Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt Split!

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have called it quits.

"Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls," a rep for the Hills star, 23, tells TMZ.com."She's tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career."

TMZ says Montag -- who has been making the case to replace Megan Fox in Transformers 3 -- is looking for a new home in Malibu, Calif.

A source tells the Web site tension has been growing between the couple, who wed in April 2009: "It wasn't just a sudden thing."

On Tuesday, Montag Twittered, "I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag."

Us Weekly has reported she was influenced by Spencer, 26, to undergo 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day. Spencer has also bragged that he doesn't allow Heidi to watch television or go online.

"He's brainwashed her!" a source told Us Weekly. "He's made her turn her back on her family."

Rumor: Bing to be default search provider in iPhone OS 4?

Microsoft Bing will replace Google in the next version of the iPhone operating system to be released in June, we’ve heard from mulitple sources, including a high level source who claims to have been briefed on the matter. We’re not calling this more than a rumor yet, but one thing is sure – our sources close to Google in particular are speaking freely about this as fact. In January Business Week reported that Microsoft and Apple were in talks over an iPhone search deal, and the deal certainly would be brilliant for Microsoft.

There’s been speculation around Google’s future on the iPhone since last year when the first public spat broke out between the companies over the Google Voice app for the iPhone. Android’s continued gains in market share only highlight Google’s direct competition with Apple, and the fact that so many core iPhone apps, including search and maps, are controlled by Google, has been a sore point with Apple. From that post:

Motorola Droid 2 found in Verizon system, keyboard makes an online cameo?

While we've got no way to confirm at the moment, here's some proverbial food for thought. A friendly reader last night published in our comment thread for the two rumored Verizon-bound Motorola devices with the above picture (subtitles added by us), claiming the bottom image is the Droid 2's upgraded QWERTY keyboard. The story goes that his friend had one but no other information is currently available -- the font on the keys is identical, and the mic icon on the bottom left is distinctively Android. If it's legit, we gotta say we're hopeful; the keys look to have a more protruding center à la the CLIQ, which should make typing on the little guy much easier than before. And if it's not the Droid successor, well, it's still something we haven't seen. Could this be the updated QWERTY-fied Android solution we've been waiting for? Time will tell.

Mingdao returns to Taiwan with no complaints

After Mingdao starred in a lead role on Anhui TV’s [Happy & Love Forever/ Xing Fu Yi Ding Qiang], the mainland China television network earned its highest ratings ever. This confirmed Mingdao’s #1 drama brother status in mainland China. At the moment, his earnings are $750,000 NTD per episode.

Following the completion of his busy filming schedules in China, Mingdao returned to Taiwan to guest star in [Happiness Is Like Sunny Day/Xing Fu Zui Qing Tian]. However, news spread that there was a strained interaction between Mingdao and lead actor Mike He. Supposedly, the promotions were mostly focused on Mike He. When the filming crew went on an outing, Mike He had a $20,000 NTD suite while Mingdao was only booked for a $5000 NTD room.

[Happiness Is Like Sunny Day/Xing Fu Zui Qing Tian]’s producer Chen Yan Ping revealed: “Mingdao simply wanted to help out. It was only when we checked out of the hotel that we found out the two were living in different levels of rooms. This was a mistake made by staff. But Mingdao didn’t complain – he was quite gracious.”

Gary Coleman Dead at Age of 42

Gary Coleman has died after suffering a intracranial hemorrhage that left him in a coma and on life support. The 'Diff'rent Strokes' actor was taken to the hospital on Wednesday, and his condition deteriorated as the days went on. After being on life support for at least a day, his family made the decision to remove him from the machinery that was keeping him alive. He was 42 years old.

RadarOnline was the first to break the news of Coleman's death. According to TMZ, Coleman passed away at 12:05 PM Mountain Standard Time with his family by his side.

Coleman was taken to the hospital on May 26 after injuring his head during a fall, resulting in a brain hemorrhage. A spokesman for the actor said that he was "conscious and lucid" upon his arrival at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo, Utah, but later slipped into a coma.

Lindsay Lohan Begs Chanel To Fix Her Fashion Quandary

Who says an alcohol-monitoring bracelet can’t be chic? Certainly not Lindsay Lohan, who took fashion matters into her own hands after being ordered to wear the unsightly ankle device following a failed court appearance last week. Lindsay, who’s been spotted sporting a new blonde do along with her SCRAM-bracelet, appealed to Chanel via her Twitter last night, begging for a timely solution to the fashion faux-pas, tweeting: “can CHANEL please help me out by getting me some stickers to put on my scram bracelet so that i can at least wear a chic dress?! maybe!? x”. While the last time that Lindsay voluntarily wore another SCRAM bracelet, she flaunted it while wearing teeny bikinis, she seems to be going for a modest approach these days in uncharacteristic wide-leg jeans. Will Karl Lagerfeld come to Lindsay’s rescue so she can wear minis again? Only time will tell.

Opera Mini for iPhone gets 2.6 million users in 2 weeks

Safari on the iPhone is by no means a bad mobile browser — in fact, it’s arguably the best one out there. Just because people have something good doesn’t mean they don’t want to peek at what else is out there, though. Even if someone’s dating the finest supermodel in all the lands, they’ll still sneak casual glances at other potential mates. Its just human nature. People like having options.

For quite some time, Apple blocked third-party apps that challenged those that came on the handset out of the box, citing “duplication of functionality”. When Opera submitted the Opera Mini browser to the App Store, much ado was made over whether or not it would be approved. It was — and naturally, people looked. 2.6 million of them, in just 2 weeks.

Analyst expects iPad to pass Mac

The iPad is set to surpass Apple Mac computer shipments by September, while production levels for the yet-to-be-released iPhone 4G will hit 12 million by that time, according to an analyst.

"By the September quarter, iPad sales volumes should exceed Mac, which, on average, are about 3 million on a quarterly basis," said Ashok Kumar, an analyst at Rodman & Renshaw, in a phone interview Friday. Kumar said that iPad shipments will "easily" reach 4 million by the end of the September quarter.

Kumar also commented on the production ramp for the iPhone 4G. "Supply chain checks indicate that 4G production volumes will approach 12 million units by the September quarter," he wrote in a research note sent out Friday. The iPhone 4G is Apple's next-generation iPhone, due later this year.

3AM receives heat from international netizens!

3AM?! Yes, you heard right. From 2PM to 2AM, it seems like we now have a 3AM on our hands!

3AM (Three/3 Acoustic Men) is a fairly new Filipino boy band who received their group name based on their amazing vocal talents. As you may have noticed, however, their name is extremely similar to that of 2AM, which has got Filipino K-pop–more specifically, 2AM–fans and other international fans upset. In addition, their vocal skills seem almost good enough to rival with 2AM’s.

As of now, Korean netizens either frankly don’t care about the similar names or seem quite unaware of this situation. However, if they do uncover the issue, we all know that there will be quite the riot in our hands.

AT&T to offer iPhone insurance for $13.99/mo

One of our AT&T ninjas just hit us up with some news that will excite those of you who have a chronic case of the dropsies and own an iPhone. AT&T will be launching a new insurance service starting June 6th, named MobileProtect, designed specifically for the Apple iPhone. The insurance plan, which will be run by Asurion, will carry a price tag of $13.99/month and will be available for purchase through Apple’s App Store. The charges will be billed to the credit card on file with Apple. The deductibles range from $99 for an 8GB 3G to $199 for a 32GB 3GS, which is pretty steep — but not quite as steep as $699 for a new 32 GB 3GS off-contract. You must enroll in the plan within 30-days of upgrading/purchasing a new iPhone. AT&T is launching this service as: “Lack of iPhone insurance is a leading source of iPhone related customer complaints.” What say you? Is this a winner? We think $168/year is a pretty steep price to pay to protect your iPiece. We’ve got an additional image for you after the break.

Nick Cannon: My Puppy Is Pregnant!

When Mariah Carey pulled out of Tyler Perry's latest film, it only increased speculation that the pop diva is pregnant. But her husband, America's Got Talent host Nick Cannon, dropped by E! studios Thursday night to clear the air.

"I do want to make a big announcement right here on Daily 10," he told a reporter. "My Jack Russell terrier puppy Cha Cha is pregnant again!"

Though it remains to be seen whether or not the couple's dog is really expecting, Carey dropped by Barbara Walters's SIRIUS XM Radio talk show last year and said she hoped to become a mom – to some four-legged furballs. "I want [my dogs] to have puppies," she said of Cha Cha and her other pup, JJ. "They're going to be very cute!"

Might want to break out the earplugs…

Mozilla prepares coders for Firefox 4 features

It was with delight that I read these words on Thursday: "The proposed IndexedDB standard, which provides a local database store for Web applications, will be supported by Firefox 4."

The statement appears on Mozilla's new Firefox 4 for developers site, boding well for those of us who use the Web a lot: the IndexedDB interface gives Web applications a way to work even without a network connection.

The proposed IndexedDB addition to the HTML standard is one of a collection of technologies opening new horizons for Web programmers and putting competitive pressure on Adobe Systems' Flash Player plug-in. The main reason I'm interested in it in particular: the restoration and, I'd hope, improvement of Google Docs offline access and editing features. But I could see it as improving performance for some Web sites, too, through more sophisticated caching, for example.

JooJoo creator rips into the iPad, says an app store only sells 'stripped down versions of actual websites'

Fusion Garage CEO and JooJoo creator Chandra Rathakrishnan has certainly discussed the iPad before in talking up his own tablet, but nothing could have quite prepared us for the bit of bombast he unleashed on the occasion of the iPad's international launch. While he started out with the usual line that the "JooJoo delivers the entire Internet -- including Flash-based websites," he soon took things to a whole new level, saying that "we don't see the need for an app store," because "an app store sells stripped down versions of actual websites" -- stripped down websites like Brushes, KORG iElectribe, and Real Racing HD, we suppose. Believe it or not, however, Rathakrishnan didn't let things sit there, and apparently went on to describe the iPad as just "another storage device with web capabilities." Of course, there's at least a chance Chandra was actually paying the iPad a compliment, since a "storage device with web capabilities" would be a pretty big step up from the JooJoo.

Richie Ren Doesn't Want To Be Troubled, Prefers Low-Key Marriage

Richie Ren and girlfriend Tina have two children and they're always asked about marriage. Richie accepted an interview lately in Taiwan and said his daughter is 5-years-old, why people are still asking this question? Anyways they already have children, let him walk in his pace and talk about it after a while.

He said earlier when he attend to friends' wedding, he felt very troublesome, so it's good to invite friends in private and low-key. But he has friends in Mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan, in order to prevent missing anyone, he said he will try his best, but still doesn't have a schedule.

Jolin dons wigs for sexy stockings ad, nets NT$30M paycheck

Following the recent economic recovery in East Asia, Taiwanese pop queen Jolin Tsai received NT$30M (US$900K) from a recent commercial shoot for a mainland Chinese stockings company. Jolin had on fishnet stockings while on a motorcycle, acting the part of the beauty as she frequently crossed her legs during her poses and got the eyes of male staff members on set glued to her. The singer reportedly earned NT$1.2B (US$36.1M) from advertising.

Jolin also donned a short bob cut wig and super short shorts while beautifully "riding" a motorcycle with some beautiful grey-colored silk stockings. The subsequent commercial shoot went by pretty fast, but it took Jolin over an hour to change for the shoot itself. Not only that, but she curled her hair ten days earlier in order to get into the look for an ad for a shampoo product.

Hollywood salutes Bourne star Matt Damon as he receives award from 'hetero-lifemate' Ben Affleck

Matt Damon was saluted by best pal Ben Affleck and a host of celebrity friends as he picked up a prestigious American Cinematheque Award.

The Oscar winning Bourne Identity hero, 39, was the butt of many a joke during the comedy evening, by movie greats such as George Clooney, Clint Eastwood and Robin Williams.

He withstood a barrage of jibes, although the glitzy annual event also featured a serious message of thanks for Damon's contribution to the film industry and his humanitarian work.

Former US President Bill Clinton also gave a recorded tribute.

At the end of the night, Damon's own entertaining acceptance speech was cut short when he was jokingly shoved off stage by an actor with whom he had made a spoof movie trailer with for the show.

'I think everyone who works in this industry feels lucky to do what they do,' said Damon.

'This is quite a night for me that they are giving me this honour. It is all about supporting the work that they do.'

Lee DeWyze, Crystal Bowersox Sign Record Deals

Both 'American Idol' finalists inked deals for major-label debuts on Thursday.

That was fast. Less than 24 hours after winning season nine of "American Idol," Lee DeWyze signed a record deal with 19 Recordings Limited and RCA Records, while his pal and runner-up, Crystal Bowersox, inked a contract with 19 Recordings Limited and Jive for her debut major-label album.

According to Billboard.com, the pacts were signed on Thursday and will have DeWyze joining the label that houses such "Idol" luminaries as Chris Daughtry and Adam Lambert. Bowersox will rub elbows with the likes of Kris Allen, Jordin Sparks and Allison Iraheta. Last year's top two, Allen and Lambert, got their debut albums out in late November, so it's safe to assume both Bowersox and DeWyze will aim for the same timetable to quickly capitalize on the lingering buzz of the "Idol" finale and this summer's "Idol" tour. Both singers already have experience in the recording studio. DeWyze has released two independent CDs, including January's Slumberland and 2007's So I'm Told. Bowersox has recorded several dozen original songs with a folky feel, including an ode to her hometown, "Holy Toledo," which got some airplay during her "Idol" run.

In another sign of how quickly things are moving for the "Idol" top two, their debut singles were already serviced to radio and iTunes on Thursday. Billboard.com reported that Lee's cover of U2's "Beautiful Day" and Crystal's take on Patty Griffin's "Up to the Mountain" had already gotten a number of spins.

Hayley Williams TwitPic Shows Her Topless, Singer Claims Her Account Was Hacked

A topless picture of Paramore's Hayley Williams randomly surfaced on the singer's Twitter page Thursday.

The 21-year-old frontwoman claims the photo was posted on Twitter without her permission.

"Well...my night just changed drastically, got hacked," the redheaded singer later tweeted.

The photo, posted for all of her 600,000 plus followers to see, shows Williams' staring seductively in the camera while lying in bed.

Williams' quickly reacted and stripped the photo from the social networking site, but was too late to tame the wild fire, as the photo made its rounds and was spread virally across the internet.

Nokia, Opera side with Adobe on Flash

Nokia and Opera Software have taken sides in the Adobe-Apple battle over Flash multimedia support: They are in the Flash camp.

On Thursday executives from Nokia, the world's largest maker of cell phones, and Opera Software, the maker of a leading mobile browser, said they'd support the new Flash 10.1 software that is coming out. Opera's co-founder Jon von Tetzchner was quoted as saying "It is the only proprietary part of the Web we support."

Getting these two companies on board, as well as Google's Android, which also supports the software, is a big win for Adobe Systems in its battle against Apple. Last month Apple CEO Steve Jobs knocked the Adobe Flash multimedia software, which is used in most Web video and games, for being proprietary, sapping battery power, not supporting multitouch interfaces, posing security risks, and being unstable. "Flash is the No. 1 reason Macs crash," Jobs said in his open letter detailing the many reasons that Apple doesn't support the software.

Flash-based video and games are found on many Internet sites. And the technology is supported on most smartphones and mobile devices. But Apple does not allow Flash on any the iPhone, iPod Touch, or iPad.

Report: Apple Prepping Cheap, Cloud-Based Apple TV For War With Google

The idea of putting iPhone apps on the Apple TV has been something some of us have been thinking about since at least 2008, when the original App Store launched. When rumors were swirling about Google TV, it became an even better idea as the living room was likely to be a new battleground for Apple/Google. And with the unveiling of Google TV last week, it became clear that this would be a next major fight — provided Apple started taking it seriously. Soon, they will be, if Engadget’s sources are correct.

The gadget blog says that a tip they’ve since confirmed with “a source very close to Apple” suggests that Apple has been working on the next version of the Apple TV. The goods according to them: it will be a very small box (smaller than the current one) with perhaps only outputs for power and TV-out cables. It will run on Apple’s new A4 chip (the one found in the iPad and soon the new iPhone). It will still do 1080p video, but may have as little as 16GB of flash memory. That’s because the thing will be based around streaming over the cloud (or from other computers in your home) rather than local storage. Most significantly, it will run the iPhone OS.

Basically, it’s an “iPhone without a screen,” is how Engadget hears it. Oh — and it will cost only $99, supposedly.

Nokia N8 demo video shows evolutionary Symbian^3 OS

Nokia N8 demo videos are in short supply, so we’ll take anything we can get in the run-up to the smartphone’s release. Nokia Conversations have sat down senior product manager Chris Bennetts and got him to walk through the N8’s UI, messaging app, browser and maps. If there’s anything we can take away it’s that the Symbian^3 interface looks to be more a case of minor evolutionary tweaks rather than the groundbreaking revolution we were hoping for.

Still, that doesn’t come as a huge surprise, since the Symbian Foundation have previously admitted that the significant changes will have to wait until Symbian^4. We’ll be satisfied if the N8 can deliver its OS slickly and without the lag we’ve sometimes observed in current-generation S60 5th Edition devices. Hopefully the N8 investigations will get more in-depth in the second and third parts of the video, but for now nothing here can really be called a deal-breaker.

SS501’s second Love Ya MV teaser released

SS501 sure knows how to tease – after releasing their comeback mini-album Destination and music video teaser for Love Ya, the quintet is back with… not the full MV, but yet another video preview!

Although it’d be nice to see the entire thing, this nearly two-minute teaser gives us a juicy peek at a good portion of the music video. We get to see more of the dance and backdrops being used for this video. The powerful choreography for the chorus combined with the members’ chic black outfits gives these young men a mysterious and very masculine image that’s probably already driving some fans crazy. Tell us, which dance move in this teaser is your favorite? Are you loving the collective jump at 0:26, or is that soft descending thrust at 0:39 charming you in more ways than one? (Yeah, I went there…)

Anyway, feast your eyes below!

Yang Hyun Suk “Big Bang’s Korean activities are coming this August”

Yang Hyun Suk “Big Bang’s Korean activities will come towards the end of August”

Big Bang who last year in June was promoting in the Japanese music market and attracted a 60,000 audience and had a successful tour, will be coming back with their Korean activities at the end of August.

YG Entertainment Executive Producer, Yang Hyun Suk, had an interview with Herald on May 27th. He said “Big Bang’s Korean activities are aimed to be held this coming August.”

Yang Hyun Suk, “Big Bang obtained a big result from their Japanese activities. Except for the Red & White Ceremony, they won 5 other awards, including the best newcomer award.”

Nokia N900 sold “well in excess” of 100,000 in five weeks; Gartner figures seriously wrong claims source

Analyst predictions – like any other – should generally be taken with a pinch of salt (the Steve Ballmer at WWDC 2010 speculation is good evidence of quite how much sodium is necessary), but it seems someone at Gartner has been seriously mistaken in their counting. They’re quoted as claiming under 100,000 Nokia N900 units were sold in its first five months on the market; however, a source we spoke to at Nokia today told us that in fact the Finnish company sold “well in excess of 100,000″ N900 handsets in the first five weeks.

In fact, Nokia apparently had trouble meeting demand for the N900, and have seen sustained sales of the handset since its launch. Nokia won’t disclose exact sales figures for the N900, but it seems Gartner have gotten considerably confused somewhere along the line.

Stores open early June 4th for EVO 4G with mobile hotspot loophole

When you've got the world's most desired** handset, you don't keep people waiting. As such, Sprint is recommending that its "preferred retailers" open extra early on June 4th. That should give you a bit of time to grab the new EVO 4G on the way to the office for some good ol' fashioned bragging rights in the cubicle farm. At least until you remember that one-third of your life is spent working inside of a beige box. Oh and here's a pro tip: according to the official EVO 4G Launch Guide we're staring at, the mobile hotspot functionality that turns your EVO into a WiMax hotspot for up to 8 devices will initially work without paying the $29.99 monthly fee if you're happy with using it on 4G only (no 3G). Sprint expects to correct this sometime in July after which the Sprint Mobile Hotspot add-on will require activation.

Crystal Bowersox after 'American Idol' finale: 'I wouldn't have tried out if I didn't think I had a shot at winning'

Crystal Bowersox betrayed zero disappointment with the outcome of American Idol‘s ninth season while churning through the post-finale press machine backstage at the Nokia Theater last night. While the time the runner-up had to talk was all too brief, the 24-year-old Ohio mama happily discussed her feelings about Lee DeWyze’s win, the prospect of singing original songs on the show, and what it was like performing with Alanis Morissette and Joe Cocker on the massive Nokia stage.

EW: I know you’ve been saying you told Lee you hoped he would win, but was there any part of you that hoped you might win?
CRYSTAL BOWERSOX: Oh, of course! I mean, I wouldn’t have tried out if I didn’t think I had a shot at it. But, um, you know, I’m happy no matter what happens. I’ve got good friends, good family, amazing fans, and my son’s healthy. I really have no complaints in the world.

Gary Coleman on Life Support

Gary Coleman desperately needs your "thoughts and prayers."

The former Diff'rent Strokes star, hospitalized after a fall earlier this week, is now in a coma on life support with a brain hemorrhage, according to his manager.

Coleman, 42, suffered the injury in his Utah home on Wednesday and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, manager John Alcantar said in a statement Friday. Coleman was then transferred to the ICU at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center for further tests and treatment.

And there, things took a bad turn.

"As of mid-morning on May 27, Mr. Coleman was conscious and lucid," said Alcantar. "By early afternoon, Mr. Coleman was slipping in and out of consciousness and his condition worsened.

Mozilla trying to build VP8 into HTML5 video

Mozilla is working to incorporate Google's newly released VP8 video technology as part of the specification for Web video.

"That's our hope," said Mozilla Chief Executive John Lilly when asked if VP8 could be built into the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) specification for Web-based video. "We'd love for VP8 to be specified in the HTML5 standard. Once it's in the spec, it can really get better traction from other players."

Making VP8 a standard part of HTML would help assure a brighter future for the technology by encouraging browsers and Web developers to use the technology--and it could help foster more video on the Web that's as simple to add as a JPEG image is today. There are obstacles, though, including patent concerns and the need to sign up browser makers that have expressed a preference for the rival H.264 codec.

The new HTML5 version of the Hypertext Markup Language standard used to describe Web pages includes a tag to easily add video to a Web page without relying on a plug-in such as Adobe Systems' Flash Player. However, because browser makers couldn't agree on which video codec was best, HTML5 doesn't presently specify a particular video technology. That means Web developers wishing to build video into their sites through HTML5 must include different video formats if they want to reach all browsers.

Before last week, there were two main contenders for video encoding and decoding technology--H.264, preferred by Apple and Microsoft, and Ogg Theora, preferred by Mozilla and Opera. Then Google released the VP8 codec, part of the WebM technology that also includes Ogg Vorbis for audio. Not only is VP8 better than Theora by all accounts, offering a much better alternative to H.264, it's also royalty-free and available in open-source form.

International iPad goes on sale

It’s Friday, May 28th, and that means it’s international iPad day. Queues were already forming outside Apple stores yesterday, while preorder customers started to receive their online orders a day early (or, alternatively, make thousands of complaints to couriers).

Part of the rush is concern over stock levels, with Apple’s online store having experienced a couple of delays already. The company has promised in-store stock on a first-come, first-serve basis, but they’re not saying exactly how many each retail location will have.

If you’re still in two minds about whether to head down to your local Apple store – or indeed are sitting with your iPad and wondering what exactly this $500+ slate is actually good for – check out our various iPad reviews. We’ve looked at the iPad WiFi and the iPad WiFi + 3G, and we’ve also got a skeptic’s review for those not quite sure if they’re ready to drink the Cupertino kool-aid.

Skype Android app with video chat due in 2010

Skype have apparently tipped their plans for an incoming Android video chat app, which – unlike the current Verizon-only version of their mobile software – will be freely available regardless of carrier. According to Skatter Tech, the Skype team are looking particularly at the HTC EVO 4G, since that’s one of the few Android handsets with a front-facing video camera.

“Skype envisions a world where video plays a larger role in the way we communicate. The next generation innovation involving video calling will not be bound to the computer. We’re seeing a proliferation of video calling shared between all kinds of connected devices. It’s on computers (today 1/3 of all calls on Skype happen via video), televisions (Skype bringing video calls to living rooms via Panasonic, Samsung & LG partnership), and it will eventually be coming to mobile devices too. We’re betting big on video, and we intend to set the bar on mobile video calling, and it’s something we’re going to do this year.

Barbie Hsu says she won't fall in love with Peter Ho

...not unless it's the end of the World that is...

Summer’s Desire doesn't premiere till this Sunday, but Barbie Hsu and Peter Ho are hitting the variety circuit to get the word out about their drama. The two visited 100% Entertainment earlier this week, followed by Kangxi Lai Le and University.

Barbie Hsu’s appearance on 100% Entertainment was her first in four years. The former host revealed that she actually visited the set last year to support Show Luo during his Internet dating scandal. Da S and Peter Ho talked about their new drama and showed a preview clip during their interview. Interestingly, after she described Peter Ho's character as possessive and manipulative, Da S looked over at Show Luo with a laugh, “Aren’t you that kind of man?”

Over at Kangxi Lai Le, Da S was asked if she and Peter Ho would become a real life couple, since he confessed about his adoration for her to the media two years ago. Da S responded on the show saying there's an 80% chance that she won’t fall in love with Peter Ho, while the other 20% won’t happen unless it’s the end of the world! Xiao S quickly mocked her sister’s taste in men and said she only likes "guys who are boring, unpredictable and have very bad skin when they are off-screen.”
