Sarah Jessica Parker steals show in hot lemon as Sex And The City stars dress up to the nines for world premiere of sequel

Rows over money and top billing, on-set catfights and screaming matches were all forgotten as the Sex And The City stars put on a glamorous and united front in New York last night.

But this was one night on which Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Cynthia Nixon and Kirsin Davis would have wanted to make sure they didn't fall short of their co-stars on the red carpet.

At the premiere of their long-awaited sequel, the fashionistas put in a sensational effort, but there was no doubting SJP was the star of the show in a hot lemon Valentino number that she had quite clearly practised her twirls in.

Viliv's AMOLED Prime P3 media player sports both Android and Windows CE

We've never been comfortable with the fact that Viliv's many fun and fashionable PMPs have yet to gain a real foothold in the states. Maybe this will change with the Prime P3 media player. As near as we can tell (our Korean is a little rusty) this bad boy sports a 3.7-inch AMOLED touchscreen, has both Android 2.1 and Windows CE 6.0 partitions, and supports 720p video. But that ain't all! Connectivity is via microUSB, and additional storage comes courtesy of microSDHC. Rounding things off are an 800 MHz ARM Cortex CPU, accelerometer, and WiFi -- all in a pretty classy little package. Available in flavors up to 32GB, we have no idea when this will see release, or for what price. We'll let you know as soon as we get a heads up. For reals.

Google Pac-Man Might've Cost Us $120,483,800

Last week, the Google logo was turned into a game of Pac-Man and we all took breaks to play. In theory, we wasted a combined 4,819,352 hours and many, many dollars. Here's the math.

The Rescue Time Blog made these calculations based on observations and assumptions about the Google audience:

Wonder Girls to depart Korea on May 31st

After a whirlwind and hectic promotional schedule in Korea for the past fortnight, the Wonder Girls will pack up and leave for New York next Monday to continue preparations for their album and concert tour in America.

A JYPE official said on the 25th, “The Wonder Girls will return to America on May 31st to work on their new album and prepare for their upcoming concert tour.”

Fans will still be able to catch the Wonder Girls perform live on music shows like M! Countdown, Music Bank, Music Core and also the Dream Concert broadcast from May 27th – 30th. In addition, the Wonder Girls will also be showing up on Win Win, Invincible Youth, Family Outing 2, etc. Time really flies, doesn’t it?

Joe Jonas: "It Was My Choice" to Break Up with Demi Lovato

They're done.

After just a few months of dating, Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato have called it quits, both stars confirmed Monday.

But despite earlier reports, the breakup didn't happen over the phone, Lovato says. "There are so many crazy rumors flying around today," Lovato Tweeted. "Joe and I did split, but it wasn't over the phone. Things didn't work out but we'll remain friends."

"Demi and I knew going into our romantic relationship that it may not be an easy one," Jonas says in a statement to Us. "I realize over the time we have shared together that I feel I care more about our friendship right now. It was my choice to breakup, but I love her as a friend. She's been there for me when I needed her. I will continue to be her friend and be there for her."

(Jonas has ended at least once relationship via phone: back in November 2008, Jonas' ex Taylor Swift admitted he dumped her during a "27 second" phone call a month before.)

Lovato, 17, met Jonas, 20, in 2007 on the set of Disney channel series Camp Rock. The pair finally acknowledged their romance in a March radio interview with Access Hollywood's Billy Bush.

Lady Gaga: “I Love The Rumor That I Have A Penis!”

Lady Gaga loves a good Lady Gaga rumor — even a gender-bending one that calls her womanhood into question.

“I love the rumor that I have a penis. I’m fascinated by it. In fact, it makes me love my fans even more that this rumor is in the world because 17,000 of them come to an arena every night and they don’t care if I’m a man, a woman, a hermaphrodite, gay, straight, transgender, or transsexual. They don’t care! They are there for the music and the freedom,” Gaga remarked in an interview with French entertainment show Sept a Huit over the weekend. “This has been the greatest accomplishment of my life, to get young people to throw away what society has taught them is wrong. Gay culture is at the very essence of who I am and I will fight for women and for the gay community until I die.”

And there you have it.

LG's Windows Phone 7 caught in some early packaging, to be dubbed GW910?

LG hasn't been what you'd call "super secretive" with its first Windows Phone 7 hardware (codenamed LG Panther), after all, the phone was flashed on the Engadget Show as the first official hardware for the new OS. Still, a prototype of the phone, meant for developers to start testing their apps on, has made its way into the wild and might shed some new light on the handset. It's been spotted with some full-on packaging (which is apparently non-final, even the Windows Phone 7 logo is wrong) and a "GW910" model number, which might be the final name for the handset -- or at least its internal call sign. It's also dangerously close in sound to the GW990, bringing back painful memories of that Moorestown phone's cancellation. Other notes accompanying the leak state that while the OS still has plenty of rough edges and is being updated with new builds almost every other day, it's "more or less feature complete" and very fast. They even shot a sample photo with the device, which you can find at your friendly neighborhood source link. Haven't had enough Windows Phone 7? Hit up our nerdtastic breakdown of the OS's core components.

Looks like Innovative Singapore got a video of the phone's startup sequence as well. Watch it power on at our source link.

Confirmed: Apple's next iPhone will have video chat, feature to be shown in ads directed by Sam Mendes

Well this can't be tremendously surprising. Apparently American Beauty director Sam Mendes is in the process of putting together a series of commercials for Apple's next iPhone, which according to a tipster is being referred to internally as the Mammoth / N90. Besides that tip (with a handful of juicy details), a trusted source has confirmed to us that the ads will feature at least one spot where a mother and daughter are having a video chat conversation using the new front-facing camera that's been spied on the face of that iPhone floating around Vietnam and Northern California. Adding weight to this story, a cursory search on Twitter revealed that there's at least one actress who is up for a role in the "f***ing apple commercial" in New York, and another fellow who is auditioning for spots in California. We don't know much more than that, but we're fairly confident that this confirms video chat is coming to the next iPhone, and that that said iPhone isn't very far from our grasp. Remember folks, June 7th is just a kiss away.

Walmart cuts iPhone 3GS down to $97

Effective as of Tuesday, Walmart has announced that it will be cutting the 2-year contract price of the Apple iPhone 3GS to $97. Walmart would have you believe that the drop in price is nothing more than it making good on its “commitment to always lead on price”, but it’s not as if we don’t know exactly what’s going on. To us the question still remains: Will the iPhone 3GS pick up where the soon-to-be-discontinued iPhone 3G is going to leave off, or does Steve Jobs have “one more thing” up the sleeve of his St. Croix mock turtleneck?

Song Hye-Kyo and Tony Leung get a break from filming The Great Master

Director Wong Kar-Wai has been busy working on his own movie about the legendary Wing Chun master Ip Man. They recently completed shooting in the Northeast region of China and will soon head South to Guangzhou. Before filming resumes for The Great Master, his all-star cast gets a one-week break while the crew is moving the set. (*In case if there are any confusion: this Ip-Man movie is not related to the Ip Man movies starring Donnie Yen. In fact, pre-production for The Great Master started before the first Ip Man was even filmed…)

Korean star Song Hye-Kyo will be one of the cast members participating in the Guangzhou filming. She was previously rumored to have gained weight, but the actress looked very slim when she was spotted in Hong Kong shopping for some DVD’s. According to the news, she has been working hard on her moves as well as her Mandarin, and hopes to complete the film with her own voice.

Super Junior ShinDong, “If this album sells over 1 million copies, I will get married within this year”

Super Junior ShinDong openly proposes to his girlfriend at a recent press conference.

He said at a recent press conference after introducing the group’s new song, “Sorry about talking about personal stuff, but I say these sincerely. I proposed to my girlfriend with great excitement.”

In fact, even before ShinDong’s announcement, many fans have also figured out about the propose to his girlfriend through the ‘Thanks To’ note he wrote for Super Junior’s recent 4th album. He added, “I expected the fans to have guessed it. But I didn’t expect fans to do so that quickly. I had wanted to reveal it only in the midst of this album’s promotions, but the fans found out earlier than expected.”

Ady An to replace Ivy Chen as triad boss' daughter for Black & White?!

The movie version of Black & White is still in its casting stage. Several days ago, Ady An and Director Cai Yue Xun met, and rumors say that Ady is to take Ivy Chen’s role as the “triad boss’ daughter.” Upon hearing this news, Ivy cried out, “Why do I have to read the newspapers to find out that I’ve been switched?”

However, producer Yu Xiao Hui shakes her head and laughs, “She’s really too funny. This is already the third time. Every time there are rumors, she’ll say that she has been switched out of her role.” A few months ago, there were already rumors spreading in Mainland news about Ivy not being on the casting list, and this time, because Ady attended an auditioning session for the movie, it has caused (once again) Ivy to feel insecure. Even Janine Chang was worried and called producer Yu to verify.

Producer Yu explains that the movie will have four female roles. Both Janine and Ivy will stay in their original roles, “Chen Lin (Ivy’s character) will forever be Ivy Chen.” But with more people, it’s expected that Ivy’s screen time will also decrease.

BlackBerry Bold 9800 stars in video walkthrough

Alright, BlackBerry fans, this is truly something to get excited about. Building upon the excitement generated this weekend by a slew of new images of the upcoming 9800 slider, a video walkthrough of the device today cropped up on YouTube. The video does a pretty good job showing off the device and some of the features of the BlackBerry 6 OS and is only 3 minutes and 39 seconds in length, so the way we see it, you really have no reason for passing this by. We mean, RIM is pretty much guaranteed to have the video pulled in quick order. Oh, and notice the AT&T splash screen? We told you.

HTC Desire may get Android 2.2 Froyo update on June 23d

I really dig the HTC Sense interface on Android devices. It’s just so well thought out and makes the stock Android OS so much better.

So, when choosing whether to go with Google Nexus One, or HTC Desire – very similar handsets, except for Sense UI – HTC Desire looks much better.

On the other hand, I’m a geek. So I want to get my hands on the Android’s latest goodies, as soon as they are released. And Google Nexus One is already getting newly released Android Froyo 2.2.

PlayStation Move Could Hit Store Shelves as Soon as July

Sony’s placing a lot of hope in their upcoming motion controller, and considering the upcoming competition, that’s probably a good idea. With E3 just around the corner, there’s no doubt in anyone’s mind that Sony’s holding their tongue, at least in any official capacity, to make sure that they get to announce all the goodness on their own stage. That’s not stopping video game outlets like BT Games from (possibly) ruining the whole surprise.

Oddly enough, we thought we already knew when the Move motion controller was going to be launched. After all, Sony officially announced the motion-based peripheral only a couple of months ago. And with it, word that a release some time in the Fall of 2010 was mentioned. At least, “slated.” Apparently though, BT Games (which is a video game outlet) just released an advertisement in their latest brochure stating that the Sony motion controller is coming in July.

Lindsay ‘furious’ with judge’s orders

From attending alcohol education classes, wearing a SCRAM alcohol-monitoring bracelet and submitting to random drug testing, Lindsay Lohan is going to be under a number of watchful eyes — and she’s not happy about it.

“Lindsay can’t believe this is happening to her. She’s furious and really doesn’t think she’s done anything wrong,” said a source close to the family. “She had every expectation that she’d show up in court, her lawyer would make the argument that she couldn’t wear the bracelet and she’d just have to finish her classes.”

The argument against the SCRAM bracelet was a curious one: Lohan’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, said photo shoots and filming obligations would make compliance difficult.

“Miss Lohan has a number of upcoming photo shoots as well as (she'll be) continuing to film a movie in Texas,” Holley said in court on Monday. “The SCRAM device would interfere with all of that. Miss Lohan is not, however, getting out of being monitored. For that reason, our alternative suggestion is that she be randomly tested for drugs and alcohol.”

Miley Cyrus: "I'm Not Gonna Go To College"

Don't expect to see Miley Cyrus scouting any college campuses this summer.

"My sister went to MTSU in Nashville, so I'd probably want to be there with all my friends, but I'm not gonna go to college right now," Cyrus, 17, told Q100's Bert Show Monday morning. "I am a firm believer that you can go back at any age you want, because my grandma went back to college at 62 years old."

The "Can't Be Tamed" singer is growing up in more ways than one, even if her critics still see her as a little girl.

"No one ever wants to see someone grow up," she complains. "It's like when Hilary Duff started growing up off the Disney Channel. Everyone thought she was anorexic and she did this and that. It's just because she grew up! She didn't look like a 12-year-old anymore."

And though she's beginning to step out of Hannah Montana's shadow, Cyrus doesn't understand the controversy surrounding her latest music video (in which she wears a $25,000 corset).

'Halo: Reach' Hits Stores Sept. 14

"Halo: Reach" for the Xbox 360 will be released on September 14 worldwide, except for users in Japan, who will have to wait one more day for a September 15 release, Microsoft said Monday.

The news comes after a successful two-week beta testing period that saw 2.7 million "Halo" fans sign up to play. Players logged more than 16 million hours of online gameplay, which equals 1,826 years, and played more than 13 million online games.

The "Halo: Reach" beta, whick kicked off on May 3, was open to Xbox Live Gold account members who had the "Halo 3: ODST" campaign disc, and 1.2 G-bytes of free hard drive space.

Google Reader Latest To Kill IE6 Support; Also Axes Offline Support, But Simplifies Social

Back in January, Google announced it was removing Google Docs and Sites support for older browsers such as IE6. Starting June 1, it’s doing the same for its popular Google Reader product. And that’s not the only thing they’re removing — gone as well is Gears support. But to make up for those loses, they have added something in their “Spring Cleaning” — a simplified social structure.

To be clear, IE6 isn’t the only browser getting the axe. Firefox 1.0 and 2.0, Safari 2.0 and 3.0, and even Chrome versions 1, 2, and 3 are all being pulled. “This will allow us to spend our time improving Reader instead of fixing issues with antiquated browsers,” Google writes. Again, this will happen June 1.

Many Verizon customers suffering from "extreme" interest in iPhone, BMX biking

A report over on Digital Daily this morning reveals something that may not come as much of a surprise -- people on other carriers (in this instance, Verizon) want the iPhone. Recent research out of Morgan Stanley shows there is "significant" demand for Apple's cellular delight -- with about 16.8 percent of Verizon's subscribers having "extreme interest" in the product compared to 7.5 percent in the overall population. What does this mean? It means that, if given the chance (i.e. if the iPhone came to Verizon), about 17 percent of current users would switch. That's a pretty high number, to be sure, and Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty estimates that such a deal could move around 7 or 8 million iPhones annually. Of course, all of this comes from an analyst, and it's based on an unscientific survey, so take it with a grain of salt. Still, what's the deal, Steve? We know you love money -- make it happen!

Cheryl Yang receives praises for her latest bra commercial

The actress hasn’t been seen in Taiwan for nearly 3 months as she is busy filming the mainland adaptation of All About Eve. Luckily, fans got to see plenty of Cheryl Yang in her latest bra commercial. The usual poison-tongued netizens even praised it for not being just another skin-filled underwear ad.

Cheryl Yang plays a dual role in the commercial and battles herself in a sword fight. Its theme was to showcase the difficulty of choosing between the "Queen" and "Princess" style of underwear. The actress underwent fencing lessons prior to filming, and her instructor was onset to provide some guidance in case there were any incorrect moves. Cheryl Yang is thrilled with the positive response and revealed that it took 12 hours to film the commercial.

Peter Ho turns down drama role to release new album

Peter Ho’s new album, “記得我愛過” (Remember I’ve Loved Before) will be released by end of June. It is said that ten million (NT) will be spent towards the promotion, which includes putting up his posters on five hundred signboards at Taipei’s metro stations. Other than inviting top stars Chae Rim, Ruby Lin, and Patina Lin to be in his MVs, he will also sing remakes of Korean diva Baek Ji-Young’s “Like Being Hit by A Bullet” and Jacky Cheung’s “How Can I Forget You.”

A year ago when Peter invited Chae Rim to be in the first MV for his upcoming album, many fans thought that he would be releasing the album soon, but due to his busy schedules in filming movies and dramas, the album has been postponed until next month.

PS Man beats Down With Love finale

It was a fierce battle this past Sunday between the idol dramas PS Man and Down With Love. Despite it was Down With Love’s finale, its average rating still ended behind PS Man’s 4.62% with 3.17%.

PS Man took its “drama” up a notch as Bai Bai (Bianca Bai) fell into tears when Blue Lan decided to breakup with her and chase after Sonia Sui. In addition, Chris Wang (宥勝) also special guest starred on the episode as Bai Bai’s ex-boyfriend. Bai Bai revealed that she once had a boyfriend that cheated on her in real life, but she spoke honestly, “I never go find the other person and negotiate with her. A love relationship is between two people, so we should always solve the problems by ourselves.”

Lindsay Lohan Ordered to Wear Alcohol-Monitoring Bracelet

Lindsay Lohan will be sporting a new accessory on her ankle: At a Los Angeles court hearing Monday, the actress was ordered to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet, called a SCRAM device.

Lohan will also be subject to weekly random drug testing and is forbidden from drinking any alcohol as conditions for the actress to remain free on bail.

Lohan, 23, showed up in court looking nervous, wearing a black business suit with her hair back in a ponytail and was accompanied by her attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. She was 10 minutes late to the scheduled 8:30 a.m. hearing – but L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel accepted the attorney's explanation that the delay was due to security concerns caused by the media crowd outside the courthouse.

After Judge Revel set the conditions, Lohan's attorney said her client "is prepared to demonstrate by action that she's going to comply with all court orders."

But Holley added that Lohan has "an upcoming number of photo shoots" and was due to begin filming in Texas for an upcoming movie role and asked that in lieu of the ankle bracelet, Lohan be subject to random alcohol testing as well since the device would interfere with filming. "It would allow her to make a living," Holley explained. The judge flatly denied the request.

Audrina Patridge: Topless in Ralph

The Hills star Audrina Patridge appears in the new issue of Ralph magazine. As expected, the California girl dons little or no clothing on the cover or inside.

Little else needs to be said in all honesty.

Ralph terms her Queen of The Hills, which implies Ralph doesn't watch the show, as Audrina is kind of useless. Then again, that actually speaks well of Ralph.

Anyway, here's their cover photo of the reality TV star ...

Hmm. Either this racy photo shoot was a direct ripoff of Maxim's topless spread of Audrina last September, or Ralph and Maxim have the same parent company.

We could look that up right now, as we are in possession of a working Internet connection, but we really don't care, and imagine you aren't interested either.

Chris Brown Drops Deuces ... Music Video

Chris Brown's “Deuces” has just dropped. As in the video from Chris, protégé Tyga and Kevin McCall. You might even say Chris Brown dropped a deuce on fans.

The newly-released song is from a collaborative mixtape, Fan of a Fan, which is both artists’ dedication back to the fans (it came out online this past week).

As for the meaning of the title? “‘Deuces,’ it’s about you getting rid of this girl. You try to make it work, but you gotta move on,” Tyga explained to MTV.

“So you basically put up one finger, then another and say, ‘Deuces.’"

Sweet. Whatever the hell that means. Peep it and vote below ...

HP Slate to Run Palm WebOS, Says HP Taiwan Official

As expected and wished for, HP won't use Windows 7 in their incoming HP Slate, but their newly acquired Palm WebOS. At least, that's what Monty Wong—vice-president of personal computing systems at HP Taiwan—said to Digitimes.

Wong declared that HP will adopt WebOS for both "smartphones and tablets", but not for notebooks. He also pointed out that the HP Slate—their newest tablet—will hit the market before October, with a "wide range" of software support at launch.

All this sounds good for everyone except Steve Ballmer: Who is going to make the Microsoft's iPad competitor now?

Google: The Next 6 Months of Android Will "Blow Your Mind"

Android 2.2 is out, and it's pretty nice! But what's next for Android? A better keyboard? More sexy? And how exactly does Google decide what goes into each version of Android anyway? Let's ask Lead Android Andy Rubin.

The highlights, if you don't want to read the interview below (which is fairly interesting if you're into Android, if I do say so myself):

• It's actually "pretty random" what goes into every version of Android, and they don't plan more than one release out
• There's not much they can do about phones with custom UIs lagging behind on new versions of Android
• They know the keyboard could use some work
• HTC may very well be on their own with Apple's patent lawsuit
• The next 6 months will "blow your mind"

SS501’s new mini-album Destination released & Love Ya MV teaser

Due to the leaks, it seems DSP Media has decided to release SS501’s new mini-album titled Destination online. Digital sales has already begun on music portals such as Naver.

The new mini-album contains 6 tracks in total and you can listen to some of the tracks below.

Barbie Hsu experiences the life of a celebrity assistant

Barbie Hsu (Da S) will soon be returning to TV with her highly-anticipated idol drama Summer’s Desire. In the early episodes, the actress plays a recent highschool graduate that takes on the job of a celebrity personal assistant. In addition to bowing to the stars, she has to tie shoe laces, carry luggage, as well as drive them to the doctor. Her character even gets humiliated by Coco Jiang in the drama, “What makes you think you can make it in showbiz? You just want to treat this like a springboard, why don’t you check yourself in the mirror!”

Although Da S is already an A-Lister in real life, her role put her back in the shoes of a celebrity assistant. Her character eventually entangles in a complex relationship with Peter Ho and Huang Xiao-Ming. The actress described their love as suffocating and cruel. As for the drama, she said it is “extremely merciless, ruins everyone’s fate, and it’s so tragic that one’s spirit would want to escape.”

HTC EVO 4G gets rooted before release

Just days after Google handed out an EVO 4G to every attendee of I/O 2010, a team of three hackers have managed to successfully root the phone with 11 days to spare. Details about how the root was achieved are being withheld, out of fear of a last minute patch, but that doesn’t mean that ranking members of the Android Army can’t get their freak on watching a YouTube video of the root at work. Click on through for the video.

WiBro iPad to be launched in Korea

South Korea wasn’t included by Apple in the list of countries that would get the iPad in May or July, but this doesn’t mean the new tablet won’t be available to Korean customers. In fact, KT (South Korea’s second largest mobile carrier) might launch not two, but three versions of the iPad.

According to Telecoms Korea, KT is in talks with Apple to introduce the iPad and iPad 3G. The two companies are also discussing about an iPad that features WiBro – South Korea’s own mobile WiMax standard.

Keep in mind that there’s nothing confirmed at this moment, so a WiBro iPad might actually never be made.

KT is the exclusive iPhone distributor in Korea (it sold more than 500,000 iPhones since last November), so it should have no problems convincing Apple to grant it exclusivity over the iPad, too.

Mark Zuckerberg On Facebook’s Privacy Controls: “We Just Missed The Mark”

This morning in a letter published in the Washington Post, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg has responded to the barrage of criticism that has been directed toward the site since its set of announcements at f8. The key message: Zuckerberg says that with respect to its privacy controls “[Facebook] just missed the mark.”

The letter isn’t particularly apologetic — you won’t find words like “sorry”, “fault”, or “mistake”. Instead, it’s more of an acknowledgment that Facebook has heard the criticism and will be responding to it. Soon, Facebook will be rolling out a new set of simplified privacy controls and an easy way to “turn off all third-party services”. Here are some key quotes from Zuckerberg’s letter:

We have heard the feedback. There needs to be a simpler way to control your information. In the coming weeks, we will add privacy controls that are much simpler to use. We will also give you an easy way to turn off all third-party services. We are working hard to make these changes available as soon as possible.

The biggest message we have heard recently is that people want easier control over their information. Simply put, many of you thought our controls were too complex. Our intention was to give you lots of granular controls; but that may not have been what many of you wanted. We just missed the mark.

Will Miranda Kerr Replace Megan Fox In “Transformers 3?”

Miranda Kerr may soon make her long-awaited crossover to Hollywood – the sexy Aussie Victoria’s Secret model is also being considered for the lead role in Transformers 3, Tinseltown tattle tales tell London’s Daily Telegraph.

With Megan Fox out of the picture as Shia LaBeouf’s sidekick in the action franchise, a host of names have bubbled up as possible replacements: including Gemma Arterton, Zoe Saldana, Vanessa Hudgens, Amber Heard, Emmanuelle Chriqui, and Ashley Greene.

Brittany Murphy's Husband Found Dead

Five months after the death of actress Brittany Murphy, her husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, was found dead Sunday night in the couple's Hollywood home, according to the Los Angeles County coroner's office.

Monjack, 40, was pronounced dead after the Los Angeles Fire Department was called to the residence for a medical emergency, say authorities. Police spokesman Sgt. Louie Lozano said the preliminary cause of death was natural causes, but investigators remained at the scene.

Law enforcement sources told the Hollywood Reporter that Brittany's mother, Sharon, discovered Monjack around 9:30, unresponsive, and called 911.

In January, Monjack's mother, Linda Monjack, told PEOPLE that her son was "unwell, and the doctors are carrying out tests. On whether he has a heart problem it is not really for me to say, you must ask him, but yes, there have been health problems in the past. I believe it's common knowledge, and it’s been in the press that he had a slight heart attack a week from Brittany's death coming back from Puerto Rico."

CBS dance series gives big role to Paula Abdul

As Simon Cowell leaves the reality-show judge's chair, his old foil, Paula Abdul, is coming back.

CBS said Monday that Abdul will be a judge on "Got to Dance," a competition expected to make it on the air sometime next season. She'll also be an executive producer for the series, which is based on a successful competition that airs in Britain.

Cowell is leaving "American Idol" after this season, concentrating on another show he'll import from England. He had a love-hate relationship with Abdul, who left Fox's top-rated game before the current season when she couldn't reach a deal on a new contract. She's been fielding other offers since then.

There's no immediate word on when "Got to Dance," which will feature various forms of dancing, will go on the air.

Steve Jobs to keynote WWDC 2010

Apple on Monday confirmed that CEO Steve Jobs will deliver the opening keynote address at the company's Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) next month.

Jobs' keynote will kick off this year's conference on Monday, June 7, at 10 a.m. PDT. Typically, the event is held in Moscone West in San Francisco, the same place Apple holds the developer conference.

It's widely expected that Jobs will talk about iPhone OS 4, the new mobile operating system unveiled in April, and perhaps give some details on the next-generation iPhone 4G. Last year Jobs was out on medical leave and was unable to give the WWDC address.

WWDC 2010 sold out eight days after tickets went on sale this year, even though the event was announced later than usual. Apple expects around 5,000 developers to attend the conference.

Sessions for this year's conference include Application Frameworks; Internet & Web; Graphics & Media; Developer Tools; and Core OS.

Yahoo and Nokia extend partnership

Web portal Yahoo and cell phone maker Nokia announced Monday that they will extend their partnership, giving Nokia greater access to Yahoo's e-mail and messaging services and Yahoo access to Nokia's Navteq mapping technology.

The two companies have had a partnership since 2005. Yahoo services have already been preloaded on some Nokia devices. This new partnership extends that relationship so that Yahoo's e-mail and instant-messaging services will now be integrated with Nokia's Ovi Internet platform. Nokia's mapping services, which the Finnish company acquired from Navteq, will power Yahoo's mapping service.

Carol Bartz, CEO of Yahoo, said the deal is not exclusive. Yahoo will continue to work with other cell phone manufacturers and will be integrated into other smartphone operating systems. This means that Yahoo will still be on Research In Motion's BlackBerry devices, Apple's iPhone, and even Google Android devices.

Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, CEO of Nokia, said the deal will help the company get a stronger foothold in the U.S. market. He acknowledged that the company has been struggling in the North American market. While Nokia leads worldwide in the overall cell phone market and also in the growing segment of smartphones, it has lagged in the United States.

Sprint iPhone to arrive in September?

From one Apple mobile device rumor to another; MacRumors are reporting that several of their sources have talked about the iPhone landing on carrier Sprint in September 2010. The tips follow on from rumblings heard by other sources, but so far nobody has taken any of the speculation especially seriously.

A September timeframe would, it’s pointed out, fit in with earlier talk of a Verizon launch for the handset, and of course a CDMA iPhone would be happy with either network. Still, there’s plenty of doubt around what has become a common source of false rumor and speculation, and we’ll be holding off making any Sprint purchase plans until we hear it direct from the horse’s mouth.

f(x) Amber’s photo taken together with Hong Kong star Aaron Kwok garners interests

Ekin Cheng plans for marriage with Yoyo Mung, but no plans for children

Since September 2006 when Yoyo Mung and Ekin Cheng were spotted playing badminton together, the "Mung-Mean("face") Love" started. Ever since, Ekin had always maintained their relationship low-key. Yesterday, Ekin accepted "Mingpao Weekly" interview and happily opened his heart to talk about the topic of relationships, even about marriage. He says: "Before I felt that I won't get married, but now I really want to. Thinking should I really do it?"

Ekin admits that he sees Yoyo as his marriage partner: "Everyone knows that I have dated several times.... each time I would think of my partner as someone who I didn't choose wrongly." Asked if Ekin has plans for marriage? He said: "Some things we have to take it slowly! (Like what?) Many things, sometimes personal, sometimes work related. I want to first focus on those things."
