In case you needed any more evidence that Samsung's Epic 4G for Sprint is probably going to be awesome, you might take a gander at the competitive analysis they've prepared against the iPhone 4, Droid Incredible, and Droid X as an ego-boosting checklist for reps prepping to sell the phone in the coming weeks. The DLNA support trumpeted, but HDMI's notably missing -- something its EVO 4G sibling has -- and it'll be up to customers to decide whether 4-inch Super AMOLED is better than 4.3-inch LCD. Unsurprisingly, the Epic will "feature" the same $10 data surcharge that the EVO has, something that we're guessing is going to end up being phased in over Sprint's entire smartphone lineup over time -- you know, kind of like those delivery service "fuel surcharges" that end up becoming permanent after a while. Anyhow, the Epic looks killer on paper, but if anything, the chart only underscores how incredibly stiff its competition is going to be. Choice is good, is it not?

Version C of the album contains many photos of the boys and you can view all of the below. Surprisingly, troubled member Kangin makes an appearance in the photos as well. As a bonus, there’s additional photos from Super Junior’s official website.
The MV for No Other should be out soon so keep an eye out for it and the boys will be performing on the July 2nd edition of Music Bank.

We don’t mean to get anyone’s hopes up with this, but there’s a rumor going around that Verizon will be launching the Motorola Droid 2 on August 23rd. It’s believed its price will be in the neighborhood of $199.99. Better still, word has it that the Droid 2 might just hit store shelves pre-loaded with Android 2.2 aka Froyo. Of course all of this this is dependant upon Motorola’s engineers getting everything to play nice, but we’re willing to hold out hope.

We've been receiving numerous tips over the last hour that Nexus One owners on AT&T bands are receiving an over-the-air update for Android 2.2 FRF85, otherwise known as the "bulletproofed" Froyo build. No confirmation at this point, and since you're asking, no word yet either on an update for the larger T-Mobile N1 install base (though we've had at least one report of a user on FRF50 getting the OTA today). We've pinged Google for answers, will let ya know what we hear.
Update: Thanks to a few readers, we've now got a direct link from Google's servers to update from EPE54B to FRF85.
Update 2: Tipster Christian R has sent us a picture of his T-Mobile-banded Nexus One with FRF85, apparently updated from Android 2.1 build ERE27. Has the T-Mobile rollout begun? Not for us, at least.

When the porn industry gets behind a tech, it tends to be a good sign. When it deserts a tech? Yeah, that's a bad sign.
So it's not great news for Adobe when the founder of Digital Playground, one of the biggest adult studios in the US, states in no uncertain terms in an interview with Conceivably Tech that he hates Flash and will ditch it as soon as all major browsers support HTML5.
Mobile browsers run HTML 5 very well. Flash brings everything to a crawl and has an impact on battery life. With HTML 5, there is no reason to show our content in Flash. We are waiting for browsers to catch up. As soon as they are ready, we will move everything to HTML 5.
So essentially, as soon as Internet Explorer gets around to fully supporting HTML5, we'll see at least one major porn studio ditching Flash. And we know where the porn industry goes, the mainstream entertainment industry tends to follow.

The mechanism that opens and closes the articulated display is pretty neat -- but otherwise, there isn't much from Negri Electronics' video of its mysteriously-obtained Nokia prototype that is likely to raise many eyebrows. The phone -- labeled "C0" but more likely a member of the Nseries or Eseries -- gets poked and prodded over the course of four-odd minutes, revealing a number of ports protected with plastic flaps (micro HDMI included, it seems) along with a good, close look at that expansive QWERTY keyboard. Performance looks reasonable but not mind-blowing -- and we don't want to pass judgment on a software build that's likely got months of work left before retail -- so this could be a reasonable option for N97 and N97 Mini owners looking for an upgrade with a capacitive display and some ultra-mild UI rework. Follow the break for the video.

Bloomberg Businessweek writes that Apple’s 16 GB iPhone 4, which retails for $599 off-contract or $199 on-contract, costs approximately $188 to manufacture. The report comes as a result of an iSuppli teardown that analyzed the inner workings of the new mobile device. The most expensive part is — unsurprisingly — the Retina display, which iSuppli estimates at $28.50 at wholesale. Apple’s A4 processor, which is manufactured by Samsung, purportedly carries a price tag of $10.75. Both Apple and Samsung declined comment when contacted by Bloomberg BW. The $188 estimate is in line with previous iterations of the iPhone which typically have cost between $175 and $190 to manufacture.
UDPATE: Changed article title from “iSuppli: iPhone 4 costs $188 to manufacture” to “iSuppli: iPhone 4 components cost $188.” The $188 figure does not include labor and other miscellaneous costs that would be included in manufacturing; it is for the components only.
