What! S.H.E’s Ella is even more “difficult” than Jerry Yan? This has definitely got to be news. It is beyond imagination for the easy-going and sweet girl to be rumoured to be even harder to please than the idol heavenly king. When the rumours came from [Down With Love] production crew, Ella burst into tears upon hearing the allegations. When she recently accepted the exclusive interview from [Shi Bao Magazine], she shared, “It felt like a betrayal.”Although she was dressed in a Blugirl summer dress, Ella’s heart was like at the bottom of the valley. The negative publicity was not only damaging to her image, but also incongruent with the “word of mouth” we have always heard about her all along. Ella is renowned to be a “resilient” artiste within the entertainment circle. Be it having to dress up and act “man”, to film kissing scenes in heavy rain, to carry over ten kilograms of prop refrigerator along the streets etc, all these never daunt her. Hence, she has been given the title of “Oshin”.
The recent allegation of her disagreement with the director has rendered Ella shock and speechless. Nonetheless she is still consoled by the fact of becoming Machi (slang for buddies or good friends) with Jerry Yan. This is considered her gain from the collaboration. When filming wrapped up, Ella and Jerry jointly agree that should they ever meet up again in future, they would give each other little presents. Some time back when Jerry was working in Japan, he text-messaged Ella to send his regards. Ella shared on the message, “He said he suddenly missed me and wished to share the warm feeling (which he experienced then, in Japan) with me.”
Ella was wearing accessories from North Europe GEORG JENSEN. Like her personality, the accessories have a simple, sincere nature and the brand uses heart-shape as its theme design in its necklace. Already in its 16 years, the brand will introduce a limited edition of pure silver heart-shaped necklaces annually as collectors’ items.
