Bad-hair Britney Spears shows off frightful ratty extensions and stringy looking locks

Britney Spears is in desperate need of some TLC from a stylist.
The singer was spotted out shopping in Sherman Oaks, California yesterday and she looked as if she had been dragged through a hedge backwards.
Spears' stringy yellow hair looked over processed and damaged, and when the 28-year-old turned around her matted hair extensions and ginger scalp were clearly visible.
Spears, dressed in a tangerine coloured vest, beige shorts and brown ankle boots tried to minimize her hair disaster by tying it up in a top knot. But nothing could fully remedy the situation.
Despite her hairdo horror it was a good day for the star though.
Los Angeles social services have closed their on-going child abuse investigation against Spears, claiming there was 'absolutely no truth' to accusations that had been made against her.
Spears' former bodyguard, Fernando Flores had accused her of beating her sons Sean Preston, four and Jayden James, three.
Flores claimed Britney had asked him for his belt and used it against the children. In addition, he had charged that Spears fed them food they were allergic to.
The bodyguard had also accused Spears of sexual harassment - alleging that she would walk around naked in front of him.
