What Jessica Simpson Wants in a Man
When it comes to finding the right man, Jessica Simpson wants it all.
The singer, who has been somewhat unlucky in love, tells Extra, "I definitely love a spiritual man – somebody that is going to always inspire me."
Simpson, who split from football player Tony Romo in July and who also had a on-again, off-again romance with Hollywood ladies' man John Mayer, doesn't stop there.
"I don't want to get bored," says Simpson, 29. "I can bore out pretty easily, so I love intellectual men ... people that will always keep me intrigued."
And what else? "I love artistic men – somebody that really understands their art," says Simpson, who was once married to Nick Lachey. Adds the star, "I like a confident man."
Simpson has been traveling the world working on her upcoming VH1 program, The Price of Beauty, and says the travels have been a growing experience for her. "I couldn't have had this journey at a better time in my life, to seek out beauty, to seek out confidence and to seek out the power of a woman," she says. "It really is about who I am and what I want to become, and what's going to make the best version of myself."
