Eva Mendes shows off her sizzling curves old fashioned Hollywood style at Toronto Film Festival
Eva Mendes managed to blow the competition off the red carpet in Toronto last night - despite keeping her cleavage and legs firmly under wraps.
The 36-year-old sex bomb instead wore a dress so skin-tight, it looked as though she'd been stitched into it and it showed off her curves to devastating effect.
The 2 Fast 2 Furious star wore the stunning black frock that reeked of old school Hollywood glamour for a gala screening of her new movie Last Night at the city's film festival.
The actress - who wanted to be a nun when she grew up - certainly got people's attention for the film, which she stars in alongside Avatar's Sam Worthington and Keira Knightley.
The story follows a married couple who are apart for one night while the husband takes a business trip with a sexy colleague. While he's attempting to resist temptation, his wife back home encounters an old flame.
The film is being billed as a 'dark infidelity drama' but there's no UK release date as yet, however.
Eva, the face of Calvin Klein, also let the cameras into her dressing room before she ventured out onto the red carpet to give fans a sneak peek of her getting her hair and make-up touched up.
She's previously said of being labelled a beauty: "It is very flattering but, honestly, it's all hair and make-up. Take all of that away and I really am very average - just your girl next door.
'When I'm at home that's how I look. I'm just normal.'
Other stars at the 35th Toronto International Film Festival over the weekend have included Eva's co-star in Last Night, Sam Worthington, a heavily-pregnant Kelly Preston, Harvey Keitel and British star Emily Mortimer.
Eva meanwhile is currently on our screens doing a comedy turn alongside Will Ferrell, Mark Wahlberg and Samuel L Jackson in movie The Other Guys, which has taken $112m in the U.S, playing Ferrell's unlikely wife.
It tells the story of wo mismatched New York City detectives seize an opportunity to step up like the city's top cops whom they idolize -- only things don't quite go as planned.
The Daily Mail's Christopher Tookey gave a mixed verdict of the movie however, saying it starts 'hilariously' but loses its way in the last hour.It opened across the UK on Friday.
Meanwhile, Eva has revealed that she wants to work with British director Mike Leigh.
In an interview with today's News Of The World, she says: 'I love him. I just want to do a real teary film next, you know? I want to spill my guts out.
'I haven't emotionally vomited in a film for a long time. I want to be the madness, dammit!'
The star has also been busy with her own range of bed linen. She launched the latest in her range wearing a stunning orange dress at Sears department store in Toronto on Friday.
