Will Pan enjoys a passionate kiss with Sandrine Pinna

Several days ago, Will Pan and Sandrine Pinna were filming an intimate kissing scene for their upcoming drama, “Endless Love.” In order to film the kiss on different angles and satisfy Director Lin He-Long, they had to kiss more than ten times for the scene. Initially, when Director Lin shouted out his command to Sandrine to start twisting her head, Will immediately jumped back from shock due to embarrassment. Consequently, Will got scolded by the short-tempered director, “Just kiss the way I tell you to!”

The original kiss was supposed to be a light peck, but Director Lin decided to spice it up and make it a passionate one just before filming the scene. Afterwards, Will expressed his enjoyment of locking lips with co-star Sandrine. In contrast, he then commented that when he kissed Rainie Yang in “Miss No Good,” he felt like he was kissing his little sister.

Love the Way You Lie: The Official Music Video

Just gonna stand there and watch me burn. But that's alright because I love the way it hurts...

Rihanna and Eminem already own the number-one song in the land. Now this power duo has come out with a hit video for the single "Love the Way You Lie."

And it stars Megan Fox! What else could you ask for? Watch below and then read Rihanna's take on the tune:

The song deals with domestic violence, something Rihanna says she and Eminem "have both experienced... on different sides."

She's referring, of course, to Eminem's problems with his ex-wife and her relationship with that monster Chris Brown. Adds the beautiful star:

“It just was authentic. It was real. It was believable for us to do a record like that, but it was also something that needed to be done, and the way he did it was so clever. He pretty much just broke down the cycle of domestic violence, and it’s something that a lot people don’t have a lot of insight on."

Box office preview: 'Other Guys' targeting the top slot

The Other Guys is not likely to open as big as Talladega Nights, but it should be one of Will Ferrell’s top bows of his career. The film will strike deep into last weekend’s comedy Dinner for Schmucks, likely cutting the film’s opening weekend at least in half. But nothing will stop Inception. The film will lose its first-place standing after three weeks, but after crossing $200 million, there is little that can keep Inception from reaching what could be a $300 million gross. The other new wide release, Disney’s Step Up 3D should also have a respectable bow, with young girls the primary target for the film. Read on for my predictions.

1. The Other Guys: $36 million

Opening in 3,650 theaters, The Other Guys should out-gross Step Brothers, the last project from the duo of director Adam McKay and Ferrell, which bowed in summer 2008 to $30 million. Reviews have been solid and audiences seem to enjoy seeing Mark Wahlberg play against type in the comedy. A strong supporting cast of Eva Mendes, Samuel L. Jackson, Dwayne Johnson, and Michael Keaton help sell the case too. This film should be a hit for Sony Pictures.

Apple iPod touch LCD screen with front-facing camera slot spied?

You may or may not be aware, but Apple has a penchant for announcing new iPods in early September, as it has for years. With just over four weeks to go before the most likely (but nigh confirmed) press event week is upon us, expect the rumor mill to ratchet up appropriately. Here's one care of Mac Rumors; the gang's been sent some pictures from parts supplier iPhonerevivers that allegedly show a new iPod touch LCD screen And sure enough, in place of an earpiece is a slot perfectly suited for that oft-rumored (and possibly email-based) front-facing camera. It's not the first time we've seen this piece -- the resemblance to early July's leak doesn't escape us -- but these photos are decidedly fresh and from a different source. Mounting evidence... or are we all just being had? Wouldn't surprise us if we found out for sure before ides of September.

SHINee sells over 100,000 copies of their album ‘Lucifer’

SHINee’s second full length album, Lucifer, has already sold over 100,000 copies.

Not many singers in Korea ever sell this many copies of one album, so this is a big accomplishment for SHINee.

The group sold 28135 copies online, and they sold 80131 copies in stores. That means they totaled 108,266 copies, which is amazing considering that the album was released on July 19th.

Their company sunbaes, Super Junior and SNSD, have already reached this point of success, so it must feel good for the boys to follow their sunbaes footsteps.

Their first full length album sold 113,690 copies, and they’re already about to pass that record with this new one.

'American Idol' exclusive: Harry Connick Jr., Shania Twain, three others 'highly unlikely' as judges

The list of contenders competing for a spot on the American Idol season 10 judges’ panel continues to shrink. A source close to the talks tells EW that Harry Connick Jr., Shania Twain, Chris Isaak, Justin Timberlake, and Jessica Simpson — all of whom have been mentioned in the last two weeks as possible replacements for Simon Cowell and Ellen DeGeneres — are now considered “highly unlikely” to get a full-time gig on Fox’s ratings behemoth.

If the J.Lo deal falls into place, said the source, there’s virtually no chance you’ll see a second woman sitting alongside her. What’s more, the insider added, “the panel really has to appeal to a wide berth — from your 10-year-old niece to your grandmother. I don’t think every person who’s been rumored for the position necessarily fits that bill.”

Harry Potter's Emma Watson Chops Off Her Hair

New hair for Hermione!

Harry Potter actress Emma Watson chopped off her long hair recently, revealing a super-short pixie cut while out and about in NYC.

"Yes, I cut my hair off a few days ago!" she Tweeted to fans Thursday, sharing another pic of the cut on Facebook. "I love it- feels incredible. Hope you like it!" (With longer locks, Watson made her modeling debut in ads for Burberry's Autumn/Winter 2009 campaign.)

The 20-year-old British star has played Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, cast as the title character's best female pal at age 9. The second-to-last film in the saga, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1, debuts this November.

Verizon Motorola Droid X will get Android 2.2 Froyo by early September

Android 2.2 continues to make its way to smartphones this month, including the HTC Evo 4G and the original Motorola Droid. Now we can expect to see Froyo on the Droid X next month.

The Droid X should be getting the much-awaited system update in “early September,” which might seem like a long wait for some, but just sit tight for now. Other Android-based smartphone owners have been waiting a lot longer for Froyo to finally drop.

TVB & CASH royalty issues, JSG Awards may stop at any time

TVB and HKRIA (Universal, Warner, Sony, EMI) have been in a royalty dispute since last December. HKRIA increased the royalty fee from the initial 5 million to 15 million, TVB felt that this was not reasonable and refused to pay the large fee.

The chairman of the 4 record companies (Cheng Man Chiu) admitted that there has not been any progress, the issue has already entered the legal stage, let the lawyers from both sides handle the issue. When asked if they will make a concession? He said: "Ah, making a concession does not mean we have come to an agreement. Right now TVB still has many series and shows using the Big 4 record companies music. (TVB is breaking the law and doesn't know?) I don't dare to say that, just feel that it's strange, don't know how to calculate it. We have to see what the court says, see if its reasonable."

Barbra Streisand Flattered by Jennifer Aniston's Transformation

Jennifer Aniston's amazing transformation into Barbra Streisand has caught the attention of none other than the Funny Girl herself.

"I was very flattered that Jennifer Aniston chose to interpret my style with the photos in Harper's Bazaar," Streisand, 68, says on her Web site.

So much so that the Oscar winner and Grammy-winning singer posted her own set of look-alike photos of the two stars, which shows them each lying on their sides with their heads resting on their left hand.

Aniston, 41, who paid homage to her idol in the fashion magazine's September issue, is "a delightful person," says Streisand. "I think she did a wonderful job."

Streisand's only constructive criticism about the spread? "If only she had a bump on her nose," she quips.

Verizon Motorola Droid 2 mockups show up at Best Buy

One of the most leaked handsets in recent history, the Motorola Droid 2, is still not officially announced. Many previous rumors indicated a possible announcement on August 10th and availability start on August 12th.

We sure hope that’s the case, because these constant leaks do nothing but tease. And that’s fine for a while, but when months pass without an official unveiling, it can get frustrating.

Anyway, this time around, Droid 2 mockups have been spotted in a Best Buy.

Girl Rocker Goes Glam: Avril Lavigne Leaves Her Rocker Threads in the Closet

One can't blame you for rubbing you eyes to see if the woman above really is the same rocker chick that ranted about being 'Complicated.' Avril Lavigne may appear to be tough as nails, but she has a softer side that she's revealed since making her foray into the fragrance industry.

In the summer of 2009, the Canadian native introduced the world to her first perfume, Black Star, a fruity-floral with a sweet juice comprised of pink hibiscus flower, black plum, and dark chocolate.

Now the 25-year-old singer is taking things to a new level with Forbidden Rose, which launches in mid August at Kohl's stores nationwide. Want to know what it smells like? Close your eyes and imagine a fruity-floral blended with red apple, wine peach, and white lotus, but with a woody base made up of vanilla and sweet prailine -- perfecting a much more sophisticated scent. No, this does not smell like a cramped concert hall.

Batman: Arkham City coming Fall 2011

Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 shall hence forth be known as Batman: Arkham City, named after the segregated supermax area of Gotham City. We can be sure that the environment will be infinitely more vast than just the asylum alone.

The next issue of GameInformer will delve deeper into Arkham City, though the covers already reveal Catwoman's involvement. My money's on some kind of co-op capability and plenty of Batman's romance drama.

In the faded grayscale background, we also see Two-Face doing an Uncle Sam point. And who knows, maybe E. Nigma will return to get his revenge on Batman for cheating with the Internet.

Batman: Arkham City is currently expected to launch some time next fall.

Kanye West “Power” VIDEO

The video promo for “Power” — the first single from Kanye West’s eagerly- anticipated new album, titled Good Ass Job — was expected to be epic. In fact, this week, Yeezy Tweeted a message to fans hinting that the video wasn’t going to be a video at all, but instead a “painting.”

He wasn’t joking.

Get on the edge of your seats for a moving display of art that features Everyone’s Favorite Gabby Hip-Hopster standing front and center of a platform surrounded Michaelangelo-inspired figures.

Secret releases comeback MV teaser

Just yesterday, Secret released the final comeback photo for member Hyosung in addition to revealing the tracklist for their comeback second mini-album titled Madonna.

Today, the girls have released a video teaser of one of the tracks in their album called 자리비움 / Empty Space.

Empty Space is a ballad track that was composed by Kang Ji Won, Lim Sang Hyuk and Kim Ki Bum. The song expresses the feeling of having a hard time forgetting the lover that left, thus leaving one with an ‘empty space.’ This track is unique, as it is composed of only piano sounds and vocals, as you will soon hear below.

Thanks to whimsicalchild for the tip and check out the teaser below!

The first episode is just around the corner, so it’s time to tease the fans.

My Girlfriend is a Nine-Tailed Fox, an upcoming drama on SBS, released its promotional posters on the 6th.

From the posters, the drama looks quite funny. A nine-tailed fox lady is a famous ghost character in Korea, but nothing about this drama seems scary.

The comic version poster is definitely a creative way to attract viewers. Let’s see how this drama does when it comes out.

The drama will start airing on the 11th, so get ready!

Lindsay Lohan 6126 Clothing Line Fall/Winter Ad Campaign

With an active social calendar that includes a jail stint, partying, a film career, and a third stint in rehab, you might think Lindsay Lohan wouldn’t have time for much else — and you’d be wrong.

Lohan has used the most turbulent time in her life — personally and professionally — to launch the Autumn/Winter 2010-11 promotional campaign for her new 6126 apparel line. The jailbird has only just been released from her cell to go straight to rehab but is also busy promoting her collection in the meantime.

Gleeks, get ready! Cast of hit show start shooting second season wearing luminous New York T-shirts

It has gone from being a little-known U.S. TV show to becoming one of the most popular television phenomenons of all time.

Today the cast of Glee have gathered to start shooting the second season of the show, and appeared to be determined to make it even more successful this time around.

Wearing black T-shirts with the words New York City spelled out in fluroscent letters, Cory Monteith (Finn), Lea Michele (Rachel), Dianna Agron (Quinn), Chris Colfer (Kurt) and Amber Riley (Mercedes) looked thrilled to be back together as they started shooting.

While few details have been released about second season storylines, fans near the Los Angeles set of the show revealed they heard Alicia Keys' Empire State Of Mind playing, suggesting the opening episode includes more than one reference to the Big Apple.

It was recently revealed that the first episode of the second season, entitled Auditions, will present the idea that daily life is an audition for something.

Nigel Lythgoe Wants Paula Abdul Back On 'American Idol'

Producer talks about his plans to refresh the show in season 10.

We still don't have an update on the judging panel that will greet contestants for the upcoming 10th season of "American Idol." But now that former executive producer Nigel Lythgoe has confirmed that he's returning to the show, the witty Brit and "So You Think You Can Dance" judge has hinted about some of the changes he wants to make.

One of his first ideas is to bring back one of the show's most beloved judges: Paula Abdul. Lythgoe told Daily Variety that despite her commitment to headline a new dancing show on CBS, he'd love to get Abdul back in the "Idol" fold. "I still love Paula," he said. "She's signed to CBS, probably exclusively, but I'd recommend we have her in a heartbeat."

Lythgoe would not discuss the rumored imminent deals to bring in Jennifer Lopez and Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler as replacements for Ellen DeGeneres and Simon Cowell, but Variety reported that he gave a "thumbs up" to both. "They can knock her film career, but (audiences) know she's a good actress," he said of Lopez, who has struggled at the box office of late with a string of duds. "And as J-Lo, she has had some great pop records. If she joins, I'm happy."

Google denies talks with Verizon to end Net neutrality

Reports today say that Google and Verizon close to a deal to pay for priority service

Google today denied reports that it is in talks with Verizon for a deal that could undermine net neutrality.

According to reports in today's Wall Street Journal and The New York Times Google and Verizon, both major online players, are close to finalizing an agreement that would have Verizon speeding some online content more quickly than other content if the content's creators pay for it. YouTube, which is owned by Google, could greatly benefit by having its bandwidth weighty videos get priority treatment.

Google, however, told Computerworld this morning that there is no basis to the reports.

"The New York Times is quite simply wrong," wrote Mistique Cano, a Google spokesman, in an e-mail. "We have not had any conversations with Verizon about paying for carriage of Google traffic. We remain as committed as we always have been to an open Internet."

Google, however, has not denied discussing with Verizon and other Internet companies the issues surrounding Net neutrality.

Google to keep Nexus One available for developers, a classic never dies

In a short but sweet blog post, Google announced that the HTC Nexus One would remain available to developers for purchase for $529. Here’s the full text of the post:

We’ve always offered unlocked phones for direct sale to registered Android Developers. As of today, the Developer Phone is the Nexus One, at a price of $529. To see the details or order a phone, you need to sign in to your Android developer account and click on the “Development Phones” link.

The Nexus One combines an up-to-the-minute platform (Android 2.2), modern hardware, and the pure Google Experience software suite. It’s a good choice both for people who want to build Android applications using either the SDK or the NDK, and those who want to experiment with modified versions of the Android platform. Note that the Nexus One still ships with Android 2.1 but will download 2.2 soon after you turn it on; make sure you’re near a fast network.

As well as being an outstanding developer platform, it’s a really nice everyday phone; we’re really happy to have connected the right dots to make this happen.

If you still want to purchase a Sexy Nexy, you can pony up the $25 registration fee to become and Android developer, although… it does look like only the 900/1700/2100 MHz 3G (T-Mobile) model is available. Anyone planning to take advantage of the N1 rising from the dead?

Miley Cyrus: I Want to Be a Role Model

For Miley Cyrus, it's the end of an era.

No, we aren't referring to the time in her life when she wore pants and didn't look ridiculous each time she took the stage.

Instead, we're paraphrasing the singer herself in a recent interview with The Montreal Gazette. Cyrus spoke to the newspaper and explained her decision to end Hannah Montana after this season:

"You don't want it to grow up too much, where the younger audience feel they can't watch the show anymore. But also, [don't] go backwards and make it so young that you lose the older fans that you have. It's just kind of come to a point where there's not much more we could do with [the show]."

Miley is focusing on her career as an adult actress, a transformation she understands isn't easy to take for many fans.

Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream' makes a splash on the Hot 100; Eminem still at No. 1

Eminem may not have the No. 1 album in the country anymore, but he’s still got the top single. His Rihanna-featuring “Love the Way You Lie” reigns supreme at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, while Katie Perry’s “California Gurls” hangs tight at No. 2. Taio Cruz’s “Dynamite” maintains its No. 3 ranking, and B.o.B’s “Airplanes” stays at No. 4. Enrique Iglesias’ “I Like It” moves up a spot to No. 5. “Cooler Than Me” by Mike Posner does the same, rising a rung to No. 6. Katy Perry‘s “Teenage Dream” splashes into the top 10 in its second week on the chart. After debuting at No. 20 last week, it’s currently No. 7.

Travie McCoy’s “Billionaire” falls back three spots to No. 8. Usher rounds out the top 10. His new single from him upcoming Versus album, “DJ Got Us Fallin’ in Love,” climbs three spots to No. 9, while his summer banger “OMG” closes the list at No. 10.

Microsoft Arc Touch Mouse $69.95 MRSP spotted; due September?

Details on Microsoft’s Arc Touch Mouse continue to dribble out, with the peripheral now showing up with an official MRSP on a reseller price list. According to that list, the Arc Touch Mouse will be priced at $69.95 – unsurprisingly falling into line with Apple’s multitouch peripherals, the Magic Mouse and Magic Trackpad. Meanwhile, there’s also talk of when we can expect to see the Arc Touch Mouse arrive.

Neowin has heard from an insider source of their own that Microsoft plan to launch the Arc Touch Mouse in September 2010, though a specific timeframe within that month is unknown. The Arc Touch Mouse’s functionality is tipped to initially launch with single-touch functionality only, though a multitouch upgrade seems likely (and is probably a case of software changes rather than hardware).

Angry fans planning the murder of Hirano Aya in response to controversial TV appearance

Well-known top seiyuu Hirano Aya, known for her roles as Haruhi in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Konata in Lucky Star, etc., made an appearance on the Fuji TV program Gout Temps Nouveau where the young idol's love life became a topic of discussion. Speaking of her experiences in past relationships, it was a grave subject for an idol to talk about so openly, and unsurprisingly, fans' reactions weren't positive.

Fans became enraged in front of their TVs and took to 2ch, where they wrote abusive messages towards Hirano and, allegedly, even began planning her death. As Hirano herself had never said in front of her fans that she'd been in a relationship until now, amongst her core zealous fanbase, the majority seemed certain that she'd never had a boyfriend. Therefore, the appearance on this program was the very first time Hirano had ever spoken of any such romance like those she described, and the fans' rage in response to having watched the program was uncontrollable.
