One is a long dead music legend. The other a barely-clothed singing superstar from the streets of Manhattan. But music lovers are convinced a duet featuring Lady Gaga and Elvis Presley would be one of the most outstanding collaborations in music history, according to a new poll.Fans were asked to pick the two singers they would most like to see share the spotlight on a track in a survey hosted by dating website Match.com this week, and a duet between the “LoveGame” hitmaker and The King topped the list.
The classic pairing of Michael Bublé and Nina Simone came a close second in the poll of over 1,000 people, while soul legends Aretha Franklin and the late Luther Vandross are the third most requested duet that has never happened.
