"Rosy Business" received high ratings and good response and also won 6 big awards at the TVB Anniversary Awards last year. Once desperate for the Best Actress Award, Sheren Tang finally became TV Queen depending on her role as "4th Mistress" in "Rosy Business". TVB immediately started a new sequel series with the original cast.
The media received news that the TV Queen Sheren self boosted her value in the series right before filming started. The original HK$15,000 per episode was pushed up to HK$30,000. The TV Queen lion opening her big mouth, TVB initially wanted to replace her, but had already helplessly announced to the Advertisers and oversea channels that "Rosy Business 2" was going to happen. Therefore, for this reason changing of roles failed and also they had to save on production cost, so they decided to reduce Sheren's screen time. The female lead "4th Mistress" turned into a supporting role.
