Gemma Arterton enters the Bond of marriage as she weds Italian she pencilled in her diary as 'future husband'

She has seduced James Bond and romanced the Prince Of Persia.

But actress Gemma Arterton married her real-life hero, fiance Stefano Catelli, in a private ceremony tucked away in a sun-soaked Spanish village.

The 24-year-old former Bond girl looked stunning as she arrived for the hill-top wedding yesterday in a strapless, flowing cream gown, with a long veil pinned into her auburn hair and carrying a bouquet of trailing white roses.

Miss Arterton gently stroked her new husband’s cheek as they made their vows before the newlyweds shared an intimate embrace.

They were then driven away in a vintage open top car that had been bedecked with cream ribbons for the occasion.

The newlyweds, who have been engaged for a year, chose to marry with only a small crowd of friends and family in attendance in the picturesque village of Zuheros in Andalucia.

Sandra Bullock, Ryan Reynolds reteam

Pair join action comedy 'Most Wanted' at Universal

The creative team behind "The Proposal" -- stars Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds, director Anne Fletcher, writer Pete Chiarelli and producers David Hoberman and Todd Lieberman -- are reuniting for "Most Wanted," an action comedy project that sold to Universal over the weekend.

The story sees Bullock as a criminal suspect with Reynolds as an FBI agent who is supposed to be escorting her to court when the two are ambushed and forced to go on the run. The project is described as having a tone similar to that of "Midnight Run," Universal's 1988 action comedy starring Robert De Niro and Charles Grodin. Universal is developing a sequel to "Midnight Run."

The pitch originally went into Disney, the company that made "Proposal," the hit romantic comedy made via its Touchstone label that grossed more than $317 million and was part of Bullock's comeback year. Since the movie's June 2009 release, however, Disney has undergone a regime change and the company is de-emphasizing Touchstone, preferring to focus on the core Disney brand and hoping to make movies that can be taken advantage by the wide spectrum of the company.

Kendra Wilkinson on Sex Tape: So Embarrassing!

How humiliated is Kendra Wilkinson over the release of her sex tape?

So humiliated that she's only given two interviews regarding it!

Following some of the best acting she's ever done on her E! reality show last month, as she pretended to be heartbroken over the existence of Kendra Exposed, Mrs. Hank Baskett has sat down with Ryan Seacrest and reiterated her phony stance on the video.

"It's extremely embarrassing," she says of the footage featuring her 18-year-old self with an ex-boyfriend. "I am a very open person, I am very honest about my life, but a sex tape was definitely not what I wanted in my life."

Pouring on her crocodile tears, Kendra added:

"It just had to come out now when I finally cleaned up my life. It wasn't for anybody else's eyes to see except for ours."

Paramore “Careful” Official Music VIDEO Premiere

“Who cares if Hayley Williams accidentally posted a topless photo of her knockers on Twitter. The girl can still rock out with the best of ‘em.”

At least that’s the word coming from the hundreds of fans raving about Paramore’s latest vid, “Careful.”

By The Numbers: The iPhone 4 vs EVO 4G

The Android vs iPhone fight is officially on. The EVO 4G fired the first shot last Friday when it launched nationwide on Sprint. The Android nation rallied behind the 4G super phone, which finally gave them a reason to be proud of their mobile platform of choice. They loudly pointed out all the EVO 4G’s iPhone-killing specs: huge 4.3-inch screen, 4G hotspot mode, dual cameras, and cheap mobile plans.

But the new iPhone is finally official after months of leaks and it’s ready to fight although it’s not exactly fair. The fourth generation iPhone isn’t just going up against one phone. Nope, the EVO 4G is just Android’s flavor of the month. A more powerful and sexy Android handset will likely steal its attention by the end of the summer and the iPhone 4 will have to stand against that model as well.

iPhone 4 first hands-on! (update: FaceTime video demo)

We've just gotten some face time (ha ha!) with the new iPhone 4, and let's just say this: it's incredibly sexy. We'll hand it to Apple, the phone is so thin it's kind of mind-boggling. The 3GS by comparison looks bloated. Feast your eyes on the pics below, and check out the FaceTime video demo after the break! Oh, and special thanks to hand models Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg.

Some takeaways about the device:

* As we said, it's shockingly thin.
* The screen is truly outrageous -- you basically cannot see pixels on it. We're not being hyperbolic when we say it's easily the best looking mobile phone screen we've ever laid eyes on.
* The build quality is really solid. The home button feels much snappier, and on the whole it just feels like a tightly-packed device, but it's not heavy.
* The side buttons are really nice and clicky.
* iOS 4 is very familiar -- there's not a lot added to fit and finish.
* The general speed of the whole OS is way snappier. The camera app in particular is noticeably faster -- shots get snapped in an instant.

iPhone 4 vs. the smartphone elite: EVO 4G, N8, Pre Plus, and HD2

We know how the iPhone 4 sizes up against the aging 3GS -- but how does it fare against its fiercest competitors from all the major platforms? We wish we had some production Windows Phone 7 kit to check out here, but in the meantime, take a look at the results against the gruesome foursome of the EVO 4G, N8, Pre Plus, and HD2. You might be surprised by some of the results -- and sorry, RIM, you don't get to play until you bring some fresh, media-heavy hardware to the table. Nothing personal!

Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou says he would rather shed blood than tears

GUESS what poses the greatest challenge to Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou?

The talented 31-year-old multi-hyphenate has tried his hand at singing, music producing, acting and directing.

But unknown to many, there is something that is very difficult for Chou to do. And that is a crying scene in front of the camera.

He doesn't weep easily and admires actors who can cry on cue effortlessly.

'I was filming a music video The Rain Pours The Whole Night for (newbie pop-rock group) The Drifters,' Chou recalled.

'One of the members, Darren, had to shed tears for his romantic scene. After I'd shouted 'cut', he was still very emotional and couldn't stop crying for a long time!

'Darren is definitely one of the up-and-coming stars Asian directors should look out for. He puts his heart and soul into his performances.'

It's not that Chou is cold and unfeeling, but 'as a man, I'd rather shed blood than tears,' he explained.

Lin Chi-Ling tops FHM's list of Sexiest Women

Model-turned-actress Lin Chi-Ling hasn’t had the best of luck lately. Her movie The Treasure Hunter as a flop, ratings for her Japanese drama Moon Lovers are hitting new lows, and then coming in 4th in Avon’s list of beautiful women, but she redeemed herself by taking first place in FHM (Taiwan version) 100 Sexiest Women in the World.

It marked the fourth time in a row that the supermodel has topped the list, proving her status as the true Goddess among Taiwanese fans. However, it does raise the question of whether Chi-Ling is better off being a model rather than an actress. Other notable finishers include Lady GaGa (2nd), Jolin Tsai (4th), Patty Hou (6th), Li Yu-Fen (7th) and Amber An (8th).

Pandora Working In The Background On iPhone 4. Awesome. [Video]

By now, you’ve undoubtedly heard about all the big features of both iPhone 4 and iOS 4 (the artist formerly known as iPhone OS 4, which we heard about previously). But something that Apple didn’t address too much today was a feature I’m most looking forward to: background tasks. I was pretty sure that being able to run apps like Pandora in the background while I do other things on the iPhone was going to be awesome. And I confirmed that today.

During the hands-on time after the keynote today at WWDC, I got a chance to play around with a new version of Pandora — one that runs in the background with iOS 4. As you can see in the video below, the way Apple does this is both smart and seamless.

There are a new set of music controls at the bottom of the screen when you double-click the home button and swipe once to the left. Normally, these controls are for the iPod app on the iPhone, but when you start a song on Pandora and then leave, Pandora is able to take over these controls. This means that not only can you listen to Pandora music in the background, but you can control it without having to go back into the Pandora app itself.

Snoop Dogg, David Beckham and Jay Baruchel Use Necessary Force in Adidas Star Wars Ad

Forget traveling to Capetown for the World Cup, the latest stop for David Beckham, Snoop Dogg and Jay Baruchel is Tatooine's Mos Eisley Cantina. The odd trio make perfect stand-ins for Luke Skywalker, Han Solo and uh, Jay Baruchel, in Adidas' new Star Wars-themed commercial (which also features Daft Punk and Oasis' Noel Gallagher).

We're not quite sure what the sports brand is selling, but we're buying!

Simon Cowell Plotting “World’s Got Talent” TV Talent Show

Would you watch World’s Got Talent? We hear music mogul and acid-tongued pundit Simon Cowell has another talent show trick up his sleeve: The mastermind behind Britain’s Got Talent and its American counterpart is reportedly plotting a World’s Got Talent reality competition show, which would feature acts from over 80 countries competing for a $1 million prize.

“This has been Simon’s dream. It will be the biggest reality show the world’s seen. There is a huge wealth of talent out there. The best acts cross language barriers. Look at last year’s winners Diversity – anyone from any country would be impressed by what they do,” a TV tipster tattled to Britain’s The Sun this week.

The UK’s ITV and America’s NBC are reportedly in chat to air the show, which will staged at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

Check out the new music video for Shakira’s “Waka Waka (This Time For Africa),” the theme to this year’s World Cup Championship.

It Didn’t Make The Keynote, But Safari 5 Is Here (And Faster Than Chrome And Firefox)

Now here’s a surprise. After filling the WWDC 2010 keynote with naught but iPhone 4 goodness, Apple has slipped out Safari 5, the latest version of their desktop browser. Packing a claimed 30-percent performance boost over Safari 4, the new version is also apparently three percent faster than Chrome 5.0 and over twice as fast as Firefox 3.6. Of course, it’s still a free download, and is available both for Mac and Windows machines.

There’s no shortage of HTML5 goodness, either, just as we’ve heard in rumors leading up to the new browser’s release. Apple have squeezed in HTML5 Geolocation, HTML5 sectioning elements, HTML5 draggable attribute, HTML5 forms validation, HTML5 Ruby, HTML5 AJAX History, EventSource and WebSocket, together with a new, free Safari Developer Program. That uses standard web technologies like HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript to create new extensions, and there’s a dedicated Extension Builder in which each runs, sandboxed and with a signed digital Apple signature.

iPhone 4 hits T-Mobile Germany in June, three Canadian carriers in July & more

Hot on the heels of a three-way UK celebration, Deutche Telekom's reportedly managed to continue its coup -- if the company's Twitter account is to be believed, German exclusivity of the iPhone 4 will go to T-Mobile this June. Meanwhile, the English (and French) speaking world is still rolling out iPhone launch dates, as Canada's Rogers, Telus and Bell Mobility have all quietly announced the new superphone will be available "in the coming weeks" or "coming soon." Americans at Engadget HQ are supremely jealous of your choices, Canada... and rest assured that we feel Germany's pain, too.

Jerry Yan greets Japanese fans in mustache-look

Jerry Yan recently visited Japan to promote the DVD release of his drama Starlit and his photo album 9314 Man & Boy. Over 8000 fans attended a promotional event to meet the star in his “mustache-look”. Jerry started things off by introducing himself in Japanese, and didn’t turn down any fans that wanted to hug him. When asked why he appeared with a more mature look, Jerry answered with a smile, “Lots of work-related things happened recently. My mood is actually not that great, but seeing everyone’s support, I will work even harder.” Jerry became tearful and many fangirls cried along with him...

WWDC 2010 : iPhone 4, iPhone OS4 ; iPhone 4 announced, launching June 24 for $199 with new FaceTime video chat

Apple has unveiled its new iPhone 4 after a couple wild, unprecedented months of leaks. Sure, it looks exactly like we expected it to (Steve compares it to an old Leica camera), with a glass front and back, but it's what's on the inside that counts, kids. The stainless steel band that goes around the phone is an antenna system, while also providing the main structure of the phone, though it's plugged into the same old GSM / UMTS radio you all know and love -- there's a reason they didn't call it the iPhone 4G. There's also of course that front facing camera we were all anticipating, a rear camera with LED flash, and a new high resolution display that doubles the pixels in each direction (960 x 640) for a 4X overall pixel count increase -- Apple calls it a "Retina Display." It's rated at 326ppi, which Apple claims is beyond the human eye's limit of distinction. Check out an example of the new screen up against the iPhone 3G after the break. Similar to the iPad, it's an IPS display, offering 800:1 contrast. Naturally, it's still the same old 3.5-inch size. Under the hood is the A4 processor that runs the iPad. Despite the new engine (and the 25% thinner chassis), Apple managed to make the battery slightly larger, and the new handset is rated at 7 hours of 3G talk, 6 hours of 3G browsing, 10 hours of WiFi browsing, 10 hours of video, and 40 hours of music. Oh, and that WiFi? It's 802.11n now. The camera has been bumped to 5 megapixels, with 5X digital zoom and a "backside illuminated sensor," which now can also record HD video at 720p / 30fps.

Saucy Katy Perry shows off her iced buns in California Gurls video

As one of the world's most popular performers, Katy Perry can often be seen showing off her figure in sexy stage outfits.

But the 25-year-old singer takes it to the next level in the video for her new single California Gurls by wearing a bikini embellished with iced buns.

Katy seemed to be channelling 2003 film Calendar Girls, which sees a group of women pose provocatively with household goods. in the outfit.

Lindsay Lohan Topless…Again

LiLo’s got her boobs out…again!

When Lindsay Lohan posed topless for an issue of New York Magazine that hit newsstands in May 2007, it was genuine headline stuff. After all, she is a former Disney starlet. But then she did it again. And again. And posted a few nude snaps on Twitter. So yeah, now we’re kinda yawning.

But if anyone was expecting Lindsay to retire her tatas from public view anytime soon, they were sorely mistaken. Apparently Lilo had just wrapped up a recent photoshoot with herolder-looking younger sister Ali Lohan, when she stripped down to show Baby Sis how solo shots are done in this attention-seeking age!

Rihanna: Red Hair, No Pants in Spain

Rihanna's fiery new red hair was on display as she performed live at the Rock in Rio concert in Madrid, Spain over the weekend. Pants, however? Nowhere to be found.

Always a fierce fashionista with a penchant for shock value to match her music talent, Rihanna's pants-free performance was almost passe compared to those hot locks.

Wearing lingerie in concert? Always. That hair? Wow!

Her daring style shines live, as previous Rihanna fashion displays have proven. After all, who else could pull this off credibly - and while cranking out hit after hit?

Windows Phone 7 devs said to be getting test hardware 'very soon

If you're a developer following our coverage of Windows Phone 7 and want to get on that gravy train as early as possible, you'll be happy to know that development hardware will be arriving "very soon." This apparently according to an unnamed Microsoft representative at a Norwegian Dutch developer event, where it was also made known that, upon the retail release of hardware, developers will be allowed to unlock five devices for their testing, although Microsoft will continue to make available pre-unlocked dev handsets after launch. Exactly what the unlocking procedure will look like remains to be seen, as does nature of these early developer-only handsets. MobileTechWorld speculates that LG's GW910 will be that handset, and since that company did provide us with the world's first official device running Windows Phone 7, we'd say that money is probably a safe bet.

Motorola Milestone XT720 announced: 8 megapixel cam, 720p video, and Droid heritage (update: video!)

Motorola has just outed a Europe-bound Milestone XT720, a handset intended to grab the attention of camera lovers with an 8 megapixel sensor, 720p / 24fps video and -- a first for Android handsets -- a xenon flash. Speaking of Android, this will come loaded up with version 2.1 when it launches later this month. Plans for 2.2 upgrades are, as usual, not yet formalized and not under discussion. Other specs include a 3.7-inch, 480 x 854 screen, a 550MHz ARM Cortex A8 CPU, and a promised 9 hours of talk time and 320 hours of standby time. It looks very much like Moto's selection of Droid-esque handsets that have been prowling the Chinese market, and it seems the company has enjoyed success with the keyboard-less form factor and is pushing it out to Europe. US release plans are also not being discussed -- it might happen and it might not, seems to us like it'll depend on the Euros' reaction. We're just getting to grips with the handset right now, and will furnish you with video of it as soon as we can.

P.S. We're told this handset is closer to the Motoroi than anything else, Motorola describes them as sister devices. We also spotted a network update from Orange on the demo handset, implicating it as a possible carrier for the XT720 in the UK.

Microsoft slates Windows 7 SP1 public beta for July

But it downplays importance of the service pack

Microsoft today said that it would ship a public beta of Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) in July, but did not set a release date during the month.

The company made the announcement from TechEd, the Microsoft IT and developer conference that kicked off Monday in New Orleans.

Microsoft acknowledged it was working on a service pack for its newest operating system in March, but at the time declined to discuss timeline for delivering a public preview.

Microsoft's timetable for Windows 7 SP1 is ahead of Vista's schedule by approximately two months. In 2007, Microsoft seeded an invite-only group of testers with an early build of Vista SP1 in September, but didn't offer a build to the general public until December, 11 months after that operating system's release to retail. Windows 7 SP1 is slated to appear nine months after the debut of that OS.

MTV Sneak Peeks: Eclipse, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

There was plenty for viewers to scream over at last night's MTV Movie Awards But there was more to the event than hot fashion and make-out sessions.

A pair of major movies were previewed, as the ceremony gave us sneak peek at both Eclipse and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

The latter will hit theaters in November and be broken up into a pair of films. Below, get your first look at action and confrontations (Harry vs. Ron?!?) from it:

From there, try to keep your hyperventillating to a minmum, as you check out a scene from Eclipse. In it, Bella hops aboard Jacob's bike, soon after being warned that she's "the one the red head wants."

Orlando Bloom Starred in ‘Pirates’ to Work With Johnn Depp

ORLANDO Bloom only agreed to appear in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies because it meant he got to work with Johnny Depp.

The actor admits he was initially reluctant to take on the role of Will Turner — but quickly changed his mind when he found out he’d be starring alongside Depp.

“I always had actors to look up to, like Johnny. I got the offer for Pirates Of The Caribbean while I was shooting Ned Kelly with Heath Ledger in Australia.

“I was like, ‘I’m filming the coolest cowboy movie right now, why would I want to go be a pirate in a Disney flick?’

“And then they said, ‘Okay, but Johnny Depp is doing it’, and I was like ‘Sign me up! I’ll be there as soon as I can’.”

Bloom confirmed earlier this year that he will not be appearing in the next installment of the franchise.

Nintendo 3DS Speed Will Be "Close To" PS3 and Xbox 360's...Apparently

Speed has been one of the oft-talked about points of the upcoming 3DS, but according to "several developers" who spoke to IGN, it'll have processing speeds similar to that of the PS3 and Xbox 360.

IGN said they've heard the speed of the 3DS will "far exceed the Nintendo Wii," which runs on an IBM Broadway 90nm SOI CMOS processor, clocked at 729MHz. The 3DS has been rumored to include an NVIDIA Tegra chip, but IGN's developer sources have told the website those rumors are actually false.

Anyone else get the feeling these 3DS rumormongerers are just throwing any old much-hoped-for spec at the launch, hoping something will stick?

AT&T tweaking iPhone upgrade eligibility in advance of new model?

Wanting to buy whatever iPhone goodness Steve Jobs unveils later on today, but currently languishing in the grip of an existing AT&T contract? According to MacRumors, multiple customers of the carrier are finding that, when they log into http://wireless.att.com and check their account status, they’re all of a sudden eligible for an upgrade where previously they were not. No official word from the carrier as yet, but one obvious explanation is that they’re preparing for an influx of requests from existing iPhone owners wanting to switch to the new iPhone HD.

Of course, we’ve seen things like this happen before, and had AT&T tell us that the system isn’t a clear-cut thing but “based on a variety of factors (length of contract, payment history, etc.) unique to each customer’s account.”

Apple's Magic Trackpad revealed?

Of all the surprises we expected to hear about in the WWDC keynote, a multitouch trackpad peripheral didn't exactly pop into our brains. But -- whoomp -- here it is. What we appear to be looking at is a brand new input device that Apple has dreamed up which connects to desktops (and laptops, if you like) via Bluetooth, much like the Apple Keyboard. If you take what you see in the photos at face value, it would seem that the folks in Cupertino are making a play for finger-based input in a big way -- taking the work they've done on Mac laptops and the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad, and translating it to the desktop realm. This weirdly lines up perfectly with rumors from earlier in the year, emanating from both John Gruber (of Daring Fireball fame), and MacRumors -- the former reporting that Apple was set to release a "Mentioned-Nowhere-Else-But-in-This-Very-Headline Multi-Touch Trackpad Gadget for Desktop Macs," and the latter taking notice of an Apple trademark application for the "Magic Trackpad." It certainly all makes sense given that the company has made not-so-subtle moves away from standard input devices to finger-friendly options in many, many of its recent products. Whatever the case may be, we're potentially just hours away from the truth, so feast your eyes on the photos, and get ready for the big reveal.

Samsung Galaxy Tab comes in three sizes, ships this fall?

In the left corner, the 4-inch Samsung Galaxy S smartphone. In the right, the 7-inch Samsung Galaxy Tab. Not pictured: the tablets that will dwarf both. According to a South Korean newspaper, the Galaxy Tab is only one of three touchscreen tablet devices Sammy's got planned: while the 7-inch model is slated for August, 8-inch and 10-inch varieties are rumored to appear in November and December respectively. Though the "high-ranking industry official" who informed the publication sadly failed to mention a price, he or she did add that the devices will launch with SK Telecom -- the second time we've heard that -- meaning if any of this is true, they've almost certainly got cellular modems inside. All we need now is some official confirmation, and perhaps a nice, binding promise of OTA Froyo.

JaeChunSu share their personal feelings

Despite the turmoil going on with TVXQ / DBSK / Tohoshinki the group is still very popular in Japan evidenced by the fact of nearly 50,000 fans coming out to see JaeChunSu (Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu) for their THANKSGIVING LIVE concert / fanmeet held at the Kyocera Dome Osaka. During the festivities, the trio shared their personal feelings about the issues. Here’s a translation courtesy of ttvxqhwaiting @ OneTVXQ.com:

On the 5th ~ 6th of this month, at the fanmeet which was held in Osaka, Japan, the TVXQ trio Xiah Junsu, Hero Jaejoong and Micky Yoochun said, “The year of 2009 was a painful one, reaching the point where we wanted to give up everything.” It’s the first time that they mentioned about their feelings on the dispute with SM Entertainment about their contract.

Micky Yoochun, who was at Osaka’s Kyocera Dome to meet with the Japanese fans, said, “In 2009 I was always bored at home, not keeping in contact with anyone. Really felt like wanting to give up everything.” “It is all thanks to the encouragement from the members and the fans support that I can once again challenge myself. I will work harder in the future.”

Athena Chu silently gets married

After 3 sessions of " Red Black Evangelism Emperor 2010", yesterday at the last session, the artistes that came to support were Ivana Wong, MC Jin, Hiromi, Steven Cheung, Roy Chow, and Ada Choi took turns to go on stage to sing gospel songs. Roy Chow's wife who is pregnant also supported her husband behind the stage.

Being the host for the night, Wong Cho Lam's limelight was stolen by "lan gag" king, David Lo. David who was dressed like a priest and wore a red wig said, "When you are free, spread the gospel around, don't have to sound like you've been beaten!"

Athena Chu who appeared at the first session as a guest to present an award, there were rumours about her filming in the Mainland and she pointed out that her opponent was problematic, she denied and said, "There's no such thing. Is it talking about another Chu Yan ( Athena's Chinese name)? Because in March, there were reports saying that Chu Yan was hurt, but there was nothing wrong with me. After we checked again, then we realise that there is stage actress in Shanghai whose name is also Chu Yan. Kiki Sheung who also shared her happiness regarding her marriage, Athena Chu laughed and said she does not want to pressure Kiki, " Maybe I will get married out of a sudden, then it would be a surprise!

JYPE set to to unleash new girl group miss A

After a long and gruelling training period, JYP Entertainment is all set to unleash their new girl group miss A in early July.

Widely known to fans unofficially as JYP Sisters since they started out as a 5-member group in training last year, the group has gone through several changes, most notably the exit of Hye Lim who joined the Wonder Girls, while two other members also left.

JYPE then decided to group the two remaining girls, Wang Fei Fei and Meng Jia with a 16-year old girl Korean, Suzy Bae and form a 3-member girl group, miss A.
