Flirty 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord gets her point across in a red hot bikini

AnnaLyne McCord's 90210 character Naomi Clark has never been backwards in coming forwards. But it seems she gained a little extra confidence from a red hot bikini as she continued the day's filming on Malibu beach.

The 90210 star was seen in full on coquette mode as she spoke to a wetsuit-wearing hunk as filming continued on the top teen show.

And she certainly had his full attention as she looked at him from underneath her fluttering eyelashes.

Fresh faced Fox: Megan dresses down for shopping trip... but manages to still look gorgeous

How does she do it?

Megan Fox stepped out yesterday without a scrap of make-up on, dressed in a crumpled grey T-shirt and old sweatpants, and still managed to look like a million dollars.

The 24-year-old was out on a shopping trip in Beverly Hills along with a friend who very thoughtfully carried all of Megan's purchases for her.

Although she was dressed in her workout gear it's highly unlikely Fox was planning to stop by a gym at any point.

The super thin actress claimed last year that she rarely exercises, and that she smokes and eats whatever she wants.

Is this the new MacBook Air?

We just received this shot of what is purportedly the inside of the new MacBook Air. Contrary to popular belief, the machine appears to be another 13.3-incher, with the primary modification being extra room for battery cells and apparently no room for a hard drive. Of course, this is only one SKU, so who knows what else Apple has in store. From what we can tell from the photo, Apple is taking its unibody styling and construction and running with it here, not that the MacBook Air was too far off from the MacBook Pro to begin with. The telltale sign is the black hinge, though it also appears Apple has done away with the drop-down side ports.

Based on our own professional squinting ability, there are USB plugs on the left and right sides, Mini DisplayPort and an SD card reader on the left, and a power plug on the right. Of course, since the screw holes are facing us, we're probably looking at this from the bottom, so flip all of those around if you want to imagine using this thing (because, of course, the power plug will be on the Apple-standard left side). We also have it on good authority that the rest of the machine has been restyled in modern unibody style, including the large single mouse button, but that the screen is still like the current MacBook Air, instead of the edge-to-edge glass with black edges. Also, it's apparently running the same Core 2 Duo SL9400 processor of the current generation MacBook Air -- possibly further proof that this is a very early prototype (our source says the model dates back to at least April). We're working on getting more images and information, but for now at least two things seem (relatively) clear: Apple hasn't forgotten about the MacBook Air, and 13.3-inches isn't going out of style just yet. Hopefully we'll know for certain next week!

Sheren Tang & Wayne Lai to Help Clean Cow Dung if Rating is Bad

Sheren Tang, Wayne Lai, Fala Chen, Raymond Wong, Susan Tse, and Pierre Ngo etc attended to the promotion event of new series "No Regrets"(aka Rosy Business 2) yesterday. All actors are very confident in the series. This is another great work from producer Lee Tim Sing and he promised if the series didn't receive good ratings, he would return to his village to clean cow dung! Wayne and Fala chimed in saying that they would go back to the village with producer Lee and help him to clean cow dung as well as plow the land. Sheren joked she would use the cow dung they collect to open an organic farm.

Sheren made sure it was clear ahead of time that when they were filming "No Regrets", the cast and crew worked very harmoniously together and got along perfectly fine, so if during future promotions there are rumors of so-and-so being on bad terms, it absolutely won't be true. Full of confidence, Sheren also teased Wayne, reminding him that last year, he had promised that if "Rosy Business" exceeded the ratings of "Dae Jang Geum", he would treat the cast to a trip to Korea -- so will it be the same this time around for "No Regrets"? Wayne replied: "No, can't this time because there is a high probability that I will actually need to treat." Wayne also revealed that recently Sheren has made alot of money, so if treating, they should both contribute money."

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart: Heating Up

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are taking their onscreen relationship to the next level in Breaking Dawn – and it seems the couple are getting more serious in real life, too.

The famously press-shy pair, who earlier this summer were photographed nuzzling on the set of her movie On the Road, have been spotted during several PDA-filled nights out together in Los Angeles recently.

On Oct. 4, the couple enjoyed a candlelit dinner and sipped wine at Ago in Beverly Hills, followed by a Jenny and Johnny concert at L.A's Troubadour the next night.

"Rob and Kristen were very affectionate and had their arms around each other for most of the show," says a concertgoer. "They looked very happy together."

A few nights later, Pattinson, 24, and Stewart, 20, enjoyed dinner at the popular Japanese restaurant Matsuhisa in Beverly Hills, where they shared several dishes with friends.

"They seemed very happy and comfortable with each other. Rob was attentive to Kristen and made sure she had food on her plate and a drink in her glass throughout the dinner," says an eyewitness. "They sat very close and Rob had his arm around Kristen for parts of the night as well."

Neil Patrick Harris Welcomes Twins!

How I Met Your Mother's Neil Patrick Harris is now a father!

On Friday, the actor, 37, announced on Twitter that he and his longtime partner, David Burtka, welcomed their twins -- a boy and a girl -- Tuesday.

"Babies!!" he wrote. "On 10/12, Gideon Scott and Harper Grace entered the Burtka-Harris fold. All of us are happy, healthy, tired, and a little pukey."

He announced he and Burtka were expecting in August.

"So, get this: David and I are expecting twins this fall," he revealed on Twitter. "We're super excited/nervous/thrilled. Hoping the press can respect our privacy..."

The same month, at the Emmys, the two-time Emmy winner told E!'s Ryan Searest, "I'm trying to read as much as I can, and prep as much as I can. But there's only so much you can do because each baby is super individual and totally their own person ... [I'm] very, very excited. It's the big, crazy calm before the ridiculous storm."

The babies were reportedly born with the help of a surrogate.

Next Android Release To Be Named Ice Cream?

According to what ARM President Tudor Brown has been telling Forbes writer Elizabeth Woyke, the Android release following Honeycomb will be dubbed Ice Cream. There's no confirmation from Google just yet, but the name would fit the pattern well enough.

But for fun, let's guess what other dessert names starting with the letter I Google might choose. Italian Cheesecake? Irish Cream Truffles? Post your guesses in the comments.

Samsung Transform review

With Epic 4G styling, a front-facing camera and a $150 post-rebate price, it's easy to mistake the Samsung Transform for a high-end phone. Don't. The reality is that it's a evolution of Samsung's mid-range Moment and Intercept more than anything else -- you're paying an additional $50 here to get a front-facing camera, an LED flash and a few welcome tweaks, but the same ho-hum performance plus a few new annoyances to boot. Where does it improve and where does it fail? Find out in our full review.

T.I. Sentenced to 11 Months in Prison for Probation Violation

T.I. is headed back to prison.

A judge revoked the rapper's probation, forcing him back behind bars for 11 months, TMZ reports.

T.I., real name Clifford Harris Jr., and his wife, Tameka Cottle, were arrested in September for drug possession, while he was on probation for a felony weapons' charge from 2009.

At the time, police pulled over the couple in Los Angeles, smelling marijuana. They later reported that they found a small amount of ecstasy in the car as well.

In 2009, he spent seven months in prison, following a 2007 arrest for illegally purchasing several machine guns and silencers from undercover cops just hours before a scheduled performance at the BET Hip-Hop Awards in October 2007.

Cyndi Wang becomes a baker in new GTV drama with Mike He

Cyndi Wang and Mike He will be in a new GTV drama called “美樂加油” (roughly translates to Mei Le, go) – a love story with a bakery shop as its setting. For the drama, they specially invited the 2010 world champion pastry chef Hsu Yen-Wu as their consultant. Coincidently, SETTV also plans to film a bakery related drama next year, but GTV will get a head start in filming. The two leads got their character image styles settled just several days ago, and the drama is to start filming on the 16th.

In “美樂加油”, Cyndi Wang will play a bakery shop owner, so she has been practicing some basic skills like kneading dough and baking toasts. Mike He will play a famous music producer who falls in love with Cyndi’s toasts, which gives him inspirations for his work.

Alicia Keys Has a Baby Boy

These days, Alicia Keys is in a motherhood state of mind.

The singer and her husband, Swizz "Kaseem Dean" Beatz, "joyfully welcomed their first child," son Egypt Daoud Dean, on Oct. 14 in New York City, reps for the couple confirm in a statement to PEOPLE.

This is the couple's first child, though Egypt "is welcomed by Beatz's three other children," the statement adds.

Keys, 29, and Beatz, 32, are not only new parents together – they are also newlyweds. The singer and the rapper-producer were married in a private ceremony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in July. At the time, the two didn't know the gender of their child, but Swizz Beatz said they were excited to start a family together.

"Whatever we're blessed with, that baby is being born to blessed parents," he told PEOPLE at the time. "Alicia is definitely one of those great parents-to-be. She's super ready. Super glowing. Super happy."

On Thursday night, he seemed to be in a reflective mood, Tweeting, "I'm so thankful for everything I been blessed with in my life."

Motorola DROID 2 security flaw allows Voice Actions from passcode-protected state

One of our astute readers let us know about a bug that appears to be present in all stock, unrooted, Motorola DROID 2s (and potentially other Android 2.2 devices with BLUR). The bug allows users to execute Google Voice Actions on their device even when the handset is locked and a passcode is activated. With your DROID 2 locked, and the passcode prompt on the screen, holding the “search” softkey or keyboard-key for four seconds will — without giving the user any feedback — still trigger Google’s Voice Actions. Speaking: “Call 555-555-1234″ or “Call Home” will actually make your DROID 2 do just that (assuming “home” is in your phonebook). We couldn’t make our Nexus One or Captivate replicate the issue, so we’re assuming it is a Motorola/BLUR specific issue. Anyone out there with a DROID X running Android 2.2 able to get their handset to do the same? We’ve reached out to Motorola for comment and will update the post as soon as we hear back. There is a short video demonstrating the issue after the break.

JYJ has not signed a contract with another agency despite SME’s claims

Recently, we reported that SM Entertainment (SME) filed for a provisional ban on the sale of JYJ’s album ‘The Beginning‘, as well as an exclusive contract suspension injunction between JYJ and their alleged contracted company, CJes Entertainment. Following this, the Korean Federation of Pop Culture and Art Industry (KFPCAI) sent out letters to broadcasting companies and various online album distribution sites, prohibiting JYJ from making appearances on shows and halt album sales.

SME accused that Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, and Kim Junsu signed a contract with another company despite their exclusive contract with SME still in effect. Even though JYJ has made progress to end the injunction, it would be illegal to sign with another company because of their exclusive contract with SME.

'Black Swan' international posters are as crazy awesome as the movie

It thrills me to see a film like Darren Aronofsky’s genius Black Swan get the gorgeous poster treatment. The U.S. poster is already stunning in its own right (left) but Empire Online has debuted the international posters for the Natalie Portman flick and I pretty much want ALL of them. The film is a throwback of sorts to the horror films of the 1960s and 1970s; think Rosemary’s Baby or Don’t Look Now. So, the retro-vibe of these posters just feels perfect in my mind.

I can’t stress enough how much I looooooved Black Swan, PopWatchers. The film, which hits theaters on Dec. 3, is a complete tour de force in terms of directing, photography, and acting—it’s a stunner. Natalie Portman is phenomenal as is Vincent Cassel, Mila Kunis, Barbara Hershey, and Winona Ryder. The final 30 minutes of the movie are almost unbearably intense, but fly by like a fever dream. This is a movie people will be talking about. The less you know about its surprises the better. Check out the trailer below…

Justin Bieber Movie Title, Poster: Revealed, Strange

The Justin Bieber movie now has a title and a movie poster.

That's right, in February 2011, fans can buy tickets for... Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

Sort of a strange title, no? Director John Chu explained it to USA Today:

"It's from one of his songs, but also the idea of every moment in his life. When he was a kid, some people said, 'You can't play the drums,' and he did. Or, 'You can post it on the Internet, but no one will see it.' Then millions of people saw it."

Indeed, haters. Never tell Justin Bieber "never." He'll prove you wrong every time.

Just Four Dudes Jamming On The Subway — With Their iPhones As Instruments [Video]

A lot is said about the Apple marketing machine. Love them or hate them, there’s no denying that their ads are effective. But someone just one-upped them — with their own products.

Apparently, the band Atomic Tom was just riding the New York subway yesterday and got a little bored. So all four members decided to whip out their iPhones and put on a little impromptu concert for everyone else on the train. The result is fairly amazing.

Alright, so clearly all of this was planned — I’m not buying the “band had their instruments stolen” angle. The band had their iPhones hooked up to to some sort of speaker system — oh, and someone was clearly filming and got it up on YouTube awfully fast (under their official account). But still, the end result is what matters, and this is a brilliant. The video only has 300 or so views right now, but I get the feeling it’s going to have a lot more shortly. And the band was smart to link to their song on iTunes from the YouTube page.

The band also posted an account from an apparent bystander who was on the train when they started rocking:

U.S. teens average 3,339 text messages per month

Have any teens in your household? If you do, you may or may not be surprised to know that U.S. teens, on average, send 3,339 text messages per month. The numbers come courtesy of analytics company Nielsen who analyzed the cellular habits of over 3,000 teens in April, May, and June. The study finds the males between the age of 13 and 17 send roughly 2,539 texts per month while females send a blistering 4,050. The older, more conservative group of 18 to 24 year olds only sent an average of 1,630 text messages per month. No wonder cellular companies are charing an arm and a leg for unlimited text messaging plans. How many SMS messages are you good for every month?

AKB48 to appear on SDN48's debut single

AKB48's sister group SDN48 recently announced that their debut single, set to go on sale on November 24, will be titled "GAGAGA." On Friday, they revealed further details about the single, including the contents of the bonus DVDs.

"GAGAGA," which features 12 of the SDN48 members on the title track, is being released in two regular editions. Both editions come with the songs "GAGAGA" and "Kodoku na Runner," plus a third track (and off-vocal versions of all three). The first regular edition [version A] will have "Eros no Trigger," performed by one group of under girls (members other than the featured 12). The second regular edition [version B] will have "Sado e Wataru," performed by a second group of under girls.

Both editions also come with a DVD that contains three music videos (one for each track). Version A adds to that a special version of SDN48's "Yuwaku no Garter," performed by AKB48 members Yuko Oshima, Haruna Kojima, and Mariko Shinoda at Yokohama Arena, while Version B has footage of SDN48 recording and making their music videos. Each DVD also contains video of individual AKB48 members commenting on SDN48's CD debut (Version A has the first half and Version B has the second half).

'The Incredible Hulk' Coming Back to TV

ABC has just made a smashing new addition to its future schedule.

Deadline Hollywood reports that the network—whose parent company, Disney, acquired Marvel Comics last year—is developing a live-action version of the Marvel character The Incredible Hulk for its primetime lineup. No word on potential stars or writers for the series, but the series is expected to hit the small screen next season.

This would be far from the first time that the Hulk—the huge, green, anger-powered alter ego of scientist Bruce Banner—has been rendered on film. He was portrayed (with a generous assist by CGI technology) by Eric Bana in the 2003 big-screen offering Hulk, and again in 2008 by Edward Norton in 2008's The Incredible Hulk. The character will also be portrayed by Shutter Island actor Mark Ruffalo in the upcoming superhero epic The Avengers.

On television, CBS' The Incredible Hulk ran from 1978 to 1982, with Bill Bixby in the role of Banner (rechristened David Banner for the series) and weightlifter Lou Ferrigno taking over when it was smashing time.

'Life Unexpected' cast campaigns to save their own show: Does it make you want to watch?

Recent TV history is rife with passionate fan campaigns to save shows: Tabasco-for-Roswell, peanuts-for-Jericho, Subway-for-Chuck, etc. But in these Internet-fractured, dwindling-audience times, it’s increasingly become the producers and casts of the shows themselves who do whatever it takes to rally viewership. Joss Whedon crusaded to save Dollhouse before it even started; Lone Star creator Kyle Killen publicly (and, it seems, futilely) pleaded for viewers after the first episode tanked. Now the cast of The CW’s charming long-lost-kid-finds-birth-parents drama Life Unexpected is taking their underrated show’s fate into their own hands with a particularly intense flurry of efforts. They made their own posters (complete with little tear-off tags reminding viewers where and when the show airs. They created a funny, slightly salty “behind-the-scenes video” meant to go viral. (There’s nudity and unplanned pregnancy!) They made a Facebook page and a Twitter feed to talk directly to fans. Stars Kristoffer Pola

They’ve even blogged and sent mass e-mails exhorting friends and fans to spread the word about the show. Polaha’s helpfully specific instructions included: “So, in honor of public works of art, in honor of a collective, in honor of being arthousey, and in the honor of science, please tell one person this week about Life Unexpected. Strike up a conversation with that hot guy from English 101 and tell him he reminds you of Baze. He’ll ask, ‘Who the heck is Baze?’ At which point you can launch in to a full-tilt PR session about your favorite show. Brag about its great story lines, go on and on about the actors — especially the guy who plays Baze with the funny last name you can’t pronounce; more on the name in a later blog (there’s that word again) — in short, sell it.”

It's Katy Purry! Pop star slips into a catsuit for her new perfume ad

Katy Perry has slipped into a latex catsuit to promote the launch of her new fragrance, Purr.

The pop star is pictured crawling around in the one-piece, complete with a tail and ears, alongside a huge ball of hot pink yarn for the ad, which was shot by photographer Miles Aldridge.

The shoot was inspired by the cat-shaped fragrance bottle, which features bejewelled eyes and purple colouring.

It is the singer's first fragrance and it is set to be released in November.

Meanwhile, the California Gurls star was seen jetting out of LAX today en route to London. The star is due to perform on the X Factor this weekend.

The bikini's back! 90210 star AnnaLynne McCord unzips her wetsuit to reveal her toned body

She might have donned a wetsuit for filming, but we always knew 90210's AnnaLynne McCord couldn't cover up her bikini body for long.

The 23-year-old actress was seen on the set of 90210 in Los Angeles - where she has been shooting surfing scenes at the beach - peeling off the multi-coloured wetsuit between takes.

And she seemed much more comfortable as she relaxed in the psychedelic print, multi-coloured swimwear.

The actress kept her wetsuit on her bottom half, however, opting instead to cover herself with a long coat and swapping her footwear for white flip-flops.

And she appeared relaxed as she spent the time between takes hanging out on the beach with co-star Jessica Lowndes

The actress, who plays Naomi on the prime time series, was also seen later with a towel round her head and a plaster on her nose.

White iPhone 4 exists, but you still can't have one

The white iPhone 4 may not be available in stores, but apparently they're stacked up in boxes at Apple's headquarters.

At least that's what a random New Yorker spotted with one this week said. U.K.-based tech blog Pocket-lint noticed and photographed a man using the much-delayed white version of the iPhone 4 at a press event this week.

When pressed for details, the man (who apparently didn't want to be identified) said a friend of his who works at Apple in Cupertino, Calif. "fixed him up" with one of the white iPhone 4s sitting around the office, according to Pocket-lint.

Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene's romantic Hollywood dinner date

With their hands entwined and dressed down in their casuals, Hollywood hot couple Joe Jonas and Ashley Greene head out for a romantic dinner date.

The pair were spotted arriving at Japanese restaurant Katsuya last night in Los Angeles, both looking rather cheerful.

Twilight star Ashley was dressed down in jeans and a grey top, teamed with vertigenous heels while Joe co-ordinated with black jeans and a blue top.

The couple, who have been quietly dating for several months have always maintained, until recently, that they are 'just friends'.

But they went public with their romance last month when they were spotted walking around Beverly Hills hand in hand, and now it seems there's no holding them back.

Rumours started about the couple dating after they were spotted together enjoying a romantic dinner at The Ivy in London back in July.

Windows Phone 7 Is the Real Facebook Phone

When Microsoft and Facebook announced that they were partnering to integrate Facebook and Bing for social network–powered search, it confirmed something I thought Monday: Windows Phone 7 is the real Facebook phone.

I don't know whether Facebook has a secret team working on a phone where they control the OS. But the company don't need one. It's already deeply integrated into Android and iOS. Now with the Microsoft partnership, it's tied to the most socially optimized smartphone ever brought to the market.

"This is, I think, one of the most exciting partnerships we've done on the platform so far," Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg said at the Bing announcement Wednesday. "Our view is that over the next five years we expect that almost every industry is going to be disrupted by someone building a great product that's deep in whatever area that industry is, plus is extremely socially integrated."

JYJ Albums In The Market To Be Recalled If Injunction Is Accepted.. D-Day Is The 18th

Which side will the Seoul District Courts favor? Sports Korea has verified the reason, content and future of SM's injunction.

It was on the 8th that SM filed an album sales prohibition injunction against JYJ's first album. At the current moment, it cannot be known whether or not the Seoul District Courts will accept the injunction and consider it valid.

The issue at hand between SM and JYJ seems to be the scope of the independent activities JYJ won in their legal dispute with their agency. It can be predicted that both sides will engage in a fierce legal battle regarding this matter.

Taylor Swift to Appear on Glee?

Glee hit a home run with its Madonna episode, but whiffed with its Britney Spears tribute.

Might the show try to break this tie with yet another installment dedicated to a pop singer?

As she makes the media rounds in anticipation of her new album's October 25 release date, Taylor Swift was asked about the Fox hit by Zap2It. Making it unclear whether she would guest star or her songs would be used on the series, Swift replied:

"There have been conversations and when those happen with all these new opportunities, it usually comes down to scheduling. I'm a huge fan of the show, and I think it showcases music in a great way, so I would be really excited if anything were to happen there."

What do you think of Swift making an appearance on Glee?

While this possibility, unlike that of an episode dedicated to NSYNC, doesn't make us recoil, the show might be best served to just focus on its actual cast for awhile. It features a tremendous set of young actors and actresses. There's no need to rely on gimmicks so often.

Verizon to offer 3GB, 5GB iPad data plans

Verizon Wireless will offer 3GB and 5GB data plans for the Apple iPad, in addition to the 1GB plan it initially announced yesterday morning.

According to a Verizon iPad FAQ, a 3GB data plan will cost $35 per month and a 5GB plan will lay you back $50. The 1GB plan costs $20 monthly.

Verizon's decision to offer 3GB and 5GB plans could force AT&T's hand.

AT&T currently offers a 250MB and 2GB option for $14.99 and $25, respectively. AT&T said in an e-mailed statement that it would not comment on whether it will offer more data plans for the iPad.

Connecting to Verizon's 3G network on an iPad will take a little more effort than connecting to AT&T's service. Verizon will be selling Wi-Fi-only iPads that come with its MiFi 2200 Intelligent Mobile Hotspot. Those bundles will cost $630, $730, and $830 for the 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB iPad models, respectively. When Verizon iPad owners are away from a Wi-Fi connection, they will need to connect their tablet to the MiFi 2200 to access Verizon's 3G network. The MiFi 2200 allows up to five wireless devices to connect to the network simultaneously.

AT&T customers can simply buy an iPad featuring Wi-Fi and 3G for $629, $729, or $829, depending on hard drive size, and automatically connect to the carrier's high-speed service from the tablet without needing an additional device.

Both Verizon and AT&T will start selling Apple's iPad in their stores on October 28.

Rainie Yang and Show Luo for Most Popular Artiste at Singapore Hit Awards 2010

The cutie pie singer and Asia’s dancing King clinched Most Popular award at the upcoming Singapore Hit Awards 2010

This just in on xinmsn. Taiwanese cutie-pie singer-actress Rainie Yang and Asia's Dancing King Show Luo have been enjoying unrivalled popularity, coming up tops for the Most Popular Female and Male Artiste award respectively at this year's Singapore Hit Awards.

This has been a year for some of the biggest comebacks in the music industry. Familiar names such as Sammi Cheng, Karen Mok, and Jay Chou are up against newbie singers and vying for the coveted top spot in their respective male and female Best Singer category.

Newbie singers also proved to be no threat for veteran singers such as Eason Chan and Zhang Hui Mei (also known as A-Mei) as they both nailed the Outstanding Regional Artiste award for their respective countries.

To be held at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, concert goers and fans are in for a treat with a glitzy lineup featuring special overseas guests such as Jeff Chang, Hebe Tien, Sodagreen, Magic Power, Y2J, Chang Yun Jing, Alien Huang, Tanya Chua, Tiger Huang, A-bin (Fang Jiong Bin), Olivia Ong, and Serene Koong.

Video: Shia LaBeouf Dumps Coffee on Paparazzo

In one of the most satisfying (and delicious) acts against the paparazzi ever, Shia LaBeouf was caught on video this week dumping a cup of coffee on a fleeing photographer in Washington, D.C., and he didn't hold the milk. While wearing sunglasses and reading a book at an outdoor cafe, LaBeouf snuck up behind the man and splashed him in the back and then took off running like Megatron was chasing him, and it was all caught on video.

It's hard to tell if it's actually LaBeouf in the video, but PopSugar confirmed it with close-up photographs from the incident. Watch how Shia tries to be sneaky:

Vince Vaughn: Discrimination Bad, "Gay" Joke Fine

Vince Vaughn doesn't think The Dilemma has much of a problem.

Responding to the controversy over his character calling an electric car "gay," a clip that originally made it into the comedy's theatrical trailer, Vaughn has come down on the side of leaving the scene intact.

"Let me add my voice of support to the people outraged by the bullying and persecution of people for their differences, whatever those differences may be," the sometimes-boorish, sometimes-cuddly actor said in a statement Thursday.

"Comedy and joking about our differences breaks tension and brings us together. Drawing divided lines over what we can and cannot joke about does exactly that; it divides us. Most importantly, where does it stop."

Anderson Cooper was trying to stop it in this instance, anyway. The CNN host and, in turn, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation, rallied hard for Universal Studios to at least wipe the joke from the trailer if not the entire film.

A new trailer was released earlier this week, but there's been no word on whether Oscar-winning director Ron Howard is mulling an additional edit for the Jan. 14 theatrical release.

Windows Phone 7 tablets unlikely as Microsoft maintain screen limits

Reasonably positive first impressions from the Windows Phone 7 launch earlier this week has left some asking why Microsoft doesn’t focus on putting its new smartphone OS on tablet-scale touchscreen devices, rather than attempting to leverage Windows 7. According to ZDNet, however, we shouldn’t be holding our breath for it; despite the WP7 experience being far more finger-friendly than its desktop OS counterpart, Microsoft is apparently sticking firm to its roughly 4-inch limitation on screen sizes.

That’s the official party line, anyway, and with Microsoft seemingly more interested in keeping its platforms tightly segmented – witness the screen size limitations on using Windows on smaller netbooks, for instance – it might be some time before that changes, if at all. Instead, the company is pushing Windows 7 Embedded for larger slates.

Nonetheless, at least some of the elements are in place for a change of direction. Microsoft has licensed ARM technology and says it plans to use the access “to enhance our research and development activities for ARM-based products,” and there are ongoing rumors of Project Menlo. Frankly, we don’t care how Microsoft does it, we just want a Windows Phone 7 tablet.

Your touchscreen phone is a petri dish

A new study out of Stanford University shows that our touchscreen cellphones are some of the dirtiest, filthiest, bacteria-harboring vessels out there. How dirty? The study found that an average cell phone has 18x more bacteria than a toilet handle in a men’s public-restroom. In addition to having more bacteria, the fact that we use our fingers to interact with the device is also quite a problem. The Stanford study found that once the germs are on the devices, 30% of the germs will make their way on to your hands, and from there… well, you know, you rub your eyes, mouth, etc. And some of you wonder why you always catch me with a Purell bottle.
