Has Adam Sandler been hitting the wax strips? Actor shows off his incredibly smooth legs in a little plaid skirt
For a burly dark haired man Adam Sandler has some seriously smooth legs.
The 44-year-old actor showed off his luscious legs earlier today as he filmed scenes in Hollywood's Griffith Park for his new comedy film Jack and Jill.
Sandler was in full drag, dressed in a little frilled plaid skirt, white T-shirt, red cardigan and matching red sandals.
To complete his gender transformation Sandler wore a scraggly brunette wig that was plaited into shoulder length braids.
The star finished off his look with a silver charm bracelet on his left wrist, a long silver necklace that hung over his ample bosom, cherry embossed handbag and bright red nail polish on his fingernails.
However, despite all the close attention to detail, with his masculine jaw line, long nose and broad shoulders, Sandler doesn't exactly make a very convincing woman.
In Jack and Jill, Sandler plays the character of Jack, who is forced to deal with his twin sister, Jill, when she visits for Thanksgiving, but then won't leave.
He also gets to flex his acting muscles by playing the part of Jill, hence his foray into the world of drag.
Katie Holmes plays Jack's wife, while Al Pacino is cast in a cameo role, playing himself.
Directed by Dennis Dugan, the film’s script was written by Steve Koren.
In addition to playing the two leads, Sandler also joins the board of producers on the movie along with Todd Garner, Jack Giarraputo and Bettina Sofia Viviano.
Meanwhile, Sandler has revealed that there is one fan of his new look - his four-year-old daughter, Sadie.
'There's a mocked up picture of me in my house that we made and my daughter Sadie, loves it,' he said. 'She's excited about it.'
Let's hope little Sadie doesn't learn to love her father's new look too much.
Holmes started filming her part last week and while she's hard at work her daughter Suri has been enjoying playdates with four-year-old Sadie, who is conveniently the same age.
Sandler is a devoted father to Sadie and his other daughter, Sunny, 23-months.
He's often seen enjoying time out with his daughters out and about around Hollywood and on the beach near his Malibu home.
Sandler was spotted in his more usual attire of big baggy T-shirt and long shorts hand in hand with his two girls last Saturday in Beverly Hills.
The three enjoyed a fun family day out, stopping off some lunch before strolling around the streets enjoying a little window shopping.
Sandler once confessed: 'The problem with me, as far as getting married and having a family, is that my comedy is so important to me.
'So I don't know if I'll ever be as good a dad as my dad.'
However, despite his past reservations Sandler seems to embraced the role fully and tries to spend as much time as possible with his two daughters.
That being said, he still values some occasional 'me time' and confesses to creating a child-free zone at home to which he can escape and enjoy some peace and quiet from time to time: ' With the amount of money I have it’s difficult raising children the way that I was raised but I took away the west and north wing of the house from those guys. So they’re not allowed in there,' he said.
