After releasing her debut album, Superficial, in January, Heidi Montag is ready to show the world a different side of her.
The star’s album may not have topped the charts but her music video is an intimate look into the life that Montag and husband Spencer Pratt live beyond The Hills.
"This is real footage we've collected over the years, " Montag tells PEOPLE. "I'm a reality star and I wanted to bring that into my music video. Someone like Lady Gaga has to fake paparazzi for her video and create that whole world but that’s the real life I live. That's my reality. "
When the album was released on iTunes, Montag told PEOPLE, "I want to make the new 2010 version of a pop star. I want to become a galaxy star."
"The sky is the limit. I want to be a mogul," she added, "music, acting, producing, writing. I want to wear every hat in every business! "
So is this a sign of things to come? Perhaps a Speidi reality show? Only time will tell...
