Cougar Town fans are waiting with bated breath to find out if Jules Cobb can lock down a younger man. But some real-life drama involving star Courteney Cox is going to keep that cliffhanger hanging a little longer."We can confirm production on Cougar Town has been temporarily shut down in order for Courteney to deal with a private family matter," ABC said in a statement Saturday.
A network rep declined to elaborate, and there was no immediate word on the nature of the problem from Cox's personal publicist.
