Chou quashes Jay -Jolin reunion "in this lifetime"
Asian superstar Jay Chou has completely ruled out any possibility of getting back together with old flame pop princess Jolin Tsai during an interview on Friday, reported Taiwan media.
"I think it is impossible for us in this lifetime, it is good to just be friends," said Chou, in response to queries about the chances of him reuniting with Tsai.
The 31-year-old singer was also quizzed about his thoughts on the new man in Tsai's life, Singapore model Vivian Dawson, who holidayed with Tsai in Tokyo recently.
Chou said it was "great" that Tsai, 30, may be seeing someone, before adding cryptically that "exported things are not bad".
Interestingly, Tokyo is not only the city where Tsai was spotted with her rumoured new beau Dawson, but also the city where Chou was photographed with news anchor-turned-television host Patty Hou back in 2005, which triggered Tsai's highly-public separation from Chou.
Since their split, Chou had consistently denied that they would reunite, though never in such a direct manner.
