Known for his laid back attitude and down-to-earth charm, it seems Orlando Bloom is taking his casualness a little too far.
The Pirates of the Caribbean actor was spotted at Heathrow Airport today sporting an unruly mop of curly hair and a face full of stubble.
Bloom, 33, was at the airport to pick up fiancee Miranda Kerr, 27, who has in the past taken the actor to task over his personal hygiene, according to reports.
In 2008, the Victoria's Secret model is said to have asked Bloom if he could wash his clothes and shower more often, according to PageSix.com.
But despite the casual attire of red T-shirt and black quilted body warmer, Bloom looked over the moon to be welcoming Kerr back to the UK today.
The actor had only returned to the UK himself two days earlier, having been in Berlin, where he was snapped watching the World Cup match against Spain.
Kerr, by contrast, looked elegant in a black maxi dress, black ballet pumps and with her hair slicked back.
She was also wearing her new diamond engagement ring, rumoured to be worth $65,000.
The couple hugged as Kerr came into the arrivals lounge and, ever the gentleman, Bloom took hold of the luggage trolley as they strolled through the airport arm-in-arm.
The pair, who quietly started dating in 2007, confirmed their engagement last month.
Despite the seeming contrast in styles, it appears the laid back approach appeals to Australian Kerr.
'My ideal situation would be to live on a farm in a solar-powered house with a hammock and a vegetable patch,' she has said.
'When this is all over, that's where I'll be.'
Orlando, who previously dated Superman Returns actress Kate Bosworth, reportedly proposed twice before, but the model was said to be reluctant to make the union official.
