With her reputation already tarnished in Japan, actress Sawajiri Erika has been secretly paving the way for her comeback. She has become fluent in English and has been actively attending casting calls as part of her plans to break into the North American market. Her husband, filmmaker Takashiro Tsuyoshi has personally helped her produce an introductory video to send overseas. In the footage, a shot of Sawajiri in her wedding gown at Meiji Shrine has left deep impressions with several overseas management companies. According to reports, she has already landed a part in a Hollywood horror movie.As well, her husband Takashiro Tsuyoshi was invited to film a promotional video for the 2010 Shanghai Expo. He has highly recommended his wife to the sponsors, hoping to land her a modeling job.
