What's Jennifer Lopez's status as an American Idol judge? Fox and the show aren't talking -- and, of course, no official announcement has been made -- but rumors are running rampant. People, quoting an anonymous source, says the deal to put J-Lo on Idol fell through."Her demands got out of hand," says People's source. "Fox had just had enough."
But Gossip Cop -- the site that initially reported Lopez as a likely judge for Idol's 10th season -- says People's source is wrong and that Lopez is still in the running for a spot on the panel.
"Negotiations are still going with Jennifer," says what Gossip Cop calls a "rock-solid source," which calls reports of Lopez's demand killing the deal "wildly exaggerated."
