Working with the one of the world's most beautiful women is clearly having a positive effect on Johnny Depp.
The actor was snapped rehearsing some scenes for his upcoming film The Tourist with sexy co-star Angelina Jolie.
And despite only being just a few years off turning 50, he showed off a youthful and clear complexion that would leave men in their 30s feeling envious.
At first glance, the Pirates of the Caribbean star was almost unrecognisable as he was snapped on board a canal taxi in the Italian city.
And while Depp, 46, has been lucky to hang on to his youthful looks, working with the gorgeous Angelina, 34, must also be an uplifting experience - for any man.
Not that his partner Vanessa Paradis will be pleased about that, having already expressed her concerns about him working with the Tomb Raider star.
The French singer and actress, 37, has been with Depp since 1998 and the couple have two children together, Lily Rose, 10, and eight-year-old Jack.
But when she found out Depp was filming The Tourist, due out next year, with Angelina, she put her foot down.
In March, it was reported that she ordered Depp to 'find another gig' after discovering that he would be involved in some passionate sex scenes with his co-star.
According to a report in the New York Post, shortly after he began filming the period drama thriller, Paradis tried to persuade Depp to pull out of the project.
A source said Depp then set about trying to get out of the movie - but clearly he didn't try very hard.
It's little wonder Vanessa was somewhat worried about her partner's co-star, what with Angelina's reputation for ensnaring her leading men.
In 1999, she met and then married her Pushing Tin co-star Billy Bob Thornton, who was said to have been engaged to actress Laura Dern at the time.
And more famously, she got together with her current partner Brad Pitt in 2005 after filming Mr & Mrs Smith, a movie he shot while married to Jennifer Aniston.
Although Depp is a devoted family man and Vanessa has nothing to worry about, she and their two children joined him in Venice this weekend.
Rarely seen out together, the family were snapped boarding Depp's yacht, the VaJoLiRoJa, the name created with the first two letters of each family member's name.
Vanessa even missed the premiere of her latest film Heartbreaker at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York to be with her family.
The Tourist, written by Gosford Park author Julian Fellowes, tells the story of Frank, played by Depp, 46, an American tourist who visits Italy to mend a broken heart.
Jolie's character Elise, deliberately crosses his path and against the breathtaking backdrop of Venice, Frank pursues a potential romance but soon finds himself the pursued as he and Elise are caught in a whirlwind of intrigue and danger.
