percent were existing Mac users and 66-percent had an iPhone. Just 4-percent expected the iPad to replace their existing computer, and only 1-percent thought it might replace their iPhone.

In fact, going by Munster’s figures the real damage is being done to Amazon. Of the iPad buyers, 10-percent had considered picking up a Kindle instead, and of the 13-percent who already owned Kindles, 58-percent planned to replace the dedicated ereader with their new Apple tablet. Reading ebooks was the second most likely activity for iPad owners (38-percent), coming in behind web browsing which 74-percent said they planned to do with the device; meanwhile email came in at 34-percent, video consumption at 26-percent and games/apps at 18-percent. Munster has already more than doubled his expectations for iPad sales in 2010, from 2.7 million to 5.6 million.

HTC's HD2 is the hottest piece of WinMo of the moment, and ever since it got the nod for an (unofficial) update to Windows Phone 7 it's been looking all the more tasty. Now it's getting more affordable too -- if you happen to have an iPhone you're willing to give up. T-Mobile appears to be running a promotion at certain locations through May 19 that would give between $100 and $350 off of a new HD2 for anyone trading in a working handset. Frankly we don't figure too many dedicated iPhoners will be taking this opportunity to hop onto the Windows Mobile train but, if you can get yourself a cheap old handset from a friend who upgraded, you might just be able to snag yourself a hefty discount on a hunky new smartphone.

Have always kept their love in the most private way possible, Anita Yuen and Chilam Cheung recently put on the FOREVERMARK ENCORDIA brand wedding rings to express their "sincere feeling" love story. This is their first on-screen collaboration since their marriage. During filming, the couple would naturally fall back and hold hands, just like the story behind the shape of the Forevermark Encordia wedding ring series. Only true love can bring an everlasting love relationship. Fate is an interesting concept, bringing two unrelated people together, that could still communicate well with one another.
On the Forevermark Encordia website, there is currently a contest running for people to share their own love stories. The most heartwarming love story will have a chance to win valuable gifts including a photoshoot by a famous photographer reserved for them.
