You'd probably assume that Samsung would have a difficult time overshadowing the Galaxy S right now, but all it really takes is a salacious Bluetooth SIG entry that leaves only the most important parts to the imagination. We've known for some time now that Sammy would be one of Microsoft's closest Windows Phone 7 launch partners, and we've even taken the time to toy with a prototype earlier in the year. But a new Bluetooth certification is now all-but-confirming a name: Cetus. The SGH-i917 is apt to be North America's first WP7 device from Samsung, a 4-inch smartphone with an 800 x 480 AMOLED display, 5 megapixel camera, a VGA front-facing camera, an FM radio tuner, inbuilt GPS, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, USB 2.0 and of course, Bluetooth. As for pricing, availability and form factor? "Not yet."

Following confirmation about Kim Hyun Joong leaving DSP Entertainment for Keyeast, more information regarding SS501’s future have been revealed today.
It’s been revealed that fellow SS501 member Park Jung Min will also leave DSP Entertainment, possibly SS501 as well, to pursue his acting career with another management agency.
It is now looking like SS501 will now turn into SS301, a group consisting of Kim Hyung Joon, Kim Kyu Jong and Heo Young Saeng that promoted during 2008 with U R Man.
It’s known that while Park Jung Min is showing interest in pursuing his acting career, the rest of the three members are prefering to stay as a group rather than having solo careers although they are also looking for a new agency.

How’s this for absolutely dominating an increasingly lucrative and fast-growing segment?
Google currently boasts a mobile search market share of 98.29%, with it closest competitor Yahoo taking up just over 0.8% of market share and Microsoft’s Bing barely touching even half that, according to recent data from StatCounter as relayed by Pingdom.
This graph, made by Pingdom, puts it all in perspective:
As you can tell from the graph, put together using global visitor stats for more than three million websites, Google’s near-100% piece of the mobile search pie is even a good deal larger than their still impressive share of the overall search engine market. Note that the red bars represent non-mobile search market share, not a combination of both.
As for Yahoo, Bing, and the ‘others’ – good luck taking on Google on that front.

This is a good way to start your Nintendo news for the day. In a move that may seem confusing to some, Nintendo has come forward today and made an official announcement regarding the Nintendo 3DS — the new, handheld video game console that features glasses-free 3D technology. While there’s been plenty of rumors about when it’s coming out, with plenty of strange confirmations from Nintendo themselves (that were subsequently pulled from the record), it looks like Nintendo’s getting ready to announce the pricing and release date. Ready enough to announce that their ready, anyway.

Well, we knew it wouldn't take very long, and it didn't: iFixit's gotten its hands on Apple's Magic Trackpad and ripped it to shreds. This is one operation they're not shy about calling delicate, folks -- this thing is seriously thin and its components packed in quite lovingly. So what's going on in there? Well, besides the magical dust, they found a Broadcom BCM2042 chip, which is the same one the Magic Mouse uses for Bluetooth connectivity, and a Broadcom BCM5974 touchscreen controller chip, which also powers the iPhone and iPod touch. There is plenty to be seen in the photos at the source, and there's one more below.

Remember when Heartbeat was delayed for 3 months? No surprise here, even the Music Man himself said he was busy finishing the album last week on chat night. Leehom Wang’s new album 18 Martial Arts was scheduled for release on July 30th, but it has been pushed back to August 13th (for now), which is the same day when his movie Love in Disguise hits theaters. As a show of gratitude for the fans’ patience, his record company announced the preorder version will include an additional set of postcards from the movie.
Leehom visited Hitfm on the 28th to promote his album as the Hito star of August. The “18 Martial Arts” singer demonstrated the art of cooking by making sunny-side up eggs. Apparently, cooking is not one of the 18 arts he has mastered, as Chef Leehom was caught for his overly generous use of oil and soy sauce. DJ Ah Juan joked that she might need to go on kidney dialysis after the taste test, but she gave him high praises anyway in the end.
