Dated for 4 years, Toyo Mung and Ekin Cheng were surrounded by breakup rumors, but actually their relationship is getting better and better. In the past, Ekin has never thought about marriage, but last year he spent 28 million on a luxury home on South Bay Road. Recently, he's been planning to start a family!
Yoyo has been in Mainland for a while due to filming, since Yoyo is back in Hong Kong, Ekin took the opportunity to spend some time with her. The night before, the couple were in Central on Hollywood Road having dinner at an Italian restaurant were also two other friends with them. At 11pm, ten fingers interlocked, Yoyo held onto Ekin's hand flinging it back and forth with a huge smile on her face. As for Ekin, he was just getting dragged forward by Yoyo and had his head down.

Good looks giveth. And good looks taketh away.
In the visually-oriented medium of film, it pays to have an exquisite face -- a visage that people love to look at, a lively emotional conduit that burns an impression in the mind's eye long after the last film reel spins to a halt. And the prettier the face the better. Studies have shown that even babies respond more positively to certain types of faces, especially ones with symmetrical features.
Two of the biggest film stars in the world, Leonardo DiCaprio and Johnny Depp, both graduated from being just another 'Tiger Beat' magazine teen idol to becoming full-fledged, card-carrying members of that most exclusive of clubs -- international movie icons. Zac Efron, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, for your careers' sake, please take note. But not the type of notes that Lindsay Lohan has taken...

The much anticipated Apple press conference has just concluded. Here is — in bullet form — what we just learned:
- The iPhone 4 death grip signal degradation thingy happens to a lot of smartphones. Apple demonstrated it on a BlackBerry 9700, Samsung Omnia 2, and HTC DROID Eris.
- The software update (4.0.1) released yesterday will take care of the error in the signal calculation algorithm that Apple discovered several weeks ago.
- Another software update to address other issues (like the proximity sensor thing) is due “soon.”
- Until September 30th, Apple will be giving iPhone 4 purchasers/owners a free bumper or case (depending on supply). A website with details will go live next week.
- Users who already purchased a bumper will be eligible for a refund. You had to have purchased an Apple bumper, not a third-party case.
- The return rate on the iPhone 3GS at AT&T stores was 6%, the return rate of the iPhone 4 is 1.7%.
- The white iPhone 4 will be out sometime later the month.
- Apple has sold over 3 million iPhone 4s thus far.
- 0.55% of iPhone 4 owners have called in to AppleCare to complain.
- Steve Jobs does not use a bumper on his iPhone 4.

Above, a few of our favorite moments from the iPhone 4 presentation Steve Jobs gave this afternoon. Below, eleven much more candid Jobs quotes from the Q&A session that Apple didn't put on their site:

Charlene Choi (Ah Sa) fainted at home yesterday. After she visited the hospital, she returned home to rest already and resumed working today.
It's rumored earlier that Angelababy replaced Ah Sa to endorse for Adidas. In fact today Ah Sa is shooting photos for Adidas' advertisement, breaking the rumor immediately. Although Ah Sa just fainted yesterday, but based on the photo she uploaded on Weibo, where she keeps jumping, it seems she is fine.
Ah Sa wrote: "My Weibo this several days isn't healthy. Today I shoot advertisement for my favorite '3 stripes,' finally looking healthier!"

At today's event, Steve Jobs gave the audience a glimpse of the the space-age chambers that Apple uses to test its prototype iPhones. Apple posted the pictures and, as MG Siegler said, it's basically Professor X's brain scan room.
Jobs said that the test chamber is the "biggest room" on Apple's campus and explained that "you have to build these rooms or you don't get accurate results." The one shown above, according to the picture's file name, is actually called the "Stargate Chamber."

Fresh out of the OEM peanut gallery, Nokia has released an official statement about how rigorous and careful they are with antenna design. The statement lets you know that Nokia “was the pioneer in internal antennas” and “has invested thousands of man hours in studying human behavior.” The press release also goes on to say that Nokia will always “prioritize antenna performance over physical design if they are ever in conflict.” The statement comes on the heels of today’s Apple media event, where CEO Steve Jobs waxed poetic about “Nokia phones” with stickers that say “don’t touch here” on them. We’ve got the full press release for you after the bounce.

Well, that was quick. Not only has Apple already posted the complete video of today's iPhone 4 presser (minus the Q&A), but it's also put up a special "smartphone antenna performance" page that offers pictures and videos aplenty of the antenna comparisons shown during the press conference. And you didn't think today could get any weirder. Hit up the links below to see for yourself.
Apple affirms: no software fix for iPhone 4 antenna issue
In case it wasn't obvious enough from Apple's agitated response to our question during today's iPhone 4 Q&A session in Cupertino, there's no software fix in the pipeline for the antenna issues that are plaguing users today. A prior report in the New York Times seemed fairly confident that the troubles could (and would) be solved in the near term by a simple software update, but the company's own Scott Forstall called said report "patently false." So, there you have it -- the only thing that'll be fixed via software is how big your smallest bar of signal is. Beyond that, you'll need to grab some Duct tape, a free case or a white glove if you're looking to avoid attenuation entirely.
