LG LU2300 Android smartphone details start coming up

More details on the forthcoming LG LU2300 Android smartphone have surfaced today, and it looksk like it’s going to be in the league of at least a couple of Android superphones that we’re already familiar with. And there are pictures of the smartphone itself, to boot.
But while this looks like something that a lot of people interested in Android should be looking forward to, it is currently believed that it won’t be available anywhere outside of Korea. That shouldn’t stop anyone who really wants to get it from going to Asia and just buying it there, but still.
Anyway, here’s the skinny on the LG LU2300’s key features:
- Android 2.1
- 1 GHz Snapdragon processor
- 3.5-inch AMOLED 800×480 touch display
- Sliding 4-row QWERTY keyboard
- 5 megapixel camera
- 720p HD DivX compatible playback
- WiFi, GPS, DMB tuner
It is expected to arrive either later this month or in May. Just don’t count on it if you’re in the U.S. or anywhere else, though.
