Britney Spears has done it again... committed yet another fashion faux pas.
The singer, famed for her questionable dress sense, was spotted leaving a recording studio in Los Angeles today, wearing a ghastly doily-style white top.
To make matters worse, the mother of two had not even bothered to colour coordinate, with the see through top exposing her black bra underneath.
Britney teamed her look with a pair of clashing off-white short shorts and ugly-looking wedge heels. Her scraggly hair was also in need of a good brush.
Britney, who is dating her former manager Jason Trawick, is now back in the recording studio working on material for a follow up album to Circus, released in 2008.
After spending the morning hard at work, she then headed for lunch at burger diner Johnny Rockets, to indulge her love of junk food.
Yesterday Spears took her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James for an afternoon of wandering around the local shopping.
Playing the doting mother, the recent child abuse allegations seemed far from her mind.
Britney was attentive and affectionate with her boys as she browsed around the Westfield Mall in Topanga Canyon, California accompanied by an assistant and a bodyguard.
The group were also helped out by a police officer who escorted them as Britney looked at clothes in Betsey Johnson and S.Y.L.K.
She held hands with the boys, bought them smoothies and even carried Jayden for a while after he became tired.
Both boys celebrated their birthdays this past week with Sean Preston turning five and Jayden James turning four.
In recent weeks Spears has been at the centre of a series of child abuse and sexual misconduct allegations brought to light by a former bodyguard to the star.
Earlier this month, Britney's former bodyguard Fernando Flores filed a lawsuit, accusing the singer of parading in the nude and making sexual advances toward him.
Flores alleges that during the time he worked for the star, from February to July 2010, she made repeated, unwanted sexual advances and called him to her room so that she could expose herself.
'He also claims to have witnessed violent quarrels between Spears and her boyfriend, including an incident where the singer 'savagely hit' her son with a belt.
On a post on her website, Britney said: 'This lawsuit is another unfortunate situation where someone is trying to take advantage of the Spears family and make a name for himself.'
The Department of Children and Family Services conducted a proper investigation surrounding Mr. Flores' accusations and have closed the case without any further action.
Britney ended her post saying, 'Ms. Spears and her attorneys have every expectation that his matter will be dismissed by the courts.'
