Lindsay Lohan struck a sexy pose for Maxim Magazine before beginning a 13-day stint in a Los Angeles jail. Only days before checking into the Century Regional Detention Center two weeks ago, the troubled Machete star posed for some sizzling snapshots as Maxim’s fall covergirl, reminding naysayers exactly why she’s still such a hot commodity on the Hollywood scene.
You know, despite being a royal eff-up and all.
“I am feeling strong. I’ve experienced a lot in my life, and my mom has given me a lot of faith. This too shall pass,” Lohan, 24, says in a cover story for the September issue of the men’s magazine. “[My wish is] to focus on myself and my work, and to move all press on me to focus on the work I do.”
In addition to gabbing about her then-pending time behind bars, a now-rehabbing LiLo praised fellow starlets Jessica Alba and Michelle Rodriguez — both will share the silver screen with Lohan in Robert Rodriguez’s crime-drama Machete when the film opens next month.
“We all had different work schedules, but I know Jessica, and I think she’s a lovely, sweet girl, and hopefully we can do more work together. I love Michelle — she’s so talented and kick-ass!”
Lindsay was sprung from police custody early Monday and will spend the next three months in a court-ordered residential rehab program at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.
