Fresh faced Fox: Megan dresses down for shopping trip... but manages to still look gorgeous

Megan Fox stepped out yesterday without a scrap of make-up on, dressed in a crumpled grey T-shirt and old sweatpants, and still managed to look like a million dollars.
The 24-year-old was out on a shopping trip in Beverly Hills along with a friend who very thoughtfully carried all of Megan's purchases for her.
Although she was dressed in her workout gear it's highly unlikely Fox was planning to stop by a gym at any point.
The super thin actress claimed last year that she rarely exercises, and that she smokes and eats whatever she wants.
'I don’t have a special diet, I just sort of exist and survive,' she said. 'I’m 23. I’m prepared for when I hit 28 and I’ve got to change my whole thing. But, for now, if I can get away with it, I’m going to do it.'
Fox claims that she doesn't eat much, and usually has just one meal a day.
And that she loves junk food and mashed potato.
She says she loves sugary iced teas and sweet juice and that she's lucky to have a very fast metabolism.
In fact, in what amounts to most women's dream scenario, the actress was actually ordered to gain weight when she landed her role in the second Transformers movie that was released last year.
Director Michael Bay asked Fox to put on additional 10 pounds for her part in Revenge of the Fallen.
To do that, she says she ate cakes before she slept every night she managed to gain the weight within three weeks.
But Bay didn't just want his leading lady to pile on some pounds, he also wanted her to get toned and in shape.
So, despite Fox's claims that she's 'too lazy' to exercise, she had to embark on a gruelling physical training regime.
Fox shunned conventional weight training and opted instead for cardiovascular exercise to burn body fat and crunches and planks for her abs.
She also attended Pilates and spinning classes.
As for her diet, she was asked to up her intake of foods that are rich in protein, including almonds, lean meat and eggs in her daily menu.
