With a new nose and chin and implants that would put a pornstar to shame, Superficial star Heidi Montag-Pratt goes public with her alleged addiction to cosmetic surgery in the Jan. 25 issue of PEOPLE, on newsstands this week. But the nearly-unrecognizable Hills starlet has found herself defending her right to turn her body into a Tupperware collection: “It sounds crazy, but once you get a certain size boob, you always want bigger. Bigger is better,” the 23-year-old said in a video clip posted on PEOPLE.com this afternoon. “The first time I got them, I thought they’d be bigger, so now that I’ve had them in me… and I know what I really want in size… I know I’m going to be very excited….“
Despite her glee at potentially becoming the next Joan Rivers, the newlywed is feeling the wrath of critics, like actress Emmy Rossum, who accuse the blonde of glorifying cosmetic surgery: “People are going to say nasty and judging things regardless of what I do,” Heidi explains. “Obviously… this is very serious and a very controversial thing even in today’s society, but the most important thing is for me to feel good and for me to be happy and confident in my body. I’m the one living in my skin.”
