Britney Spears is number 3 on list of Hollywood's top earning women (but refuses to fix that awful hair)

She's one of the most successful artists in the world, making $64 million over the past year alone.
And yet the concept of a hairbrush seems to be lost on Britney Spears.
The singer went out on a date last night with boyfriend Jason Trawick to The Troubadour in West Hollywood.
And while her outfit of shorts and boots and a grey jacket looked smart enough, she completely undermined it by opting to tie her straggly hair extensions back with a purple hair band.
Jason meanwhile kept it simple and casual in blue jeans and grey shirt.
Britney was recently listed third on Forbes.com list of Hollywood's top earning women, earning $64 million over the last 12 months.
She had the fifth-highest-grossing tour in the world, making over $130 million in box office receipts over nearly 100 dates.
She also made a significant amount of money with her endorsements for Candies shoes and Elizabeth Arden perfumes.
The singer is currently in the process of recording a new album, but came close to having to start all over again after a fire broke out in the Los Angeles home of her record producer.
Producer Rusko – real name Christopher Mercer – was able to recover the recordings in his home studio after his parked car exploded in his garage.
'Thank God I grabbed my hard drives,' the 25-year-old told his followers on Twitter.
'We're all safe thank the lord.'
The singer's agent, Adam Leber, recently tweeted about the progress of Spears' upcoming album.
'Brit is recording a big big BIG new song on Friday with MaxMartin & TheDrLuke. I'm pretty sure it's a smash!' Leber said of the work for her seventh album, a follow-up to 2008's Circus.
