Source: Mood on Eclipse Reshoots Was "Tense"

Some on-set drama went down in Vancouver last week, or so Lainey is reporting, while the cast was filming reshoots for Eclipse. And there are claims that Robert Pattinson was at the center of it all!

Reportedly, Rob showed up to Vancouver a day late, screwing up the shoot for the meadow scene, and his supposed attitude did not sit well with director David Slade.

So what does our source up in VBC tell us about the on-set vibe?

"It was tense up there," reports Deep Twi:

As we told you a while ago, the Twilight studio hasn't been concerned about Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart's love stuff for a while. Oh no, they could care less about the once Romeo-and-Juliet-type kibosh they once put on Robsten.

Summit's main concern right now? Eclipse, as we were told the film just wasn't coming together as the suits had hoped, with its summer release date right around the corner.

Microsoft's browser share dips below 60 percent

Microsoft's browser market share continued to fall in April, with Internet Explorer now in use for fewer than three in five Web connections.

IE's share of the market in April was 59.95, down from 60.65 percent in March, according to Net Applications. Google's Chrome grabbed the lion's share of that, increasing to 6.73 percent from 6.13 percent, while Firefox also gained nearly a tenth of a percentage point, to finish April with 24.59 percent.

The decline for IE at the expense of Google and Mozilla is the continuation of several years of market share losses for Microsoft. In May 2008, Microsoft had 75.94 percent of the market, while Firefox had 18.3 percent and Google's Chrome wasn't even out yet.

The iPad 3G: Is the extra $130 worth it?

The new version of Apple's tablet delivers 3G connectivity, but there are trade-offs

Apple's newest iPad, the 3G-equipped model that arrived Friday, is identical to the earlier Wi-Fi-only model, save for a plastic black strip running along the top of the device -- for 3G reception -- and a SIM card slot on the lower left side. Otherwise, the iPad 3G offers the same features as the model that arrived April 3: same solid design and construction, same bright and sharp 9.7-inch screen, same battery life.

Other than weighing a tenth of a pound more (1.6 pounds instead of 1.5), the big difference is that you can now take online access pretty much wherever you go -- as long as there's an AT&T 3G network nearby and you're willing to pay an extra $130 (plus a monthly fee) for the privilege.

Ariel Lin reveals the secrets of her weight loss

Ariel Lin graces the cover of the new issue of Beauty magazine and talks about the five secrets of her weight loss - Eating at the right time, avoiding leaves on vegetables, releasing toxins through massage, walking 10,000 steps everyday and only eating fried food made with grape seed oil.

Ariel Lin said, “Fruits are good for the skin and body, but it has a high water content, as well as a lot of sugar. Over-eating will lead to weight gain.” She sounds like a nutritionist from the clinic when she talks about food, and even memorized their calories and nutritional values. She stressed that no matter how low the calories are, food must be eaten at the right time in the right amount, and whether they belong in the “cold or warm” categories.

And that wasn’t all. Avoiding starch at dinner is no big news, but avoiding leaves on vegetables is the smart way to go, “Leaves are from the ‘cold’ category. Eating them at night affects the digestion cycle, and does no good for weight loss.”

When asked how she lost her baby-fat, she said, “Don’t underestimate the importance of putting on lotion.” Doing massages while applying lotion helps to eliminate excess water. Moreover, water intake should be limited to 900cc since fruits and soups provide enough water already.

David Boreanaz Admits: I Cheated on My Wife

Bones star David Boreanaz is opening up about reports that he has been unfaithful to his wife of nearly nine years, Jaime Bergman.

"Our marriage has been tainted with my infidelities," the actor admits to PEOPLE. "I just want to be open and honest. I was irresponsible."

The actor, 40, is coming forward, he says, because a former mistress, whom he declines to name, contacted an attorney and threatened to contact media outlets.

"I was associated with a woman who I was involved with and had a relationship with," he says. "She asked for money. I felt as though I was being blackmailed or there was some sort of extortion."

Now, with the news of his infidelities out in the open, Boreanaz is getting down to the difficult task of salvaging his relationship with his wife.

"We're working on our marriage," he says. "We're working on repairing what has been damaged so badly."

Android OS Distribution Chart Updated, Inches Slowly In Right Direction

Google has just updated the pie chart on its Android Developers site that shows just how many Android users are running each version of the mobile OS. The latest stats: 32.4% of users are on the most recent version, Android 2.1. That’s a rise of 5.1 percentage points since mid-April. But the bulk of users are still running earlier versions — 29.4% are on 1.6, and 37.2% are on 1.5.

This data is important to developers because it indicates how fragmented the market is, and which operating systems they should ensure their applications are compatible with. As we’ve noted before, the fact that over two thirds of Android users are still tied to an outdated operating system is a serious problem — for example, anyone who isn’t on 2.1 can’t run the official Twitter app. (Google may address this at its I/O conference later this month).

One other reason this is interesting: Google is now updating this OS pie chart more frequently. There was a four month gap between the previous updates that stretched from January 2010 (before the Nexus One was released) until mid-April. The latest updates came only a few weeks apart.

T-Mobile myTouch 3G Slide official: Android 2.1, QWERTY, coming in June (we go hands-on)

Hey, CLIQ, better check that rear-view mirror, because you've got an interesting competitor coming right up on your tail. T-Mobile is launching another midrange Android QWERTY slider -- some might argue the G1's true successor -- christened the myTouch 3G Slide (not quite the "myTouch Slide" we've been hearing for a few months) with a 3.4-inch HVGA display, 5 megapixel camera, and a pretty heavily-customized skin based on Android 2.1. How custom are we talking, exactly? Well, it's not quite like anything we've seen on a production Android device before, featuring a host of custom apps including the "Faves Gallery," a social aggregator for your most dearly beloved contacts; "myModes," a profile manager that can change the phone's themes and settings based on time or location; the Swype keyboard in place of Google's option; and the so-called "Genius Button," which seeks to extend Android's already decent voice command and text-to-speech systems by allowing you to do just about anything on the phone using your voice, hear messages read back to you, and so on. In the myTouch 3G tradition, the Slide will come in a selection of colors when it launches in June -- black, white, or red -- for a to-be-announced price. Check out T-Mobile's full press release along with our impressions of the device after the break

Sandler admits that his daughter Sadie isn't always "nice" to Aniston. "I call her 'Fifty Fifty Sadie.,'" Sandler tells ET. "When she's nice to Aniston, I'm in a good mood. When she's nuts I'm like, 'Sadie, come here for a minute. That's Aniston! It's fine.'"

The Britney Spears demo of Lady Gaga’s “Telephone”

The single “Telephone” by Lady Gaga was originally written for Britney Spears. Spears passed on the track after making a demo. Probably because she couldn’t do the dance that accompanied it. Those up and down arm movements would best be served shoveling food into her mouth.

Over the weekend, iLeaks.com posted a sample of the demo asking $750 for the whole song. Some chump bought it and now here it is.

There’s still debate as to whether this is really Britney. Some say yes, some say no.

Lindsay Lohan to Play Porn Star. Seriously.

Lindsay Lohan may gotten axed from yet another movie, but that doesn't mean she's not getting other work ... in porn. Or at least playing a porn actress.

Now, her photographer pal Tyler Shields, who photographed her strapped and looking like she's ready for Cinemax roles, confirmed that she will star in it.

If she's not thrown in jail at the time, of course.

Shields says he talked to the movie's director Matthew Wilder about Lohan, who said the actress will be taking all off - presumably for money this time!

Wilder and his producers plan to officially announce Inferno later this month at the Cannes Film Festival, reports say. Shields will being shooting promos for it.

No arguments here!

HP is continuing to promote a Windows 7-based slate PC on its Web site, raising questions about the accuracy of reports that the project's been shelved.

Promotional videos featuring the tablet in action still appear on Hewlett-Packard's Web site.

"A big bonus for the slate product is that, being based off Windows 7, it offers full Adobe support," said Phil McKinney, VP and chief technology officer for HP's Personal Systems Group, in a blog post touting the device.

Apple in antitrust crosshairs? If so, Jobs' Flash rant makes more sense

The Feds are reportedly poking around on Apple’s requirement that software developers only use its—or neutral—programming tools.

The New York Post reports that the Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission are pondering an antitrust inquiry into Apple’s Section 3.3.1 in its iPhone 4.0 software developer kit license agreement.

Here’s the section, which is largely viewed as the no Adobe Flash allowed part:

3.3.1 — Applications may only use Documented APIs in the manner prescribed by Apple and must not use or call any private APIs. Applications must be originally written in Objective-C, C, C++, or JavaScript as executed by the iPhone OS WebKit engine, and only code written in C, C++, and Objective-C may compile and directly link against the Documented APIs (e.g., Applications that link to Documented APIs through an intermediary translation or compatibility layer or tool are prohibited).

Ella Chen once sexually harassed on train

S.H.E's Ella Chen was herself a victim of sexual harassment on public transport.

The boyish singer-actress revealed this at the group's endorsement event for the Taipei metro.

The incident happened on a train during her schooling days. She had dozed off with a man standing close to her.

Ella said that before long, she felt him rubbing against her elbow, which shook her up. She got up to confront him but he took off immediately.

The 28-year-old expressed that one would know if one has been sexually harassed. She took the opportunity to remind girls to stand up for themselves bravely and not to silently accept such behaviour.

Sexual harassment on public transport is believed to be a social phenomenon that's rampant but often goes unreported. Victims often dismiss them as unintended or are at a loss to speak up.

Gillian Chung purchases HK$27 million flat; Joey Yung purchases the unit above

Gillian Chung really knows what to do, even when buying properties she buys from her boss Albert Yeung's EEG estates. Yesterday, Ah Gil appeared in the Wan Chai luxurious flat to sign the contract to purchase a 1700 square feet ocean view unit. It was said that Ah Gil had a discount given by her boss Albert, the final price was over HK$27 million. In other words, even if Ah Gil does a 3% down payment, she still has to come up with HK$800,000. Just a year since her comeback and she's already promoted to a homeowner, Ah Gil should change her name to "Wealthy Lady".

On the day Ah Gil went to sign the housing contract, she attracted a large group of reporters to interview her. She did not mind announcing that she's buying a new property. Asked if she got it for HK$27 million? Ah Gil said: "I don't know how much the price is, not very good with numbers. I just know that I have to fork out a huge sum of money for the down payment, but EEG gave me a 10% discount and my boss gave me an additional 2% employee's discount." Asked how many properties is she currently holding? She did not respond directly, she only revealed that besides properties, she also purchased a 2,000 square feet storage space.
