Blake Lively Leaving “Gossip Girl?”

Blake Lively’s days of cruising Manhattan’s high-society as Serena van der Woodsen are numbered: The leggy bombshell reportedly wants to out of The CW’s hit teen drama Gossip Girl.

The actress – who is dating her series co-star Penn Badgley – wants to leave her role in the popular drama after growing tired of behind-the-scenes feuds and bust-ups between castmembers, TV tipsters yapped to Britain’s Heat Magazine this week.

“She’s tired of working on the show. It was great at the beginning, but she’s started to get bored of her storylines and all the petty fights on set. Nearly all the cast members have had some kind of bust-up. Besides the fact that she gets to work with her boyfriend, Blake wants to leave.”

Blake recently landed the role of Carol Ferris is the big screen adaptation of The Green Lantern.

Dell Thunder prototype rumbles into the wild (video)

Did it get hot in here all of a sudden or is it just this extremely sexy prototype we're looking at? Yes, the Dell Thunder that boomed onto your internet screens back in April is back, and this time we've got video of it too. Our tipster reports an 8 megapixel camera with LED flash on the back -- which includes 720p video capture capabilities -- along with a removable 1,400mAh battery. His prototype's running vanilla Android 2.1 at present, though the final units can probably be expected to ship with Dell's custom skin on top. Screen resolution is purportedly 800 x 480, though judging by that 7 x 4 icon grid up there and our tipster's own experience, it could be even higher; the 4.1-inch display looks to indeed be of the OLED variety, as our earlier leak had indicated. All that and it has the looks of a pocket-sized supercar. Enough teasing, skip past the break for the video.

Netizens chose SNSD’s Taeyeon as the girl group member with the best vocals.

The community portal site, DC Inside, held a poll for about a week to determine the girl group idol with the best vocals.

Taeyeon took first place with 10725 (64.5%) votes, and that’s not a surprise since she pulls off any song she covers effectively. Second place went to f(x)’s Luna, who took 1,784 (10.7%) votes. She’s only 17-years-old in Korea, yet she can belt all kinds of Whitney Houston hits.

Brown Eyed Girls’ Jea came in third, which was also expected after seeing videos of her on music shows, as she is one talented leader. Then followed 2NE1’s Park Bom, Seeya’s Kim Yeon Ji, Wonder Girls’ Sunye, and more.

Who do you guys think is the best singer?

Cyndi Wang dissolves rumor of dating Lee Wei

After the incident of her ex-boyfriend Viter Fan openly talking about their past relationship, Cyndi Wang has been staying low for a while now. A magazine recently reported that Cyndi is currently in a relationship with actor Lee Wei, but Cyndi’s manager later clarified, “They’re just good friends.”

Cyndi’s manager Chang Jia-Rong expressed that Cyndi has many male celeb friends like Jiro Wang, Owdog, Calvin Chen, as well as Lee Wei, who actually lives in the same neighborhood as Cyndi. Lee Wei and Cyndi were recently seen together in Mainland China. Cyndi's manager explained, “In March, they had a discussion over a business partnership, so they were only together for a business meeting. They’re not dating.”

Cyndi has already completed the recording of her new album, but the album will not be released until the end of the year. During this time, Cyndi is taking a break to enjoy life. She recently took her family and her dog to Yilan for a day to celebrate her mom’s birthday. However, Cyndi and family didn’t have much planning for the trip as Cyndi laughed, “After we arrived in Yilan, we lined up for some grilled meat for an hour, and then just went back and stayed in our hotel rooms. We really don’t know how to 'travel' (go to fun places on a trip).”

What's in store for IE9 beta?

Microsoft is getting close to releasing a beta version of Internet Explorer 9--the company's latest bid to regain lost ground in the browser market.

At last month's financial analyst meeting, Chief Operating Officer Kevin Turner casually mentioned that the beta would be coming in September. Microsoft has already shown the revamped IE9 engine through a series of public preview releases, but next month's beta will be the first chance to see what IE9 has in store in terms of its look and feel.

The current preview version, released last week, shows some of the features of the browser--including support for hardware acceleration and HTML5. The company has also significantly sped up its JavaScript engine, a feature that is often used in comparing browsers and one in which IE has badly trailed its major rivals.

However, the preview version focuses on showing off the new rendering engine and lacks even the most basic navigational features such as an address bar or back button.

Microsoft has been largely mum on what to expect as far as the design of IE9's interface, but in an interview with CNET on Wednesday, Ryan Gavin said that the goal is to get out of the way and let the content shine.

Gartner and IDC agree: the Android invasion's accelerating around the world

Last quarter we reported on some pretty stellar growth numbers for Android in the global smartphone marketplace. Back then, Google's OS had a 9.6 percent slice of the pie, but today that's ballooned to a robust 17.2 percent, meaning that in terms of end-user sales over the last three months, Android has nearly matched RIM's BlackBerry sales. That's quite the feat when you consider that a year ago the latter was shifting ten times more units than the former. This fast pace of growth has narrowed down Symbian's lead at the top, in spite of Nokia's favorite OS actually shipping on more phones this year, while the big loser of the quarter has to be Windows Mobile, which contracted both in terms of market share and actual shipments.

Overall, smartphone sales were up by 50 percent year-on-year, according to both Gartner and IDC, while Gartner adds that mobile devices as a whole grew at a tamer 13.3 percent rate. In terms of phone manufacturers' global share, Nokia and Samsung have held on to their top positions, LG, Sony Ericsson and Motorola have experienced some uncomfortable shrinkage, and HTC, RIM and Apple have capitalized to expand their portions. Looking over to IDC's smartphone share data shows, again, that all smartphone makers are growing remarkably well, but it does highlight HTC (129 percent) and Samsung (173 percent) as really improving their presence in the sector. The reason? Android, Android, Android.

Harry Potter star Emma Watson leaves fans spellbound as she launches new movie countdown in daring black lace hotpants

Emma Watson was hoping to put a spell on her fans when she announced the 100-day countdown to the new Harry Potter movie sporting her new short hairstyle - and a goth-style black lace hotpants.

Emma, who plays Hermione Granger, unveiled the new poster for Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 1, the penultimate film adaptation of the JK Rowling books which will show at cinemas from November 19.

She unveiled her gamine crop - which drew comparisons to Mia Farrow in the 1960s - last week, but left some fans unhappy that she'd abandoned Hermione's trademark long flowing, wavy locks.

Friend: Angelina Would Back Jen in Bill-O Battle

Jennifer Aniston has a friend in Angelina Jolie when it comes to her war of words with FOX News host Bill O'Reilly, who shocked many Tuesday night by calling the actress "destructive to society" for saying women don't need men to be good mothers, a friend of Mrs. Pitt tells me.

"Angie would totally defend Jennifer on this," the friend says. "She agrees with Jennifer that a woman doesn't need a man to start a family to be a good mother. For Bill to take issue with this statement is him taking issue with every single parent in the world."

Jolie's mother, Marcheline Bertrand, raised Angie after her famous father, Jon Voight, left them for another woman. Plus, Angie adopted her first son, Maddox, when she was single, long before Brad came into the picture.

Relationship expert Matt Titus agrees, telling me, "Bill O' Reilly, the crotchety FOX blowhard, couldn't be more out of touch with the modern definition of a nuclear family. Very often, 'the non-committal' attitude of the modern male leaves the modern woman with no choice but to seek out positive and 'non-traditional' alternatives of creating families. Women do not need to wait for the perfect guy to have the perfect child."

Critics have already jumped in to argue that while O'Reilly's way of thinking is bunk and out of touch, he also miscalculates Aniston's influence on teens and young women.

CDMA iPhone in engineering tests, may arrive in January, says John Gruber

It's not as cut-and-dry as last night's declaration that a new Retina Display-equipped iPod Touch is due in the next few weeks, but our man John Gruber just put up a lengthy post on the long-rumored CDMA iPhone for Verizon in which he says the mythical handset is codenamed "N92" and has reached "engineering verification test" (EVT) status. According to Gruber, that's just one step below "design verification test," which is what that stolen iPhone 4 prototype was -- meaning the CDMA iPhone is apparently just two hops away from production. Mix in persistent rumors of large CDMA chipset orders these past few weeks and a dash of AT&T hinting that exclusivity might be over, and it's sounding like ol' N92 could well arrive in January as first reported by Bloomberg -- perhaps at Verizon's CES press conference. In Gruber's words, "the CDMA iPhone is no longer a cold storage, keep-it-alive-just-in-case-we-need-it project."

Sony Ericsson is working on Android 3.0 PSP phone

The Sony Ericsson PSP phone is probably the only mobile product in history to have been rumored for a longer period of time than the Apple iPad. That’s no small feat to accomplish.

And while the PSP phone of 2007 is clearly a dead project, the rumors have started again. This time, there are many details, so this actually has a good chance of being true.

It goes like this. Sony Ericsson are hard at work developing a gaming platform on top of Android 3.0. This will come with its own ecosystem and, apparently, a device.

The phone is described as being a cross between the Samsung Captivate and the PSP Go.

Well, the full MV for A has now been released!

Hangeng reveals MV for ‘My Logo’

Last month Hangeng unveiled a hit new track titled My Logo and now the MV for the song has been released.

The song was produced by Tearce Kizzo Keaz, Craig Williams, Rene Van Versaveld and Francesca Richard with the help of award-winning Taiwanese producer Adia (阿弟仔), who has worked with international stars like Jolin Tsai. The choreography was done by famous choreographer Travis Payne. Travis is well known for working with music legend Michael Jackson and the backup dancers in Hangeng’s MV were backup dancers for Michael Jackson himself.

Demand dichotomy: PCs down, iPad up

While Wall Street analysts have turned bearish on PC and chip demand, they're still bullish on forecasts for Apple's iPad. Does this tell us something about the future of the PC industry?

Intel, Advanced Micro Devices, and Nvidia--three of the leading PC chip stocks--have taken a beating in the last two days, largely driven by reports from Wall Street analysts, such as J.P. Morgan's Christopher Danely, who warned investors that PC orders are "falling off a cliff." Barclays Capital also had dour things to say about overly optimistic predictions by Intel and AMD--who together supply processors for virtually all of the world's PCs--when the two companies announced earnings last month.

In general, analysts are citing a weaker outlook for consumer and corporate computer spending worldwide.

Seemingly immune to all of this is the iPad. Shipment forecasts for Apple's 10-inch class mobile device continue to get raised, with analysts now predicting that well over 10 million iPads will ship this year (one analyst at Robert W. Baird is now predicting up to 15 million). And this explosive growth, to some degree, is eating into low-end laptop sales.

And maybe equally worrisome for PC chip suppliers is that the iPad is not powered by a traditional laptop processor. It uses Apple's A4 chip, which also powers Apple's new iPhone 4. So PC chipmakers are not tied in any way to the the iPad's phenomenal shipment numbers.

Man Sends Apple A Proof Of Life In Attempt To Get iPhone 4 Case Refund

It seems that Apple’s iPhone 4 case refund policy isn’t quite as cut and dry as they initially made it seem. A number of people have written us recently to say Apple has rejected their request for a case reimbursement. And most of those people are obviously very unhappy about it. But Jordan Linville has taken the most interesting approach in following-up with Apple about it.

Linville has sent Apple’s Rebate Center a humorous email response (below) to the rejection letter he received. Attached to it, he included two photos. One features his iPhone 4, his iPhone 4 case, and a copy of the Wall Street Journal as proof of the date. The other shows Linville himself dressed as a terrorist (or bandit, hard to tell) holding up all of the said items. Yes, it’s a proof of life.

Why is Linville sending Apple these pictures? Because his rejection letter said the following:

Thank you for your recent Apple purchase.
After reviewing your Apple rebate claim submission XXXXXX received on 7/30/2010, we have determined that you do not qualify for our promotion for the following reason(s):

Kanye West debuts new Beyoncé-assisted track 'See Me Now'

Kanye West premiered his new "See Me Now" song, featuring Beyoncé and Charlie Wilson, and revealed that his album will be released on Nov. 16 during an interview this afternoon with New York radio station WQHT (Hot 97).

"Beyoncé finished those vocals at 5am this morning," West said of the track. "I couldn't be the only person this summer riding around with that." The rapper added that Nicki Minaj and Kid Cudi will appear on the as-yet-untitled album and that Jay-Z will be featured on the remix to first single "Power," which will premiere this coming Friday (Aug. 13) on the same radio station.

"I swear my whole collection so cool, I might walk in Nobu with no shoes/He just walked in Nobu like it was Whole Foods/That n*gga crazy, I told you," Kanye raps on the airy beat to "See Me Now," produced by Lex Luger ("MC Hammer," "I Go Hard in the Paint") and longtime collaborator No I.D.

"I know one thing, my momma would be proud/And you see me looking up cause I know she's looking down right now," Beyoncé sings on the bridge before Wilson jumps in for the hook. "I know you see me now right now, I know you see me now right now," he repeats in his deep tenor.

Paris Hilton Sued for $35 Million Over Fake Hair

Heiress Paris Hilton is being sued by a hair extension company for $35 million, the Associated Press reports. Hairtech International is suing for fraud and breach of contract.

The company alleges Hilton broke the conditions of her contract to wear and promote their product when she wore a competitor's extensions. Hairtech also alleges that Hilton's partying is contrary to their marketing campaign.

The suit claims Hilton, 29, was "seen in magazines and on television not wearing [their] hair extensions and was in fact wearing competitors' hair extension products."

The suit also claims the heiress missed a launch party in 2007 because she was serving jail time. The company says they invited more than 600 hair extension professionals to the party and when Hilton didn't show up, her absence ended up costing the company $6.6 million in potential revenue. Hilton spent 23 days in jail after getting caught driving on a suspended license while on probation.

Hilton's publicist, Dawn Miller, has yet to make a comment on the lawsuit.

Enso's Android-based zenPad 4 ships, gets unboxed and politely berated on video

Based on our experience with the original zenPad -- one that we wouldn't wish upon our worst enemy's enemies -- we had a feeling that Enso's latest crop of wares wouldn't exactly be teeming with high quality components. One kindhearted tipster of ours managed to ignore our advice and order up a $199 zenPad 4, which is just another iPad KIRF for all intents and purposes. Loaded with Android 2.1 and doused in mediocrity, this 10.2-inch tablet actually ships in a knockoff iPad box... one that proudly sports a perfectly random Internet Explorer icon on the front. Trust us, the laughs don't end there. It was also said to be about half as responsive to key presses as the iPad, and when pressing down on the bezel, it actually leaves momentary indentations that require a tick to flatten back out. Classy. Head on past the break for a purely comedic video unboxing and preview -- if you've had a rough one, you owe it to yourself.

T-Mobile Project Emerald: HTC Desire HD to be sold as MyTouch HD and HTC Vision as G1 Blaze?

We’ve heard a little bit about T-Mobile’s elusive Project Emerald before. Details were scarce back then, but today we may have more information. It looks like it definitely won’t be a reboot of the Sidekick brand, but it is connected to the previously rumored HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z, also known by their codenames HTC Ace and HTC Vision.

Apparently, Project Emerald will consist of the launch of the aforementioned smartphones. The Desire HD will be sold by T-Mobile as the MyTouch HD and the QWERTY-keyboard touting Vision will be named G1 Blaze, as was leaked before.

Secret releases ‘Madonna’ MV

A surge of estrogen with all these releases. Shortly after the release of their newest second mini-album title track Madonna, the girls of Secret have released their MV for Madonna!

With the addictive catchy tunes, the girls are showcasing their impressive choreography through the MV. Check it out below!

Tae returns with a scary movie

It’s been a long time since we’ve seen Tae but he is back with a new movie just in time for "Ghost Month"!

Tae, who hails from Thailand, was called the "young Jimmy Lin" back when he debuted as a singer in 1999. He shifted his focus to acting in recent years with supporting roles in dramas including Angel Lover and Fairy from Wonderland. In 2009, Tae returned to his homeland to further advance his movie career. He can soon be seen on Taiwanese screens again with his first Thai movie Die a Violent Death (鬼4忌).

In the movie, Tae plays a prison-haunting spirit on a mission to kill. A discarded prison was especially rented for filming, but the director only told him shortly beforehand that many prisoners were in fact executed there. The last minute info was more than enough to send shivers down his spine. In the end, Tae was praised by the director for the expressions and emotions he conveyed in the scenes.

Apple iOS 4.0.2 for iPhone Patches PDF Exploit

Apple's pushing out iOS 4.0.2 for iPhones and iPod Touches and iOS 3.2.2 for iPads, an update that patches the previous versions' PDF exploit and wipes out your iPhone's unlock and nice new jailbreak.

The update, which is showing up in iTunes now, doesn't bring any new features, just a patch for the recently-exposed PDF vulnerability (the one used by JailbreakMe), so if you weren't super worried about being susceptible—or if you want to keep your jailbreak or your iPhone unlocked—you might not want to jump on this one just yet.

One Fifth of Americans STILL Don't Use The Internet

According to a Pew study, 21% of Americans claim that they don't use the internet (and 5% still connect using dial-up). How is this possible? I think I've even seen homeless people peruse the internet on their iPhones.

Well, 34% of those non-users actually live in a house with internet access. Other than that, 48% think the web holds information irrelevant to their lives, 60% said they were uncomfortable with computers in general, and 90% just plain don't care to be online. And, not shockingly, over two thirds (69%) of those who don't use the internet are over the age of 65, while others may live in rural areas, have a low income, or lack a high school education.

66% of Americans currently access the internet through a broadband connection, though, and that number continues to climb.

Strange Lindsay Lohan Fashion Shoot of the Week: Italian Vogue!

Given that she's been in and out of courtrooms, jail cells and rehab centers for a good month now, it's amazing how many random Lindsay Lohan photos keep surfacing. Where does our girl even find the time for all these shoots?

Last week it was for her 6126 line. This week? Italian Vogue!

What these pictures are trying to tell us, we have no idea, and we don't mean because we can't read the text. We understand that fashion photography is supposed to be artistic and all, but can someone please explain the point here?

We can say she makes a better brunette than blonde, though ...

Rathbone to Robsten: "Consummate That Relationship!"

We finally got a chance to catch up with Jackson Rathbone, a hunk who flies way under the radar in our opinion.

The Twilight star has had a crazy summer promoting Eclipse and The Last Airbender, all while touring with his band The 100 Monkeys (Jackson even busted out his harmonica on the Teen Choice Awards carpet to play us a little tune, heart him).

But that doesn't mean he's dreading getting back to work on Breaking Dawn, thanks to Kristen Stewart:

"I can't wait, it's always a reunion" Jackson told us about gearing up for back-to-back filming of the next two movies, even though he said he had "no clue" when production starts except sometime this fall.

"I'm really looking forward to seeing Bella's transformation, that's one of the things that has been building up for a while," Rathbone dished, all cute all scruffy.

"I'm excited to see how Kristen Stewart really works with that. That's going to be fun, she's an incredible actress and, I know this is a pun, but she's chomping at the bit in order to play that transition."

And we know fans are chomping at the bit for that feathers-flying Robsten sex scene.

"I think it's going to have to be PG-13, I don't know how they're going to keep it PG. [Screenwriter] Melissa Rosenberg herself has told us there is going to be sex in this movie. I can't wait. It's in the books and I mean they're married, they gotta consummate that relationship," J.R. laughed.

Twitter Still Grew 109 Percent In June, Fueled By Global Visitors

Twitter is still growing at a fast clip, according to recent numbers from web analytics firm comScore. A recent study found that in June, nearly 93 million Internet users visited Twitter.com, an increase of 109 percent from the previous year. Twitter saw 93 million visitors in May of this year. It seems that the network is seeing increased traffic from international markets, particularly in Asia and South America. Indonesia reported the highest traffic, with 20.8 percent of Internet users in the country visiting Twitter.com that month, followed by Brazil and Venezuela.

It’s important to note that these stats aren’t necessarily a good measure of the total number of people people using Twitter’s platform (it only includes data for people who have been to Twitter.com, and not any applications that access Twitter through the API).

In terms of region, Latin America experienced the strongest growth, surging 305 percent year-over-year to 15.4 million users in June. Asia Pacific ranked as the second-fastest growing region, climbing 243 percent to 25.1 million visitors. The Middle-East Africa jumped 142 percent to 5 million visitors, while Europe increased 106 percent to 22.5 million visitors. North America only saw a 22 percent increase to nearly 25 million visitors in June. This last stat isn’t surprising considering that Twitter has more saturation in the the U.S. than in international markets.

Sprint HTC EVO 4G: Froyo update going out, Android 2.2 source code released

There were quite a few rumors spreading around about the Android 2.2 Froyo update for the HTC EVO 4G for Sprint and when it might go out, until Sprint decided to officially announce it on July 30th.

The update has been rolling out just fine, however there were a batch of owners (mostly power users) who couldn’t wait for the official bits to make it to their phone and went ahead and installed an unfinished and not-officially-sanctioned update, version 3.26.651.3.

The official update version is 3.26.651.6, which, judging from the numbering difference, fixes a few more bugs compared to .3. Until now, those who have installed .3 on their devices manually were stuck with that, but Sprint and HTC have made available an update that gets these people ‘back on track’, so to speak.

Jen Aniston: I Feel at "Ease" Being Nude in New Movie

On Tuesday, Jennifer Aniston wrapped shooting on Horrible Bosses, the buzzed-about Colin Farrell comedy in which she gets naked.

Aniston, 41, plays a sexually aggressive dentist who blackmails a coworker (Charlie Day) to get him to sleep with her.

The role is quite a departure for the actress who rose to fame as wholesome Rachel on Friends -- and she couldn't be more thrilled.

She tells USA Today she had "the time of my life" shooting, adding that it was "fantastic."

In some scenes, she even talks dirty to her costars.

"The crazy part is the ease with which all these words are falling out of my mouth," she says. "I don't know what I've unlocked here. It's so funny and weird and twisted. I'm naked with Charlie Day, who I've known for minutes."

In the meantime, audiences can see Aniston in the romantic comedy The Switch (out Aug. 20), in which she plays Kassie, a single woman seeking a sperm donor.

Ke$ha on Adam Lambert VMA Snub: What the Heck?!?

Lady Gaga 13, Adam Lambert 0.

Earlier this month, the oddly-dressed eccentric singer set a record for MTV Video Award Nominations. But many music fans are more focused on the shut-out of the former American Idol runner-up, who didn't receive a single nod for any songs or videos.

Among those perplexed by this fact is Ke$ha. Speaking to Billboard magazine, the artist said of the snub:

“It's a little bit unfortunate that he didn't get nominated, because he does have one of the best voices I've ever heard. In a business full of utmost douchebaggery, I'm really lucky to have found a real friend in him."

At times, Ke$ha and Adam have been more than friends. They played a bit of tonsil hockey with each other in February of this year and would make an incredible couple if the latter ever switched teams.

For now, we'll just need to be content with their platonic relationship. But we don't need to be satisfied with Lambert's VMA snub! Write in now and share your displeasure over this shameful oversight!

Leehom to release album early!

Looks like it will just be Jolin facing the Friday-the-13th superstition. Leehom and Jolin will no longer be clashing with each other on Friday as Leehom has decided to release his album one day early due to an unfortunate album leak. While I'm sure most people would like to hear all his songs earlier, please also remember to support him by purchasing his album from YesAsia!

Note from Leehom's Facebook Page:
Wang Leehom's new album "The 18 Martial Arts" to be released one day earlier (August 12th) due to China online piracy.

Originally scheduled for release on Friday, August 13th, all the songs from Wang Leehom's newest Mandarin album "The 18 Martial Arts" were leaked onto a Chinese website on August 10th, a full three days earlier. Within minutes, not only were the pirated songs available for download, but links to them had been reposted, twittered, and blogged all over the internet. Although Sony Music Enertainment was able to have the pirated songs and all respective links to them removed the next day, in order to protect the interest of the dedicated fans who pre-bought the album, SME has decided to work overtime in order to move the Asia release date up to Thursday, August 12th.

Nine Muses unleashes No Playboy MV

Well that sure didn’t take long. Shortly after unveiling their debut EP ‘Let’s Have a Party’ just a few hours ago, Nine Muses has unleashed the MV for their title track No Playboy has been released.

These girls look super sexy in the MV and it features French-Korean Julian Kang. Check out the MV below and patiently wait for the girls debut stage later today!

Tat you Beyoncé? The singer is back at work after hiatus sporting a heavily inked new look

In January Beyoncé announced that she was taking a well deserved break from showbusiness. 'It's definitely time to take a break, to recharge my batteries,' she said at the time. 'I'd like to take about six months and not go into the studio. I need to just live life, to be inspired by things again.'

But this week she has re-emerged on the scene with a bang, announcing the release of her new single Why Don't You Love Me on August 29th, and starring in the new advertising campaign for her Dereon fall fashion line.

The singer is almost unrecognisable in a platinum wig and covered in tattoos. She has described the new campaign as '1960s pin-up girl meets futuristic biker chick.'

Beyoncé appears to have embraced one of the top trends of 2010: body art. First seen in the Spring Summer 2010 Chanel ready-to-wear show, temporary tattoos have been a hit with celebrities over summer.

But in true Beyoncé style, she has taken it to the next level with customised artwork covering her legs, arms and back. The tattoos include chains, spiders, wings, skulls and what appears to be a spine that runs the length of her back.

Bill O'Reilly: Jennifer Aniston Is 'Destructive to Society'

While promoting her movie 'The Switch' earlier this week, Jennifer Aniston told reporters that women don't need men to start a family or be good mothers. When Bill O'Reilly caught wind of her statement, he debated the topic of single motherhood on 'The O'Reilly Factor' and called out the 41-year-old actress. "She's throwing a message out to 12-year-olds and 13-year-olds that, 'Hey you don't need a guy. You don't need a dad.' That is destructive to our society," O'Reilly railed.

FOX News contributor Margaret Hoover and FOX News anchor Gretchen Carlson debated the topic with O'Reilly, admitting young teens wouldn't be able to comprehend the vast differences between a 40-year-old woman and a teenager raising a child as a single mother. "She is glamorizing single parenthood," Carlson said.

In 'Switch,' Aniston plays a woman who elects to take on life as a single parent through artificial insemination. During the movie's press conference in LA, the actress admitted "times have changed" and women don't need to rely on men to be good mothers.

Nick Cheung shooting bed scene, first notifies beloved wife

Nick Cheung stars in EEG's film The Stool Pigeon. In one of the scenes, he has to film a intense bed scene. Nick frankly said that he really had to risk everything for filming. Rarely shooting bed scenes, Nick is sacrificing a lot of this movie, he laughed and said that there really wasn't such scene in the past, rather he often did funny stuff. He joked that this time the director really "benefited" him, but he actually had no luck to bear, he likes to act in movies that require the inner heart.

He recalls filming the scene, admitting that he currently still sweating! He said: "Because I was not familiar with the actress, so to complete the scene faster, we communicated with each other before filming and tried to avoid too much body contact. Fortunately the director accepted the first take." He is thankful of his wife Esther Kwan for giving him the support and absolute trust. Before filming, he told her about it and she was extremely understanding. Director Dante Lam praised that Nick was able to go forward and make it natural.

Jennifer Lopez Out as American Idol Judge

Jennifer Lopez won’t be a judge on American Idol after all, according to a source close to the situation.

The singer-actress had been closing a deal to be a permanent judge on the show for its upcoming 10th season but the deal fell apart.

“Her demands got out of hand,” says the source. “Fox had just had enough.”

With Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres both departing the talent search, the network had been pursuing a number of celebrities as potential judges, including Aerosmith‘s Steven Tyler.

But now that Lopez is out of the running, the network may be looking at their earlier top picks again.

Other reports have said that the panel could go back to the original three-judge format.

Fox had no comment. A rep for Lopez did not immediately return calls for comment.

Neil Patrick Harris Gets Last-Minute Emmy Nomination

Despite all his success on the small screen, Neil Patrick Harris has never won an Emmy Award. Now, even his nominations seem to be requiring extra work.

After getting a head's up from the Los Angeles Times, the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences noticed this week that Harris, 37, was inexplicably missing from the list of people collectively nominated for an Emmy for CBS's 2009 Tony Awards broadcast, which Harris hosted.

So, the Academy resolved the oversight, adding Harris's name to the existing nomination (alongside the show's producers) and bringing his Emmy nomination tally this year up to three.

He was previously nominated as best supporting comedy actor (for How I Met Your Mother) and best guest comedy actor (for Glee).

Harris, who also hosted the Emmys last year, earned high marks for his Tony hosting duties, although that show is best remembered for the moment when Bret Michaels was injured by a piece of moving scenery following his performance. This year's Emmy telecast, which airs Aug. 29 on NBC, will be helmed by Jimmy Fallon.

Fox's Glee leads the pack of 2010 Emmy nominees, with 19 nods.
