BoA releases new single "Bump Bump!"
Pop singer BoA is set to release a new single titled "Bump Bump!" in Korea today, according to her agency on Wednesday.
SM Entertainment explained in the press release that it was the singer's 28th single Japan, produced by Verbal of Japanese hip-hop duo m-flo who also did featuring on the track. The single carries another track titled "IZM" and instrumental versions of the two songs.
"Bump", an uptempo dance tune, was used as the image song for Nihon TV's famous music show "Music Fighter" for October and in a commercial for website music.jp.
BoA, one of the most active K-pop stars on the international scene, debuted in 2000 with the album "ID; Peace B". She was discovered and trained by SM Entertainment, a major talent agency in Korea. She has released eight studio albums in Korea, six in Japan and made her U.S. debut in March 2009.
The singer is scheduled to give two Christmas performances in Japan -- the Tokyo concert will be held on December 4 and Osaka on December 5.
