Cecilia Cheung aspires to have a brood of five children

During the Hong Kong gala premier of The Storm Warriors (The Storm Riders II), Nicholas Tse confessed that he was feeling the heat and pressure from raising an expanding family. The actor also revealed that they will be checking on the baby's gender next week and shared that he does not mind a boy or a girl."Cecilia joked and said that if I did not mind the baby's gender, she will not tell me the news next week. I don't really mind since Cecilia plans to have five children."
When reporters asked Nicholas if he was really keen on having five children, the actor laughed and said, "We'll see where fate leads us to, saying you want something doesn't necessarily mean you'll get it."
With an ambitious plan to have a brood of five children, the 29-year-old actor-singer admitted that having more children meant shouldering a heavier responsibility. Despite that, he does not want to burden his wife with the responsibility or get her to make a comeback for that reason.
"Sometimes my wife gets the chills when she sees how tough filming gets for me."
Nicholas shared that he has no intention to reduce his workload and accompany Cecilia through her pregnancy days. "My wife hopes that I can stay and work in Hong Kong after I am done with filming for New Shaolin Temple. I'll try my best. If there is a good script, it becomes very difficult."
Not afraid of blood or gore, the actor intends to accompany Cecilia throughout her delivery process, "I'm not afraid [of blood]. I will watch Discovery Channel sometimes while eating. I am already used to it."
