Hairy Potter: Stubbly Harry is a boy wizard no more in Deathly Hallows

He started his wizarding career as a fresh-faced 11-year-old.

But in the latest and final chapter of the hit franchise, Harry Potter has come of age.

In newly released stills from the forthcoming Part 1 of Deathly Hallows, Daniel Radcliffe is seen looking into a broken mirror, sporting an unshaven, stubbly look.

No doubt the shattered looking glass holds some greater significance than Harry just checking out his unkempt appearance.

In the final instalment, Harry goes on an intrepid adventure with friends Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint) in a bid to topple the evil Lord Voldermort.

Other images released today show the trio looking rather downcast as they traipse along together. In another he is seen coming to blows with his former teacher Professor Remus Lupin (David Thewlis).

Lady Gaga starves herself to fit into her costumes, new book claims

A new book is claiming that Lady Gaga was hospitalised six times in 2009 due to her yo-yo dieting which caused her to get dangerously ill.

The singer's former tour manager David Ciemny says the controversial star goes to dangerous lengths to fit into her infamous costumes.

In his new book Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga, Ciemny says the performer found it hard coping with her new found celebrity.

'When I say she was sick, I mean physically and mentally.'

David writes in his book that Gaga would go on junk food binges while on tour and would gorge on sweets and unhealthy food.

He claimed she'd then not eat for weeks so she could slim to fit into her costumes. He recalls she once lost 20 pounds in between fittings.

LG Optimus 7 Windows Phone 7 prototype flicks photos to TVs, launches Octobe

We were a bit surprised to find LG's prototype Windows Phone 7 device for developers, soon to be unveiled officially as the Optimus 7 in its production form, hanging out in the wilds of IFA. Nevertheless, there it was, streaming DLNA content to a WiFi enabled TV. LG worked with Microsoft to develop a custom DLNA media sharing capability for its GW910 handset. Just one of the ways hardware partners are able to differentiate themselves on the otherwise locked down Windows Phone 7 platform. It certainly makes sense that LG would play to its strengths in the television industry as it moves to market with the device as early as next month according to our sources. Watch the trick flip-to-TV photo sharing interface in action after the break.

Jay Chou takes flight with “Hip-Hop Stewardess”

Forget about J-girls, the President himself has a new music video on the way that promises hotness overload! “Hip-Hop Stewardess (嘻哈空姐)” is the latest track from Jay Chou's “The Era” album to be made into a music video. The song title sounds rather innocent compared to its racy lyrics from his long-time collaborator Vincent Fang. It will definitely make a lot of people wish their painfully long flights can be this sexy.

Unfortunately, “Hip-Hop Stewardess” was left off of the mainland edition of his album because it failed to meet local censorship standards. Although the song won't be officially promoted, a generous budget of $1.3 million NTD was spent on filming the video. It will be included in a future DVD release along with other MV’s from the album.

2NE1 unveils audio teaser for “It Hurts”

Having already released their first audio teaser for one of their title tracks, Can’t Nobody, 2NE1 released a new teaser today for one of their tracks named, It Hurts (Slow).

It Hurts is the 5th track from their To Anyone album, and it has a slow-beat smooth melody that’s quite easy to listen to.

The teaser reveals the song’s first verse, as it is approximately 1min 30sec long. Check it out below!

Ariel Lin is the spokesperson for the 45th annual Golden Bell Awards

It’s the first time ever for Golden Bell Awards to have a spokesperson. They chose no other but Ariel Lin, who won best actress at the 43rd annual Golden Bell Awards.

She appeared at the press conference elegantly and revealed the show’s stage for the big night, which costs six million dollars (NT) to make. She complimented, “Wow! The stage is so pretty. It’s very dreamy and it’s equipped with great audio and lighting.” She then cleverly pointed out the main focus for Golden Bell, “The video broadcast will be further enhanced to deliver the best image and audio (to the audience).” – the GIO (Government Information Office) and TTV have decided to delay the feed in order to stabilize the quality of the broadcast (besides video quality, there’s also speech quality, as well as keeping dull presenters and unfunny skits under control).

The nominations for radio broadcasting will be revealed on September 14th, while the nominations for Television broadcasting will be announced on September 20th. The radio broadcasting award ceremony will be held on October 15th, and the Television broadcasting award ceremony will be held on October 22nd. Ariel will also be announcing the nominees of television broadcasting.

Kara DioGuardi Is Leaving American Idol

After weeks of speculation about whether she will stay or go, Kara DioGuardi is leaving American Idol, Fox announced Friday.

DioGuardi’s move follows the departures of both longtime Idol judge Simon Cowell and new judge Ellen DeGeneres.

“I felt like I won the lottery when I joined American Idol two years ago, but I feel like now is the best time to leave Idol,” said DioGuardi Friday. “I am very proud to have been associated with American Idol — it has truly been an amazing experience.”

The show’s creator and executive producer Simon Fuller said of DioGuardi, who is one of the music world’s most high-profile songwriters, “I will miss having her on the show, but I look forward to working with her in music for many years to come.”

Jennifer Lopez and Steven Tyler are widely rumored to be in the running to be new judges on the show. Other celeb names that have been rumored as possibilities to fill the judges’ table include Shania Twain, Elton John, Chris Isaak and Harry Connick Jr.

Although he was mum about the makeup of the judges panel, producer Nigel Lythgoe, who is back working on American Idol, tells PEOPLE about the next season, “We will be bringing the spotlight back onto the talent and away from the judges. I think that’s really very important, especially when you lose such a superb judge as Simon Cowell. You need to move the spotlight off him very quickly! But in truth, we’ve forgotten that it’s the talent that drives the program at the end of the day.”

Jessica Alba's sheer sexy as she exposes bra at airport

Is Jessica Alba promoting a new movie? It would appear so by the see-through top she was wearing through LAX Airport on Thursday.

The sultry siren looked stunning in her revealing outfit on her way back from Venice Film Festival where she attended the screening of her new film Machete.

Alba, 29, wore faded roll-up jeans, cream cropped jacket and a beige see-through top which showed her black bra underneath.

The Fantastic Four star does try to be modest sometimes by revealing that she didn't go totally naked when filming nude scenes in Machete.

'I had undies on, and I had other stuff on, and they just sort of etched it out in post production. That's not really me. I'm better covered up.'

Jessica recently stood up for her Machete co-star Lindsay Lohan saying that despite LiLo's recent troubles she's a 'brilliant actress'.

Galaxy Tab with WiMAX coming to Sprint this November?

The CDMA-equipped Samsung Galaxy Tab has so far been nothing more than a sticker in a random snapshot and some whispers about Verizon, but Boy Genius Report is saying that the Tab's also bound for Sprint's network this November, on both its 3G and 4G (i.e. WiMAX) network -- à la the Galaxy S / Epic 4G. No word from Sammy HQ on this one, but it's worth noting that in our briefing, a Samsung rep mentioned that an American carrier could put Qik on it and, well, that's kind of Sprint's thing. We don't suppose anyone heard its preferred dessert choice in the process, hm?

Apple's Ping gains a million users in first two days

We're still trying to figure out exactly what Apple's new Ping social network is good for, but apparently quite a few people are curious about it: it's already racked up a million users in its first two days. That's just a third of the people who've downloaded iTunes 10, so we're sure the numbers are will grow even faster as more people snag iTunes and the network effect starts to kick in -- and things will get really crazy if Apple and Facebook ever work out their little tiff. Just remember: it's a social network... for music.

TVXQ credited with success of K-Pop girl groups in Japan

With the recent success of K-Pop girl groups in Japan, including 4minute, KARA and SNSD, prestigious Japanese ranking chart, Oricon, released an article stating that TVXQ/Tohoshinki is the main reason for their success.

An Oricon columnist stated, “Tohoshinki is responsible for the success of girl groups’ who are representing K-Pop in Japan. With the feeling of loss, due to Tohoshinki’s suspended activities, it seems that fans in their teens and twenties are focusing their attention on the K-Pop girl groups.”

In addition, the columnist added, “If this wasn’t the case, these girl groups would never have been able to instantly sell 30,000 copies or have 20,000 fans attend their events.”

Jessie Chiang makes a comeback without Jay Chou

We thought she would be gone already, but former J-girl Jessie Chiang (江語晨) is returning with her second album on September 10th. Coincidentally, she will be battling current releases from Jolin Tsai and Hebe Tian, whose names have also been attached to Jay Chou in the past. It remains to be seen how Jessie Chiang will fair in terms of sales, but she will have to do it without his help.

Jessie Chiang's first album was the center of media attention while she was the J-girl in 2008. There were even rumors of Jay Chou writing several songs for her under a different name. She went on to play the female lead in his first drama "Pandamen". But a lot has changed since then, most noticeably her complete absence from the Pandamen promotions earlier this year.

iPhone 3G Speed Test: iOS 4.0 versus iOS 4.1

iOS 4.0 was so slow on our 3G, we promptly downgraded after updating. Earlier this week, Apple announced, among other things, that iOS 4.1 fixed performance on the iPhone 3G. We put their claim to the test.

In the video above, the iPhone 3G battles itself in an epic speed test to find out if Apple's claims are true: Is iOS 4.1 faster than 4.0, or is it just a wash?

Did Lindsay Lohan Hit a Stroller With Her Car?

Lindsay Lohan seems to have clipped a baby stroller with her Maserati, two witnesses -- and one video filmed directly after the alleged incident -- tell RadarOnline.

LiLo is said to have failed to look both ways crossing an intersection in her West Hollywood neighborhood Wednesday afternoon, striking a child in a stroller.

A witness, Brayan Jaime, estimated to Radar the child was two or three years old. "Lindsay took the red light and hit the stroller. It wasn't super hard, but she made impact and hit them. Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going," Jaime said.

UPDATE: Other eyewitnesses tell TMZ Lohan tapped the stroller at roughly 1 mph and did indeed stop, get out, and make sure all was well.

"I'm 100 percent sure Lindsay was driving because I saw her with my own eyes. She was just driving like crazy once I started following her. She was trying to lose me, blowing stop signs and stuff," Jaime told Radar. "I asked the kid if she was okay and then asked the woman, but she was kind of shocked and didn't really know what to say and you could tell she was scared."

That last part can be heard in the video. Also clear is the child wailing in the stroller.

A second witness told Radar the impact was minor, so Lohan may not have even been aware it occurred.

Contacted for comment, LiLo, who was pulled over just days ago, told Radar, "I don't know what you're talking about."

Friend Speaks on Possible Reconciliation Between Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus might be dating Douglas Booth.

And Liam Hemsworth is rumored to have cheated on the 17-year old with some blonde named Katy.

But a friend of the former couple says it doesn't matter: there's still hope for an eventual Miley/Liam reconciliation.

"There might be a chance of rekindling their romance in the future. They both are of the mindset that if it's meant to be, it will be," said the cliche-loving pal to The Daily Telegraph.

The same insider dishes on details of the failed relationship, adding:

"Liam was into the relationship a lot more then she was. He liked being exclusive. He was serious about her and wanted to make it work.

"She still has strong feelings for Liam, but she still is very young and currently is career driven. She knows this is her time to shine career-wise and that love will come whenever she wants it. She was a lot busier than he was, and distance also played a role in the break-up."

That's actually true: Miley is currently in Detroit, shooting her most adult role yet for LOL.

Droid R2-D2 gets docked -- not in a X-Wing

Verizon's teaser site for the Droid 2 R2-D2 edition has been teasing a series of locked spokes, accessible by all as soon as anyone in the community solves the "puzzle." We don't know exactly what the magic code was, but regardless, thanks to David H. yesterday, we've got a new gallery of devices pics and -- oh, lookie -- a special edition Droid R2-D2 dock. We don't see room for a hyperdrive anywhere, nor wings, proton torpedos, or a cockpit for future Jedi to blast orbital space stations. So, let's just call it a vacation home for astromechs needing a respite.

Hands On With The New Xbox 360 Controller

Xbox Live's Major Nelson was roaming PAX here in Seattle, probably needing something fun to do. So I asked him to let me try the new Xbox 360 controller with transforming D-pad — oh, and the analog sticks are different.

Major Nelson even agreed to shoot this video, and while I put him to work he revealed that this is his own personal controller. The new d-pad is easy to transform and the alternate, raised-cross mode feels like it will be good for games that require precise horizontal, vertical and diagonal inputs — you know, like fighting games.

We knew about the transforming d-pad, but did you know the analog sticks have changed? They tilt the same, but the shape of the depression on top of them has been tweaked. The old raised bits are gone and the center has a deeper depression. I'm not sure what the consequences will be of the small change, but the new stick did feel comfortable under my thumb.

New official MeeGo screenshots show promise, influence

MeeGo's official user interface guidelines could easily end up determining whether the platform sinks or swims -- no one wants a phone whose UI looks like junk, after all. The minions at Nokia and Intel's little pet project have posted new OS shots as examples of how to properly implement the interface in third-party apps, and we've got to admit -- things are looking a lot cleaner, prettier, and generally more modern than the first round of pictures we saw back in June, thanks in part to a demonstration of the platform's comprehensive theming capability that can totally revamp how UI elements look. We're definitely seeing shades of webOS in the task switcher (pictured above), but then again, Nokia's no stranger to borrowing ideas it likes. That's all well and good as long as it makes for a great platform... and obviously, we'd need some hardware to do that. O N9, where art thou?

Kim Kardashian narrowly avoids disaster as her gravity defying dress slips down

Kim Kardashian has never been afraid to show off her generous curves.

But last night her low cut dress wasn't quite up to the task of containing them.

The reality TV star only just caught the pale pink laced number as it began to slip down, only just stopping an unwelcome exposure.

The 29-year-old was arriving to support her friend Kelly Osbourne during her exclusive performance with the Pussycat Dolls at the Viper Room in Hollywood.

Kim appeared to enjoy the performance, tweeting her appreciation.

'Wow Carmen Electra is so beautiful! Watching her perform w the PussyCat Dolls....Kelly Osbourne is up next! Sexy show!'

Lindsay Lohan Is Back – and Naked – on the Big Screen

For actress-turned-inmate Lindsay Lohan, her role in Machete may be her shot at a comeback.

It's her first appearance on the big screen since her time behind bars, and Lohan, 24, is baring it all for the over-the-top, action-packed thriller, which hits theaters Friday.

In the film, Lohan tramps it up for her role as April, a wannabe model with a drug addiction. And when she's not dressed as a nun – who shoots people –, critics say the starlet strips down for the camera.

"[Lohan is] frequently naked as the randy daughter of a political figure," a New York Post critic writes. In fact, she does a nude three-way make-out session with costars Danny Trejo and Alicia Marek, the 35-year-old playing her mother.

So is this racy role Lohan's ticket back to Hollywood? The film, which also stars Robert De Niro and Jessica Alba, has been met with praise from critics. "It's a movie that just wants to have fun," Washington Post critic Michael O'Sullivan writes. "To a large degree, it succeeds."

But she's getting the most praise from her costars. "Lindsay is so good in the movie, and I can't wait for her to see it," Alba, 29, told PEOPLE at a L.A. screening of the movie. "It's awesome. She's great. I'm very proud."

Android’s Mobile Web Consumption Share In The US Is Surging, iOS Share Dropping

Media measurement and Web analytics company Quantcast has some interesting numbers on mobile browsing in the United States, and it’s preparing to release some of those statistics, across vendors. Earlier today, the company put up a teaser blog post, showing two graphs, one of them representing the share of mobile Web consumption in the US per mobile OS.

As you can tell, Quantcast concludes Android is storming ahead, now taking up a 25 percent share of total mobile Web consumption in the US. Apple’s iOS, meanwhile, is seeing its share decline, from approximately 67 percent in May 2009 to 56 percent in August 2010.

Provided this trend continues at current rates, Android’s share should be equal to that of iOS in another twelve months, at least according to Quantcast. It’s important to note that both are still growing rapidly in absolute numbers – what we’re seeing is the relative shares shifting.

ViewSonic ViewPad 100 dual-boot Android/Win7 slate hands-on

We dropped by Viewsonic's IFA stand to have a look at the company's new ViewPad 100, announced this morning and teased before the show.

It's a 10-inch tablet with dual-boot, so you can switch between Windows 7 Home Premium and Android 1.6.

Viewsonic uses Android 2.2 on the new Viewsonic ViewPad7, but newer versions of Android aren't (officially) supported by Intel's Atom processor – this unit uses a 1.66GHz N455 variant.

The dual-boot user experience isn't yet that refined – you need to log right out of Windows or Android to get to this basic OS-boot menu.

Derek Wright, Viewsonic's European product marketing manager said that the company was working to polish this experience up and possibly provide fast switching between both operating systems.

Emma Watson: ‘Potter Not Sexy Like Twilight’

EMMA Watson insists the Harry Potter films are nothing like Twilight — because they aren’t “selling sex” like the smash hit vampire franchise.

The actress — who has played Hermione Granger in the wizard film franchise since 2001 — says her kiss between her and Rupert Grint in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is “highly anticipated” because there have been no other sexual scenes in the movie series, unlike Twilight.

“This kiss between Hermione and Ron is highly anticipated, it’s been building up for eight films now,” she said.

“And Harry Potter is not Twilight, you know; we’re not selling sex. So, whenever there is any hint of that, everybody gets terribly excited. In fact, it was horribly awkward; we couldn’t stop laughing.

“The nicest thing about it was, before we did it, we turned to each other and were like, ‘God, this is going to be awful, isn’t it?’ but hopefully it will look good.”

Watson recently admitted that she couldn’t speak for three days after her photographs from the Harry Potter set were destroyed.

“I wandered into a second-hand camera shop, and this very nice gentleman persuaded me I needed an old black-and-white film camera,” she said. “I realized I hadn’t taken any photos of the last 10 years, so this time I’ve been bugging everyone.

“It takes me about 10 minutes to take one because I have to work out the aperture, the shutter speed, the focus and everything. But the girl who was helping me develop the film accidentally turned on the light in the dark room and wiped everything. I couldn’t talk for about three days, I was devastated.”

Netizens buzzing over joint Van Ness Wu and Se7en photo

Recently, a joint photo of Taiwanese entertainer Van Ness Wu and Korean entertainer Se7en posted on Se7en's Twitter account got netizens buzzing and also curious of how these two idol entertainers met each other. In response, Se7en responded, "I've known Van Ness! 4 years! Time has gone by so fast!" The two entertainers first met each other at an awards ceremony in Taiwan back in 2006.

Since then, the two of them have not seen each other until a couple days ago. In order to commemorate their reunion, Se7en decided to take a photo of the both of them to cherish the moment. Netizens also left behind comments of the photo such as "We also want to meet Van Ness Wu!" and "Wow...so it turns out they're friends?"

Speculations rife about Hebe Tien's sexuality

Hebe Tien has gone solo, but media attention is still on her gender preferences.

Present at the press conference of her debut album To Hebe yesterday, the 27-year-old was grilled by reporters about her relationship status.

"I don't have a boyfriend," said Hebe, after much deliberation.

She added, "I've been in a relationship about five to six times."

Rumours had surfaced earlier when the singer was photographed behaving intimately with a female friend, triggering speculations that the starlet could be bisexual.

Reporters continued to probe, asking Hebe if there were males amongst her past relationships.

"Let me think about it for awhile," she said, hinting possibilities of having had a lesbian relationship.

Having only appeared alongside fellow group members Ella Chen and Selina Jen for the past years, Hebe appeared uncomfortable facing the media alone at her debut stage.

The experienced performer even made a blunder by turning her back on the cameras when singing her new song Love!

Perhaps disappointed with her performance at the event, the singer posted a message on her weibo (blog) immediately after the press conference ended.

"Sigh...sometimes the more you speak, the more mistakes you make. But, you still can't help but say it," the singer wrote helplessly.

Randy Jackson Is "Locked In" for the New Season of American Idol

It's more than just aw'ight for Idol's top dawg. Sources confirm to E! News that original American Idol judge Randy Jackson will definitely return for season 10 of the hit reality-talent competition, which is set to premiere in January 2011.

"Randy's locked in and pumped about it," says a source. "They'll officially announce with the other judges."

But who are those other Idol judges going to be? Here's what insiders reveal to us from behind the scenes:

A second source tells us that the rest of the judge's table still remains to be officially filled. In fact, an Idol source says that the large production staff that travels to different regions for tryouts in the fall has not yet received their itineraries. "Normally, they know exactly 'who, what, where and when' about the fall tryout schedule," says the Idol staffer. "It's partly because the judges aren't yet formally finalized."

The source says they've been told they will know their schedules before the end of [September].

Aerosmith rocker Steven Tyler is widely rumored to be joining the judges' table this year. Pop star Jennifer Lopez may also be signing on for the show, despite some rather more involved negotiations.

Randy's fellow original judges, Paula Abdul and Simon Cowell, left the show after seasons eight and nine, respectively. New judge Kara DioGuardi has reportedly not been asked back to the series. New judge Ellen DeGeneres resigned after just one season with the show. With so much major staff churn over the past few months, this promises to be what sports fans call a "rebuilding year" for American Idol.

Lindsay Lohan Snags Britney Spears' Svengali

Remember when Britney Spears was driving around aimlessly, shaving her head and using an umbrella as a weapon? Remember who was the only one who could talk any sense into her? That's right, Larry Rudolph. Just call him the trainwreck whisperer.

According to the New York Post, Larry's now officially signed on to resuscitate Lindsay Lohan's dead career. Spears' former manager seems to be the last—and perhaps only—hope for the troubled actress to get her stalled career back on track after a stint in jail and rehab and repetitive drug and drinking problems.

Lindsay is eager to get back to work, as she told the latest issue of Vanity Fair, "I want my career back."

"I want the respect that I had when I was doing great movies. And if that takes not going out to a club at night, then so be it. It's not fun anyway," she said. "I don't care what anyone says. I know that I'm a damn good actress. And I know that in my past I was young and irresponsible, but that's what growing up is. You learn from your mistakes."

Verizon Samsung Fascinate (Galaxy S) gets priced, extended battery, TV ad

Verizon’s Samsung Fascinate is now officially the last to launch of the Galaxy S versions tailor-made for the big four carriers in the US. And while a release date or price still haven’t been discussed by Big Red, there have been countless leaks involving details about this handset.

After these, the date that the Fascinate will be available seems to be September 9th. On the pricing front, little was known prior to today, yet everyone expected it to be $199.99 with a 2-year service agreement, which is the now-standard price for high-end smartphones in the US.

And today’s leak of a Verizon system screen confirms that. But it does add in an intriguing factor: apparently, the Fascinate will be available on a Buy-One-Get-One/Buy-One-Get-All scheme. This essentially should mean that you’d be able to buy one Fascinate and get another (or your choice of other device) for free. Of course, you’d still have to activate two new 2-year contracts. Still, a very good deal especially if it will be available right from the beginning.

Important: Gmail Priority Inbox Should Now Be Available To All

It’s hard to remember a product I’ve become so dependent on quicker than Gmail’s new Priority Inbox. I’m so addicted, that the few times I’ve accidentally clicked on the old “regular” Inbox view in the past week have really annoyed me. So much so that I actually moved that view into my “more” drop down (you can drag any sidebar item in there). And now I have good news: you can all share in this addiction.

While it began rolling out to users on Monday, Google is now saying that Priority Inbox should be available to all users (including Google Apps users) today. Look for the “New! Priority Inbox” message in red in the top right corner of your Gmail account to activate it. There’s a slight learning curve with it, so you’ll still probably want to watch Google’s official video. But once you get started, it’s unlikely that you’ll go back.

Overwhelmingly, the people I’ve talked to since the feature started rolling out on Monday are also now addicted to the feature. But some seem deadest against it, instead preferring to use their own filters to better tailor their mail consumption. I’m a big filter user myself, but I simply could no longer keep up with the amount of message coming into my inbox — I needed someone, or something to sort it for me. This isn’t a longterm solution for the email problem, but it will work for now.

First Look: Andre Royo with Anna Torv on 'Fringe'

Welcome back to TV, Bubbles! EW has obtained this exclusive first look of Andre Royo – best known as Bubbles from HBO’s The Wire - in the premiere episode of Fringe that airs Sept. 23. In the episode, Royo plays Henry, a taxi driver that Olivia (Anna Torv) encounters as she fights to find her way home. The Ausiello Files first broke news about Royo joining the show in July.

No Wedding Bells for Britney Spears and Jason Trawick – Yet

Does Britney Spears have marriage on her mind?

In addition to soaking up the sun with boyfriend Jason Trawick during their recent Hawaiian getaway, the pop star toured a wedding chapel at Maui's Grand Wailea resort on Thursday and, two days later, teared up while watching a wedding below their hotel room balcony.

While the couple, who've been dating for more than a year, are going strong, they don't have any immediate plans to tie the knot just yet, a source tells PEOPLE.

"They're really taking things day by day and really enjoying their time," says the source, adding that Spears, who turns 29 in December, and Trawick, 38, "of course" talk about the future.

Another source credits the couple's relationship for helping the singer – who was previously married to Kevin Federline – to mature.

Trawick, who was previously Spears's agent, "really cares for her, deeply cares for the kids and loves her," says the second source.

Kat Von D Says She's In Love With Jesse James

'LA Ink' star Kat Von D and Jesse James are dating -- we already know that. What we didn't know until today is that they're in love, according to PEOPLE.

"Jesse is only my ninth boyfriend. I don't hang out with anybody unless I am in love," Von D, 28, tells PEOPLE.

Asked if she feels James, 41, who split from wife Sandra Bullock earlier this year after being caught with a myriad of mistresses, might be "The One," Von D said, "I believe he is, so yeah."

Their relationship blossomed playing Scrabble. "We both realized how nerdy we were," Kat says.

James was softer-spoken with PEOPLE, giving the mag a simple "yes" when asked if he's happy. And his favorite thing about Kat Von D? "Everything."

Von D says James' cheating scandals didn't faze her. "I stayed away from that as much as possible, and when we connected recently, it was such a positive thing. It was just like, 'Wow, I can't believe I haven't spent this much time with you the entire time I've known you.' Now I'm just embracing it and enjoying it."

She told LA's KROQ radio in late August that she's known the West Coast Choppers owner since she was 22. "We've always been friends, you know? And even when all that negative stuff went down and stuff, I stayed out of all that drama. Going out, people were always asking what I thought about this and that. And I think it's none of my business and it's none of anyone's business really. I think we're all human and we're all capable of making mistakes."

The fact that Von D looks a bit like the most famous of James' tattooed mistresses, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, doesn't matter to her, either. "I think that I'm his type on a different level than people would assume. Just because I have tattoos doesn't mean we're the perfect match," she explained in the KROQ interview.
