God bless the slow summer months. It gives everyone, not just EW.com, home of the Sexy Beasts Bracket Game, time to focus on the important things: Like hot men. Results are in for Glamour.com UK’s 50 Sexiest Men of 2010. Robert Pattinson topped the list, edging out fellow Twilight star Taylor Lautner and The Vampire Diaries‘ Ian Somerhalder. This seems to suggest Damon Salvatore making it to our Sexy Beasts final was not a fluke; find out next Thursday if he or Pattinson took the title. In the meantime, let’s take a closer look at Glamour’s list.

Definitely a lot of love for the Twilight boys, as franchise newcomer Xavier Samuel (No. 4) finished ahead of Kellan Lutz (No. 5) and Jackson Rathbone (No. 43). Samuel and Lutz both beat Johnny Depp (No. 6), but at least Depp beat JUSTIN BIEBER (No. 7). I wonder how Gerard Butler (No. feels knowing he came in behind the 16-year-old…. Hayden Christensen (No. 9) somehow managed to stay relevant, and ahead of Channing Tatum (No. 10). Going farther down the list: It’s interesting that Bradley Cooper (No. 20) is now hotter than David Beckham (No. 21), but at least Becks is still sexier than THE JONAS BROTHERS (No. 22).

Did Leo Really Make $50 Million-Plus for Inception?

Is it true that Leonardo DiCaprio earned $50 million for Inception? Aren't stars hurting from the recession at all?

Of course they are! Look at poor, poor Julia Roberts, who made only a reported $10 million to eat all that pizza for Eat Pray Love. Or Kristen Stewart, who supposedly earned a paltry $12.5 million for each part of Breaking Dawn. And oh, one A-lister has reportedly taken a huge pay cut:

And that's Tom Cruise. The actor reportedly has accepted a scaled-down salary for an upcoming fourth installment of the Mission: Impossible franchise.

So then where does DiCaprio's obscene haul for Inception fit into all this? It's more like a fluke, if the facts are to be believed.

Inception has earned about $570 million so far and, per Forbes, is expected by analysts to bank closer to $750 million before it's all over. DiCaprio has earned more than $50 million of that—so far; the cash is still piling up over at his place—not by a simple, traditional paycheck, but with a much rarer arrangement.

She's been keeping a low profile of late, but seen here making her first public appearance in months, Mariah Carey is looking curvier than ever.

The singer and husband Nick Cannon have made no secret of their desire to start a family and the diva's fuller figure will no doubt fuel speculation that motherhood could be on the cards.

Mariah, 40, was pictured in Brazil leaving a steak house in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and poured her voluptuous frame into a flowing brown maxi dress.



Back in October Mariah and her husband of two years Nick admitted they were keen to have children in the near future.

'Definitely, we want a family,' the American star told InTouch magazine. 'Yes, of course. It’s at the forefront of our minds.

'We’re very close. But we want to enjoy our first year together.

In the interview the couple, who split their time between their Los Angeles and New York homes, revealed they would like to have two children.

Chrome OS Tablet Speculations

A Google Chrome OS Tablet is expected to be released in November.

Google Chrome OS is rumored to power a HTC Tablet to be released this November. Nothing is official yet, but the rumors say that the HTC Google Chrome OS Tablet will feature Tegra 2 chip, 2GB of RAM, a 1280x720 multitouch display, GPS, a 32GB SSD, WiFi, Bluetooth, 3G and GPS. It could challenge the Apple iPad, but we do not even know yet how the user interface will look like.

PCWorld tries to draw some clues from the latest Chrome 6 Beta browser release to shed some light on the Google Chrome OS Tablet user interface. Multi-touch, HTML5 geolocation, preference syncing and notifications are seen as features that will be available on a Chrome OS Tablet. Since the webOS Tablet is not coming in 2010, the Google Chrome OS Tablet is the dark horse among the iPad challengers. From the Android and the few Windows 7 (maybe just one from HP) Tablets we know what we can expect.

Samsung Galaxy S Is A Better Phone When It Runs Stock Android 2.1

I like my Android phones plain and vanilla, stock with no custom layers. Some XDA folks think the same because they've rigged a Samsung Galaxy S to ditch Touchwiz for the stock (read: better) Android 2.1 experience.

The camera doesn't work yet and there's some other bugs but for the most part, it's a Samsung Galaxy S running Android the way Google designed it. Which is to mean, it's lighter, faster and more versatile (not to mention, easier to upgrade to future versions of Android). As Android matures, I hope Touchwiz, Sense, Motoblur, and all that sort of stuff will slowly disappear.

The pop group’s fifth Japanese single Beautiful Hangover is set to drop next Wednesday, August 25 in limited and regular edition, and will include two new songs: the title track Beautiful Hangover and Somebody to Luv. (Did anyone else think of Justin Bieber? Obviously two unrelated things I know, but it’s the first thing that came up in my mind!)

It was another day in paradise for Hills star Audrina Patridge as she continued to enjoy a sunshine break with BMX biker boyfriend Corey Bohan.

The reality TV star is enjoying a well-earned holiday after wrapping up the final episode of the Hills, heading to Bora Bora in the South Pacific with her Australian beau.

The pair both sported deep tans from their holiday and Audrina, 24, flaunted her slender figure in a skimpy purple bikini.



However her choice of swimsuit failed to flatter her skinny frame, with bones on her chest clearly visible, making her breast implants all the more obvious.

The couple have been staying in a stunning five-star villa on the tropical island.

Audrina, 24, recently reunited with Corey after dating briefly in 2008. He appeared in a few episodes of The Hills but the relationship didn't last long as Audrina was still entangled with on-off boyfriend Justin Bobby.

They reportedly rekindled the flame back in June, but kept their romance under wraps.

What do Jennifer Aniston, Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber have in common?

They've now all raised the ire of Bill O'Reilly.

A week after O'Reilly called Aniston "destructive to society" for playing a single mom in The Switch, he took aim Friday at Kardashian and Bieber, who recently posed together by the beach for an Elle magazine photo shoot.

Joking that Kardashian is "42," (she's 29) and that Bieber, 16, "looks like Ringo Starr," the O'Reilly Factor host wondered if the The Graduate/"Mrs. Robinson" themed pics were appropriate.

"I think it's gross," Republican strategist Margaret Hoover said during the chat. "It's a 16 year-old having an affair with a celebutante!"

Panelist Rebecca Diamond argued: "It's every sixteen-year-old male's dream to have pictures with Kim Kardashian."

O'Reilly, 60, claimed that he wasn't interested in sexy older women when he was Bieber's age. "I wanted to be a baseball player [when I was 16]," he said. "I didn't want to hang around with Kim Kardashian...I had a baseball bat and a bat an ice skates! That's what I was doing."

Should RIM switch to Android?

SFGate thinks that RIM should give up on their operating system, and put all their chips on Android going forward. There are some compelling reasons given for such a drastic move, but doing this would almost certainly result in disaster.

First, if RIM decided to do this, it would put their own efforts on Blackberry OS another year behind the competition if everything didn’t go to plan. Second, a Blackberry isn’t a Blackberry without the operating system — users who swear by the device would be confused, and even upset if they decided to switch everything up.

I’m not saying RIM is on the verge of turning the ship around, but newer versions of their operating system are better than the old, and things are moving in the right direction (slow, however). It may be a lost cause, but they’ve got to fight this one to the death.

With fans still excited over the MV teaser for the Japanese version of Genie, fans of SNSD were in for another surprise at the Jamsil Baseball Stadium this afternoon.

Fans who were attending the currently ongoing SMTown Live 10 were delighted to find a Samsung 3D televison booth, which apparently showed a new 3D version of SNSD’s Genie MV. The footage (not in full) was recorded by a SNSDCHINA fan and it spread like wildfire on the internet, with many liking it compared to the original version. You don’t need 3D glasses for this.

Lindsay Lohan Not as Crazy (or Addicted) as Thought, Deemed "Physically, Mentally Healthy"

Lindsay Lohan could be considered the victim of a lot of things: Hollywood, ego, addiction, you name it.

We just never thought a misdiagnosis would be included in that list. But that, it seems, may have been exactly what sparked (or at least kept going) LiLo's downward spiral.

It's no secret that Lindsay's days in the UCLA Medical Center are numbered, and that her impending release was preceded this month by a judge swap and this week by the prosecution's admission that it would not be opposed to such an early springing.

Which begs the question, why?

For the time being, Lohan's lawyer is keeping her comments cagey, but Shawn Chapman Holley did confirm to E! News that her client apparently has a clean bill of health.

"The assessment of Lindsay's treatment team is confidential information," she said. "I will say, however, that she is physically and mentally healthy."

Spencer Pratt is hawking a supposed sex tape starring soon-to-be ex wife Heidi Montag, he confirms to UsMagazine.com.

"I've been making films since I was in the 7th grade," Pratt tells Us exclusively. "I'm looking forward to people seeing my directorial debut!"

Steve Hirsch, co-CEO of ubiquitous porn company Vivid Entertainment, told TMZ that he spoke with Pratt Friday about the explicit video, noting "We are in early negotiations to possibly come to terms for a deal."

It's a busy time of wheeling and dealing for Pratt.

On Thursday, the reality villain told UsMagazine.com that he is writing a tell-all book about his relationship with Montag.

"My last book, How to be Famous, didn't make the New York Times best-seller list because it was in the self-help section," Pratt told Us. "This one is going to be totally different. I'm not holding anything back."

Montag, 23, subsequently told TMZ that she might sue to stop the book. She filed for divorce in July after about 15 months of marriage. Barring any reconciliations, their divorce will be finalized on Valentine's Day of next year.

Office 15: What's Microsoft's new mystery application?

There are reports that a new early build of Microsoft’s Office 15 have escaped the Redmond halls. More interesting than the mere existence of these pre-alpha build, however, is another mention of a new application that will become part of Microsoft’s next-generation Office suite.

Despite the fact Microsoft only began shipping Office 14 (a k a, Office 2010) a couple of months ago, an August 20 Softpedia report (via the Russian website Wzor) claims there’s a new Office 15 build floating around.

Softpedia’s report also includes something near and dear to this Microsoft watcher’s heart: a new codename. “Microsoft Limestone Integration Application” (also known as “Microsoft Lime”) is a new application development element that will be part of Office 15, according to information that allegedly is part of the newly leaked build. (Update: One of my contacts says Lime is just a user-interface utility for Office, and probably not considered a new application in and of itself. But it still sounds like there is a new Office 15 app coming. Read on….)

Note to Apple: 27 Million Americans Are Buying a Tablet Next Year, and it Might Not Be Yours

A new survey out of Forrester reports 14% of Americans plan on purchasing a tablet device next year—that's 27 million people. Perhaps more interestingly, many of these millions are looking beyond Apple's belle of the ball.

The study should provide comfort for Apple's rivals, hoping to throw their own devices into the ring against the iPad. Only 3.8% of future buyers said they were wedded to an iPad, meaning the hearts of most buyers can still be won by the likes of HP and Dell.

Also reported were findings that should dispel the iPad is for my clueless, simple mom talk—current owners are largely "high-earning, educated, likely to travel for business, and more likely to be male." Apple device still dominates the tablet market, with almost 3.5 million iPads sold since it launched in April ago, but the evidence is mounting that its success has at least something to do with being the only show in town.

AT&T’s LG C900 with Windows Phone 7 and QWERTY keyboard leaked

The Samsung Cetus i917 isn’t the only AT&T-bound Windows Phone 7 handset that we’re having the chance to meet today, because the LG C900 has also showed up in some leaked photos.

The C900 has a sliding QWERTY keyboard, but it looks nothing like the LG Panther that we’ve been seeing lately.

Its design reminds e a bit of the Froyo-based LG Optimus One – so who knows, maybe the Optimus series will also include WP7 devices.

The features of the LG C900 are not known, but it’s safe to assume its display is a WVGA one.

2NE1 and Lee Min Ho attends Etude’s Pink Play Concert event, 2NE1 hides new hairstyles

The girls of 2NE1 have been endorsing products for Korean cosmetics and skin care brand Etude House for some time now and earlier today the girls attended a special event for Etude. The event was titled Pink Play Concert and was held at the Sheraton Walker Hill Hotel River Park in Seoul. Popular actor Lee Min Ho also made an appearance as he’s been a long time endorser for Etude House as well.

At the event, both 2NE1 and Lee Min Ho greeted the fans. 2NE1 performed their hit songs and participated in various games. With 2NE1 making their comeback on September 9th with To Anyone!, the girls sans Sandara Park visibly hid their new hairstyles for their pending comeback.

Kim Tae-hee says greedy about success after "IRIS"

Actress Kim Tae-hee has said she has become greedy about seeing the productions she stars in do well after the success of last year's TV series "IRIS."

"I never dwelled on movie admissions or TV ratings before but I've started to become greedy about them after seeing 'IRIS' become a hit," the 30-year-old actress said to reporters during a press conference for her upcoming film "Grand Prix" on Thursday.

"I used to just rest comfortably, my mind at peace, after I'm done filming but this time, I've been feeling very nervous and worried a lot as well," she added.

"IRIS" became a national phenomenon in Korea last year for its intense storyline, global location shoots and a star-studded cast including actors Lee Byung-hun, Kim So-yeon and Jung Joon-ho.

The drama sparked a frenzy among viewers around the country and dominated weekly TV ratings charts during its two-month run.

"Grand Prix," also starring singer and actor Yang Dong-geun, is about two jockeys who befriend each other while competing in the grand prix with a new horse.

The pic is set for a release around the Korean thanksgiving holidays in late September.

So we just got a second batch of T-Mobile G2 shots dropped in our mailbox -- and this time, you can get a much better look at the inner workings of the carrier's version of the upcoming HTC Vision. Meanwhile, the backside reveals that HTC looks ready to really get into this asymmetrical design concept -- something we've definitely seen on the Schubert / Mozart -- and realistically, it's probably going to polarize some buyers. Android 2.2 for Motorola DROID X leaked

If you’re a Motorola DROID X owner with a hankering for tinkering, today is a good day for you. The DROID World forums have a leaked build of Android 2.2 ready to go for your beloved DX. The leaked OTA upgrade is in zip format, meaning all you have to do is drop it on your micro-SD card slot (you do have to completely erase your device) and run the update. We’ve put it on one of our DROID Xs and we have to say… so far we’re impressed! The phone seems a bit snappier, there are some nice visual tweaks, and we’re enjoying Google Voice Actions on the 4.3-inch screen. Given the polish on this leak, we’re thinking Froyo for the DROID X has to be right around the corner. Hit the jump to see a quick little video we put together of the new goodies.

Halo Reach Leaked Before Official Launch

Unfortunately, this is something that’s happened before. Actually, modders were able to get their hands on both Halo 2 and Halo 3 before their official releases. Individuals over at Game-Tut.com, the new title from Bungie Studios has been yanked from Microsoft’s servers. While the technicalities are all their own, we imagine that it was made much simpler by the fact that Microsoft put the game on their servers, enabling a $1,250 download of the title for reviewers just a few days ago.



The game, which has been on the servers for a little while now, was originally meant for reviewers of the title, and was supposed to only be able to be downloaded courtesy of a special code. The modders were able to find their way around that, and have been able to download the title at their will. Game spoilers are popping up all over the place, even Bungie’s official forums, and it doesn’t look like it’s going to stop any time soon. Unless Microsoft figures out a way to put a stop to it, and pronto.
