Céline Dion Gives Birth to Healthy Twin Boys; Matt Damon's Wife Welcomes Another Girl

Céline Dion Gives Birth to Healthy Twin Boys

Céline Dion is a mom again – times two!

The singer, 42, gave birth to fraternal twin boys on Saturday at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Fla., at 11:11 a.m. and 11:12 a.m., her rep tells PEOPLE exclusively.

"Celine, René and their son René-Charles are thrilled," says her rep.

One of the babies weighed in at 5 lbs., 4 oz., with the other at 5 lbs., 10 oz.

Dion's doctor, Ronald Ackerman, said at a press conference outside the hospital Friday evening that the delivery, done via C-section, went as expected. He also revealed that the twins were both born with a good amount of hair.

The twins are healthy, says Dion's rep, but will spend the next few days in an incubator because they were born premature.

"Celine is resting now and they plan to discuss what to name the boys when she wakes up," the rep adds. "René-Charles has been to the hospital to visit his brothers and is just so excited they are here."

Netflix testing $7.99 and $8.99 streaming-only plans in US right now, one is not a discount

When CEO Reed Hastings called Netflix "primarily a streaming company that also offers DVD-by-mail," he wasn't messing around, as the company's quietly made streaming-only plans a reality on US shores. Strangely enough, however, it seems the firm hasn't quite decided how much the new plan should cost, as depending on which computer and web browser you use to navigate Netflix's website you'll see a different result. Our Windows desktop running Chrome was invited to sign up for the same $7.99 disc-less plan as our Canadian counterparts, while Firefox asked us to pay $8.99 for the same privilege, and in either case it'd cost us $9.99 in total if we wanted physical discs as well -- while a MacBook Pro on the other side of the country was given the choice between $8.99 for streaming-only or Netflix's previous plan of $8.99 for both. In short, there's a chance you might get a $1 discount if you only use the company's online service now, but if you like DVDs delivered to your door you may find yourself subsidizing those who don't. See a picture illustrating the discrepancy right after the break.

'Paranormal Activity 2' Top Friday Box Office with $20 Million

The threat of unseen spooks drove moviegoers looking to be scared to the North American boxoffice Friday, where Paramount's Paranormal Activity 2 opened in the top slot. Warner's Hereafter, another movie that touches on the supernatural, checked in in fourth place as it expanded into wide release.

Paranormal 2 -- which is actually more of a prequel than a sequel to the 2009 hit -- took in an estimated $20 million in 3,216 theaters, including $6.3 million from its midnight screenings. The R-rated movie, directed by Tod Williams, is on track to gross something north of $30 million in its opening weekend. By comparison, the first movie in the lucrative franchise opened in limited engagements before moving to 760 theaters in its fourth weekend, when it collected $19.6 million, and then wide in its fifth weekend, when it pulled $21.1 million from 1,945 locations.

Paramount also held down the No. 2 position for the day with another modestly-budgeted franchise Jackass 3D, which had grossed $66 million as of Thursday. That R-rated movie grabbed another $7.6 million on Friday.

The PG-13 Hereafter, which opened in six theaters a week ago, moved up to 2,181 locations. Directed by Clint Eastwood and starring Matt Damon, the movie, which raises questions about the afterlife, took the fourth spot on the daily list as it summoned $4.1 million.

Rounding out the top five, Summit's action movie RED, which was second in its opening last weekend, shifted to third place with $4.5 million.

Sony's The Social Network was fifth as it began its fifth weekend with about $2.3 million as it closes in on the $75 million mark at the domestic box office.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand Get Married

The bride and groom are keeping mum – for now – but Russell Brand and Katy Perry tied the knot Saturday night in India.

Brand, 35, and Perry, 25, wed in a traditional Hindu ceremony attended by friends and family at a luxury resort, a source confirms.

On Saturday, two elephants named Laxmi and Mala arrived at the resort. As the animals walked into the venue, a red carpet was rolled out for them. "Mala is a bit skittish and hates crowds but she managed to behave herself," said the source.

In a traditional Indian wedding procession, known as the "bharat," the bridegroom and his male relatives and friends walk to the spot where the bride awaits. The bridegroom is often on a white horse, but an elephant is considered an even grander, more magnificent mode of transportation – the maharajas, or Indian royals, traditionally arrived at weddings on elephants.

The sound of Indian instruments – including the sitar, the santoor, the tabla and kettle drums – and the singing of traditional Rajasthani folk musicians could be heard from deep inside the Aman-i-Khas resort, along with some sacred Vedic chanting and the occasional burst of applause and cheering by the guests.

Ballmer: next release of Windows will be Microsoft's 'riskiest product bet' (video)

Windows 7 might be a massive commercial success and an undeniably rock solid piece of software, but Microsoft is apparently unwilling to rest on those soft and cozy laurels. Asked about the riskiest product bet the Redmond crew is currently developing, its fearless leader Steve Ballmer took no time in answering "the next release of Windows." His interviewers sadly failed to probe any deeper on the subject, but it might be notable that Steve calls it the next release rather than simply Windows 8, while the idea of it being risky also ties in with previous indications that Microsoft is aiming for a revolutionary leap between iterations. We'll have to just be patient and wait for more on that, though if you'd like a peek at Steve dodging question on tablets and the potential for Windows Phone 7 appearing on them, you need only jump past the break for the video.

Lindsay Lohan: I Can't Afford to Stay at Betty Ford

Lindsay Lohan may be making strides toward a healthy lifestyle, but it's coming at a price.

Lohan, 24, was ordered back to the Betty Ford Center on Friday instead of given more jail time, but the actress's probation report raises questions about how much longer she can stay at the pricey desert facility.

"She indicates she can not afford to continue to pay for the treatment program and she needs to work," says the report.

Prior to Friday's hearing, Lohan had requested that she move into outpatient care after her 30-day stay at Betty Ford ended this weekend. Instead, Superior Court Judge Elden Fox ordered her to remain there through at least Jan. 3.

This will have kept her there for about three months; a 90-day stay typically costs $53,000.

"[Lohan says] her clothing line is falling apart because she is not available to monitor the product," the probation report states.

Question of sexuality hinders Aaron Yan's career

It’s been six years since Aaron Yan debuted in showbiz and he has experienced both highs and lows in his career. Aaron revealed that he was recruited into the entertainment industry in quite an interesting way. Like everyone else who likes sharing their profiles and make new friends on the web, Aaron initially posted a handsome photo of himself on the Match Yahoo (Kimo TW) web. His profile was hugely popular and due to his good looks, his photo was often put on the front page of the website, which attracted many agencies’ attention. GTV, SETTV, and Angie Cai of Comic Ritz all made contact with him – he signed with Comic Ritz in the end.

Aaron’s first on screen appearance was a no-pay cameo on two episodes of the drama, “I Love My Wife” (安室愛美惠). Thinking back at the time, Aaron was very afraid of the camera and he was shaking throughout the entire time that he was filming. He even had a phobia for acting afterwards. Although his interest was to become a singer, he later joined forces with Jiro Wang, Calvin Chen, and Wu Chun to star in the TV series, “KO One”. Following the drama, they became Fahrenheit and immediately rose to fame.
