Selina Ren’s production team shirks responsibility

Since the explosion on the set of I Have a Date with Summer that caused Selina Ren's third degree burns, the production team has not only submitted a sloppy post-accident report, they also put the blame solely on the explosives expert.Not pleased with the response, Selina's company HIM International brought up four major loopholes in the report:
(1) There were no fire extinguishing tools readily available on set, such as water pails, damp rug sacks and fire extinguishers.
(2) There was no substitute for the explosion scene despite production saying there was. The script had only stated for a male stand-in for a fight scene.
(3) There were no paramedics or so-called water on standby when the accident happened except for a few mineral water bottles.
(4) Production team blamed the entire accident solely on the explosive expert without revealing the entire story.
HIM International has expressed their request to see a much detailed report with all the parties involved.
